Happy Birthday!

The weather has been unusually nice this winter, not too cold, snow and ice minimum. The only complaint is the heaping amounts of bird shit I find on my car just about everyday. I think the warm weather has confused them into migrating in circles instead of south just to shit on my car. I wash my car once a month in the winter usually, it has gone to every two weeks. Just as my luck would have it, a fresh wash, then birdshit. I have never had this much trouble with these creatures, I don't even park under trees. Thought i'd share this to see if anybody else has had this happen.

Hey guys I just found out earlier today that I won a free 26" Samsung LED TV. I donate plasma at a local donation center and they pay me per visit, and about 2-3 times a week they pick a random person to win a prize and my name was drawn. I can't believe I won and the funny thing is that i told them that I would win that tv. Anyways just wanted to share my story. BTW if interested the tv in for sale in the classifieds section.

With all the scammers we have seen, what are your thughts about having a "Black List"? Where by, once found guilty their user name and possible some info about them (which would not get anyone into trouble with the law) be posted in a dedicated thread. 1. Black list - guilty 2. Shady list (pending Black list) - very shady behaviour, which could lead to induction to the black list. Of course, there should be some provisions for members to clear their name from the list if it was a mistake or for a reason beyond their control, and only a mod can add or remove a name to the list. Yes I know it can be a lot of work for the mods What do you think?

I got scammed out of my amp by Bakedboy08 on here and I don't know what to do because this has never happened me before. Am I pretty much screwed over because it was a trade agreement and not a sale? I already made a feedback add for the whole transaction. Is that pretty much all I can do??

hey guys, i just got back from seeing van halen play in indinapolis (right across the street from where this years slamology 2012 is being held) and it was awesome.. got to see a 10min. guitar solo from eddie van halen himself:) anyways i shot a few pics and vids to share with u guys. our seats were way up in peanut heaven ($40/ticket) so pics arent that great... Off and on for the last 2 years, my wife and I had been attempting to help a family friend get on her feet. We gave the girl a good home and treated her as our on child, even though we were only in our 20's and she was a bratty teenager. Things went bad with her attitude and to make a long story short, we have since parted ways. We were cleaning out her old room and what do we find....a 3rd gen 32 gb ipod touch! woohoo, new toy for me. And before you say I should give it back, we spent hundreds of dollars helping her out and taking care of her.

That leads to 3 questions: 1) What are these "actual higher results"? 2) What was the test methodology for determining these "actual higher results"? 3) Why is the amplifier not rated at the "actual higher results" if that is the level of their true performance and you're just going to add a disclaimer that the rated power is less than their actual power anyways?
