just curious about what sports people are in to and what teams they like. Personally I'm on cloud 9 since KU just won the basketball national championship (I graduated from there in December)! And before that the football team won the Orange bowl! I play basketball 3-4 times a week at the rec gym on campus and I tried out for the KU team my sophomore year. OK as the title says I was wondering if anyone has had a cortisone shot? I just had one today in my left hip as I have a liberal tear from falling down my stairs in April and was wondering how long it will last to keep the pain away? My doctor says it will only last around a month- 2 months max but its different for each person. Okay, so one of my roommates at college has Cerebral Palsy. So I started with the easy option of putting neons on it. The scooter has two sealed batteries on it. Now he mentioned he wants a stereo on it, just something to make a little noise. Removed my last two rims yesterday to put the stocks back on... been having very bad vibration the past couple months I chalked it up to an alignment issue until I took the tires off and saw this: Tire 1: Tire 2: I'm just amazed that these didn't blow out on me with all this highway driving I've been doing!

So I buy all this stuff and bam, got laid off. Oh well, free time to BUILD !!!! As bad as it feels to have your job eliminated after being at the same place for 12 years, maybe its time for a change. I got a decent severance package (I'm paid until 9/30/09) WOO HOO. I'm going to fix some things around the house and try to get my chit installed/built into the car. As long as I get a job within the next month, I'll be real happy, because then I'll pretty much have a $32k check to deposit in the bank of extra cash, that would be sweet (wife says new kitchen).
