Your crossover should be set at about 80hz, If it is turned all the way down you wont get much output. think you misunderstod me, i set it all the way down and lisen to a song with low notes and slowly turn it up till it hit most of them. kinda hard to tell if its set on 80hz or not :S But i just may think its the box, i dont even know the specs on the box, got it for free as payment when i made someone a new box. But building a new box next week. So i know how much cu feet it is and tuning. Took the subwoofers out and tripple checked the wires every thing is wired correctly just like that MS paint drawing in the first post.

I cant seem to find the ported box calculator on this site, i remember i ran into it last month and i cant seem to find it. It had different calculaters for sealed boxes ported boxes etc if someone could help guide me to it i would really appriciate it
