i'm excited, but sad at the same time, can't seem to find LI 12s on the ssa store or any LI sub actually. They out of stock right now? I was going to pickup one or two to start on my build i'd been saving for!

I am trying to determine whether or not to get the "Heat Ring" option for my FI Q 12". It says it is supposed to help lower inductance and help overall transient response, but not sure if I should get it or not. Anyone have more knowledge on this than me or previous experiences? Thanks

Ok guys, I'm not an idiot, my meter is faulty. I know most people online are noobs at this, so I understand where you're coming from, but ive been doing this nearly 20 years. Anyone here could have a piece of equipment act weird.

With that being said, how many studios have you seen in a car and with a car's unique acoustical limitations and changes. I realize it's unrealistic to have it sound exactly like being in a studio would. That was more or less a figure of speech, meaning I want to achieve the best SQ as I humanly can and have it sound as close as possible, to what the artist Intended it to sound; with having to mortgage my house. Maybe my kids college fund would be ok but not a the house. Now that I think about it the cost of college is the is about same as or more than the average Americans house. I'm sure that you get my point, though!!!!.

Nope, efficiency would remain the same aswell. Sensitivity is based on the relationships between motor force, cone area and moving mass.

If I trade for an amp I need something that is at least 2500 watts rms. This Audiopipe should be an easy fix, but I just dont have the time or money to do it.

Yes i know, the stock sub shows 800 RMS, but with the BP power and flatwind coil upgrade i read it can take a lot more power. So I wanted to know what combo of amp and upgrades would be best.

Planning on having 1 SSD15 and was wondering which of these amps would work best with it and which upgrades i should get on the sub. What would the pros and cons of each amp with different upgrades be? Thanks, Ryan
