First, i feel like an idiot for having to ask this. But my 10 gauge klear kable from knukonceptz is confusing me a little bit. It's not one wire, but two runs that are kinda stuck together. I dont know if i'm describing it well, but i'm hoping everyone else but me knows what i'm talking about lol. One strand is a square like shape, and the strand connected to it is circular in shape. I thought maybe i was supposed to strip off both, so i did that and then twisted them together to fit in the terminal (fi bl), but no cigar. Can someone please help me? Struggling to get my head round this. I've got 1 battery up front. Then I've got/will have 6-8hawkers in the footwells. Most likely to be 2 behind drivers seat, 2 behind passenger seat and 2 in the front footwell. I'll only be using the hawkers when showing off or at shows. I've got two sundown saz-3500s & ATM 1 phd 2200. Cable wise I've got 25-30m of 50mm2 & a 5m run of 150mm2. What is going to be the best way of wiring this up? Also how would you fuse it? ive had a bunch of prefabed boxes and now i want to build my own box, its for a 18 inch fi btl. i have a friend making me a design sheet so all i really am looking for here is some tips to a first time bulider, or advice to help me out. anything at all you think will help me out please let me know. thanks

What would you use to kill rattles in your dash? I'm looking at the secondskin site but they have so many different products I don't know which would be best for the dash (plastic on plastic). Also the roof of my jeep wrangler is plastic-ish Heres a pic: Would it be worth it to put some "Luxury Liner" or any other product on it? It doesn't rattle, but might make cabin quieter from road noise? Any input? Thanks

I saw a Alping IVA-W205 for $415 locally and It includes the wiring harness, Ipod cable,box,all manuals,DVD while you drive relay and two remotes. It was supposedly only used for a month. I have been looking at getting a new HU for my next setup when I get a new car and was wondering what you guys think of this double din touch screen or if I should just stick with a single din that would be cheaper? My goals are just to get good SQ from the HU and I want blue-tooth, so any other options would basically be a bonus. I will be doing the big 3, amping front stage speakers and then have a sub in the back.

Has anyone heard these yet? They weigh in at 46lbs each. I got 2 of these cheep. Never heard anything about them but the price was to good to pass up. I'm looking for something for my rears in my apartment. I want something that curves up over my couch to shoot down. I don't want to mount anything to the walls because then I have nasty wires. Remember the Best Buy Bose demo with those curved ones in the rear? Something like that would be schweet. PE doesn't have anything like that and ebay is being coy.

I just got the ARC-AUDIO 2500 CXL & looking for some info on it? Any one know the good & bad with these amps? For years I have used a SoundStream 10.2 & have been very happy with it. Should I swap it & run the ARC?

I am asking if T-nuts are good for securing an SSA Xcon? Or are there any other sugestions?

So I want to get started on the wall for the dcons, but I realized I probably won't be able to replace panels in the rear with the wall in. So there is my quandary. My right rear quarter panel is rusted all the way through, it's painted over as a temporary cover up but it's still obvious. Should I postpone the wall for months and months for me to replace all the panels that need to be replaced? Or any other ideas? I've also thought about finding another bronco with a good body and doing the modifications I want to make it my style, but this truck as a lot of sentimental value so that would be hard for me.

hey i jus got 2 alpine type r's with a kicker zx1000 amp installed in my 2001 toyota avalon. I was just wondering how long it will take to break them in? Like i dont think i should blast them right away, but how long should i wait until i can use them to their full potential? thanks

I got 100 ft Kolossus Fleks Kable 1/0 (50ft blue / 50ft black) Two sets of Krystal Kable 2 Channel 6M Twisted Pair RCA Cable (that reminds me, where can i buy remote wire?) Now, i cannot think of how much speaker wire i'm going to need. I'm pretty sure i'm going with KASA Kable Silver Plated 10 Gauge Speaker Wire Car Audio Wire BUT i don't know how much... the 2 amps are going to be mounted to the box and the amount of speakers i have is 2. I was adding some Second Skin Audio Damplifier I bought to the rear wall of my cab and was wondering if I should/can put some Damplifier over the vents?, There is a bunch of road noise coming from those vents (1 Behing Passener & 1 Behind Driver Seat).
