im looking for an amplifier to power my btl as much as it can i found a stetsom 2k6d for 350 but i dont know much about stetsom can someone tell me some info about the stetsom 2k6d?

if you want to eliminate the push terminals and use a direct connect style like AQ or DD do you just solder the 8 guage directly onto the tinsel leads?

Im thinking about changin out my whole system from the hu to the speakers wall to wall..lol i was thinking about going with 2 12's from re audio.now here the thing im new to the audio world what kind of amp can i use to push them or should i go with some icons 12's or 1 15 cause i love the way hit and on a hu there not many music shop around here so i would have to get it all off the net what would be a good hu something indash thats plays dvd/tv so my lil one can wacth his movies while we riding out..lol any tips hints lil pointers would be great ty.

Just wanted to hear some thoughts...Being that your front stage is what is important, does anyone use rear equalization also? And if so, did you eq from the drivers location faded rear? Or try to adjust everything as "one"

Where is the best place to buy Knukonceptz 1/0 gauge wire for the cheapest price? And I also need suggestions on the best place to run my wire in my 2011 mazda 3. Right now I have Knukonceptz 1/0 gauge and the only place I could wire it was under my center console then I came out the side (driver side) and under my seat, and I don't know how to get it into the trunk of my car with it being un noticed, how can I hide it going through the back seat area into the trunk?

I'm looking to put wire connectors to power, ground, and speaker wires to my amps. (RF T6000-4, RF T10001) Just wondering what sizes and types do you recommend? T600-4 power and ground are 4ga., speaker wire is 14ga. T10001 power and ground wire is 1/0ga, speaker wire is 14ga. Or is this a good idea? Maybe just the speaker wire, just looking for opinions.

Hey guys i just got my 2 channel am back from my friend who was borrowing it and now i plan on doing my front stage. Its an RF p5002 so 125x2@4 and 250x2@2. Id like to get a good set of components for the front doors, im able to fit 6x8 and 6 1/2s only problem is im on a budget of around 175 max. I guess the real question is what do you guys recommend.

hey whats up i have a 94 ford econoline van, i was hit ting 138.3 in it, and i had 3 12" kicker solo barics, with a kicker 1500.1 amp that was ran to 2.6 ohms so i was gettin about 1000 out of it, i just recentyl installed 4 15" solo's and a 2000 watt sundown that will b ran to .5 ohms, with a 13.3 cubic fot box, im also installing a second battery, how much do u think i wil gain

A friend of mine who is new to car audio unplugged his hifonics amp and didnt know to remove the connection to the battery when plugging it back up. He hooked the ground up first then he hooked up the power, it started arc welding inside and he removed it. I got over there and removed the fuse, hooked the wires up then when i put the fuse in, the fuse blew immediately. So i assumed he blew the power supply since the stereo wasn't on. He uses one of those devices to convert speaker outputs from stock headunit into rcas. So i put my amp in there and everything was fine. I just have a few questions...i wanted to know about how long after i place an order should i receive and shipping dates or the spesker itself and also. I started build a box and i dont know what size to cut the wood for the vent. If anyone can help please let me know.
