What are some general rules for box bracing i dont think i braced mine enough I have a 7.6 cube box with a fi btl and im just not sure

I can get a Tsunami 1/0 Fuse holder (new) with a 250 amp fuse for $20 Shipped. So I have three questions. 1. Is this a good deal? If so, then I need help answering a couple questions. 2. I currently have a 90 amp fuse and have a Cadence ZRS-8 doing around 1800 rms probably. I am pretty sure the 90 amp fuse is bottle necking the power (if I have my volume all the way up), will this fix the bottle necking problem by going to a 250 amp fuse? 3. Is 1/0 good enough for 2k rms?

I'm in the market for a new vehicle; and, I'm going to upgrade it. I have questions about today's vehicles: 1. I'm looking at a model that has push button start and factory remote start; what challanges are there when adding a partial or full alarm on it? 2. This model has the full sat radio/navigation/premium head unit and I wanna at least add better bass; what challanges are there in integrating to this head unit?

Ok I have a 07 dodge charger, i have a Fi BL 15. I want to build a box and have it walled off right in the middle of the trunk where the trunk mat splits to fold up. are there any websites or anything that can help me with the demintions and the build? also in the top of the trunk it slants down where they made room for the 6x9s. its my first time attempting this, so im kinda confused. well here are a few pics of what i want it to look like when its done, but i only have one sub.

Since we have had a ever changing rep for PB and only short flurries of posting in here, and still no link or recigntion from the home site the Powerbass forum is in danger of staying. I am not going to delete any topics or posts, but I cannot support a company if they are not going to support their forum. I need a box design for under the rear seat of my truck but the thing is I don't know if I want to go with four ported 8's with about 600 watts a piece or two 10's ported with about 1000 watts a piece...which setup will be louder? And who is a good enclosure designer?

Hey guys i just got a new Lexus is250 and planning on starting my system with adding a sub. i will be making a custom box for what ever i decide on. would like opinions on some decisions. i am attempting to stay with the SQ range i like a little volume but im sure any upgrade will give me the sound i am looking for in that respect. i was wondering how many of you guys use ipods over cd's and cd changers in your cars? do you get the same quality out of the ipods that you would from cd's? this may sound stupid and i know it doesnt make sense so please correct me here, but im under the impression that music will play louder and better from cd's over using a ipod...again i know it sounds stupid..but id like to hear some opinions from the ipod users here

yes, I know kicker isn't a real high end brand but i got an excellent deal on 2 12 inch L5s and a kenwood kac 9152D 900 rms mono amp. the guy i bought them from built a very piss poor box out of subflooring material and basically gestimated a slotted port dimension. the box performs about as well as a dual brand bandpass box. he was using a head unit with a very good EQ and in his integra the drivers performed well all things considered. in my jeep however, they only operate (I'm guessing here) in the 50 to 65 hz range well and only give me a bit of a hum in the low range. now, I know you can still get a good low end response out of a set of 12s. ive been after a clarion dz9255 for ages, they arnt available in europe so was thinking about importing one, clarion just done a press release in the uk for the new head units, which doesnt include the dz9255, so i winged a little and as luck would have it i won one i actualy won a clarion hx d2 but same model just malaysia spec so i can use the radio in the UK and slightly updated compared tot he 9255 what a good start to my holidays

Well i bought 2 2010 kicker cvr 12"s for $100 for the pair going to have them on a crunch pzi. 1500 i know p.o.s amp but its what i got for now the box specs. are: 30 inch wide X 14 height X 29 deep. Port is going to be 4 inches wide X 12.5 inch tall X 18.5 inches depth tuned to 32 hz with 45* in the corners each sub is getting 2.486635 cubic feet each would this box sound good or what should i add or take off. well i just got the Alpine 9831 body wiring and all, except for the FACEplate, i powered it up with a regulator i have and the hear the cd player try to scran like noremal but i was wondering if it would come on with my 9815 face? or do i have to wiat and get the 9831 face?
