I made a boo boo. The wire on my remote for the Mini was smashed under a bolt. I was wondering if anyone knew the correct way to repair this coax cable. If any one has one lying around, I would be willing to buy it. Thanks!

ive only ever really ran Rodek amps, ive had a couple 2150's to a couple 15''s and still have a 280 to a couple B-52 12''s and i also have a rodek cross over, now i got a 2300i and would like to know if i can run it down to 2ohm mono, ive had my 280 blow up at least 5 or 6 times and rebuilt, now it will run 2 ohm mono load all day, ive got 2 gauge wire going right to the board and dual fans on it, what an ugly looking beast now but i can hit 145 db on the termpro mic (pad) and ill pop any fuse smaller then 60amp, my cross over needs some work though, im only getting one channel out put, and im no longer in touch with the asian tech that had been servicing my amps before…

Problems with: ZED Audio Minotaur II - this amp is creating some kind of feedback noise to my entire system... at first, it was terrible. this crazy squealing noise that just didn't stop, regardless if the car was actually running of just had power to the stereo. so i brought it back to the installer, and they put a ground noise isolator (or something like that) in-line for the amp's RCAs. this reduced the noise greatly, but then when i would turn on the car, the sub would just start pounding for about a minute before it would stop. this was regardless if there was any signal coming from the radio or not. then today i brought it back to the installer, and they gr…

Just to let everyone know I sent in two amps to Zed to be repaired. It took over 2 months to get them back. They moved to a new location during that time. I did finally get them back this last week. They work like new now. I guess it was worth the wait. I still love the sound quality of their amplifiers. Just with the length of time with no contact with them I thought everyone else should know about it.

Hmm, that didn't last too long. The rules are here for a reason. Stay around and contribute some first. That is some nice gear BTW.

What is the physical size of the levithan? Are there any prototype pictures? I'm trying to figure out of I can cram it in the back of my integra.

I was all set to buy a couple of Zeds and then had a change of plans...well ....after lots of money and not even using half of the amps I did buy, I am on the verge of getting the Zeds after all.....if I do it will be a Zed Duece and a monolith or Gladius... I currently have a ARC 4150xxk & ARC 1500xxk and quite frankly like them but I am still haunted by not getting the Duece... I must first sell a Son of Frankampenstien which is a limited edition 4 channel PG amp and a rare amp(500 made) . I am getting this one a trade as nobody had cash for my new PG ZPA 0.5 monster 2 channel.. I am wanting to know what you had before you got the ZEd amps and what your impression …

How underrated are they usually? just curious because I have a zed audio made US acoustics USA series II (IIRC) 4050 that does 50 watts per channel, Im assuming at 12 volts. So has anyone every benched this amp or a similar one to see what it actually does at normal operating conditions? Im thinking that maybe i should just keep it to run active with and sell my other amps (need the cash). Im guessing maybe around 75 per channel... Thanks guys

My son just picked up an ESX q60.4 and a q175.2 yesterday. Has anyone ever had either of these benched? What realistic power do they put out? How about with upgrades?

can someone tell me how rare these amps are, and what kinda power it really makes, it zed so we all know its underated. going to run a nice set of cdt hd6.1s on it. i know its a 6 ch. just found a deal on it, and i a sucker for zed goodness

I am about to buy an amp for my pioneer premier ts-c720prs speakers and am looking at the USX 2080 amp that puts out 80 watts rms x 2 @ 4 ohms... It is only $49.50 plus shipping, but they are repaired amps... Does anyone have experience with this amp and if so how good are they? The US Acoustics 2300f was built by them right? I can still pick up a brand new one and was wondering if Zed built those models aswell. Also how much were them brand new? If I do decide to pick it up i want to know a starting point for negotiations.

Does anyone know if this amp was made with the Chrome Heatsink? I know they made it with the Charcoal grey and black and red letters. The reason I ask is I just ran into a USA 4050 with the Chrome heatsink and I was hoping to find a 2300 to match it.

Are the USX series of amp built by ZED? If so, Any thoughts on them. I've seen some around and thought I might buy one some time for the heck of it.

Is it true only the first run was actually built by Zed and then after that they sent the design to Korea to be built? Also, it's only a true Zed if it has the silkscreen Zed logo on the board correct? Thanks.

i currently have a us acoustics USA4050 (50x4 @ 4 ohms) running my mids and tweets active, and it just isnt enough power for them. my mids are 8 ohm coils. unless i find a good deal on a big power, small footprint amp, i'll be picking up either a USA4080 (80x4 @ 4, 240x2 4 ohm bridged) or a USA2150 (2x150 @ 4 ohm) to run the mids, and bridge the 4050 to my tweets. how would those 2 options compare efficiency wise? the 4080 bridged would run the 8 ohm mids with a lot more headroom than the 2150 right? how does running 2 amps for my mids/tweets compare in efficiency to running one big amplifier with dual power supplies, along the lines of a DD S4 or a zuki eleets? any zed …

I am curious to know which of these two amps you all would consider to be better made? Here's my dilema.....I currently have a USA2100 in my car, and working fine. My speakers can handle 150 watts rms (Diamond audio's) I just sourced a USX2150 (no lightbar) also made by Zed Audio. IT works....sorta. one channels out, and the output of the other one is weak...definetly heading south. Is the USX2150 that much better of an amp to warrant getting it repaired, or should I just stick with the 2100, and then spend my money on locating a good 2300 for my subs? Or get the 2150 repaired, and then start looking for a 600f or 800f? How much would repair run on a 2150 anyways while we…
