here it is. after about an hour we located the problem. teh starter wire had laid up next to the long tube tri-y headers and melted, causing it to short out. here's a car made by an audio shop, pretty good install, some clearance issues, looked over by several mechanics, and all that is wrong with it was the starter wire...lol....oh well...we got paid for the repaires.. enjoy the pics.... one the sexiest amps of all time and there ya have it. the best part of this car, other then the crown, is the airbrushed chrome trim. it's absolutely beautiful. but there are some issues with the car. one airline leaks a bit, there is some rust starting to … -

I tried this at smd and i got ripped a new one...so i was outside of my house smoking a cigarette(wife thinks i quit) and i see a bum pushing a cart...so quickly i spot a prefab box...i call him over and ask him to show me the box...the box had an old skool rf 12" sub... Brand new man! Then he says i also have an amp...so he pulls it out the bottom of the cart and its a decent kenwood 2ch...THEN!....he say i also have a stereo...so he takes it out of his backpack its a new pioneer premier with ipod connection,bluetooth,4v output, and its in its box. All tested and works like new -

it all started when a friend asked me what sub can i build for his 2 8's. he already had some 5.25's up front and a hu. ran the whole system on hu power for about 3 months. finally installed an amp today main "theme" is low-budget front stage : trying out the amp, to see if it's worth the hassle of installing : can't drive to the cable shop without tunes subwoofer ssa special diy terminals amp installed diy rca's it's still a bit ghetto, but for how much $$ he spent, i like it. there's a big chance this summer we're going to do the frontstage right, as in sound deadening and maybe custom fg panels... -

Scrap enclosure. i was going to finish a wicked one with the scraps from the box for hte 2 10's but i ended up lacking the correct lengths so i scrapped the 1/2 finished wicked one to make this, its almsot a perfect cube and is 1cuft @38Hz. Im Going to get some vid of the speaker in it which moves like a mother when it isnt in an enclsoure...high tuning means unloading . its just some POS speaker from a $60 bass tube. It be a pretty decent speaker if it had more BL. this may be for sale for anyone that wants it after i play with it. Would go nice with a W7 8 or even a TB 8. could even cut the hole out larger and drop a 10 in. for more low end just add some elbows and v… -

Steve's pics of his flaming lawn tractor got me thinking... What do you mow six acres of hills with? Something like this...a Kubota L3830 with a Woods 7' finishing mower. 40hp (at the wheels? ) from a 3-cylinder diesel. Manual transmission, eight gears forward/reverse. Rear and mid-mounted PTO's. The front loader has a rating of almost a ton, and it's moved rocks nearly that size. -

Seems like there is always something to work on.... This is my "new" Brute. yeah I've had 10 min of seat time on it.... yeah previous owner, an easy life on the farm eh? This is a pic of my Sportsman 400^^^ Had to weld on some more metal because the a arm got loose and "wallerred" a the mounting hole out. Using my little MIG, decided I didn't care to switch the flux core out and use gas. The original metal was also pretty thin so a constant weld was near impossible. Soon as I got that all done, went to replace the tie rods and found out the front right a arm is loose as hell too Just another day! -
