Anyone have Battlefield 2 for PC? Considering setting up a bf2 server for ssa members.

Started having some issues with my gpu recently... Randomly lock-ups, reboots, and BSODS.... tried everything under the sun software wise... Tried cleaning, adding more cooling, different slots to no avail... Current PC: Intel i7- 3930K 16GB ram Intel 160GB ssd Nvidia GTX 285 I think it's been about 3yrs since I had the card and think it's time to upgrade... Haven't been in the market for a long time and see soooo many changes.... I need a 1 card solution.... Preferably more than 1GB memory... Brand doesn't matter... Nvidia or ATI.... Can someone that has a lower (32 or under) tuning download and try this song out and tell me how it sounds. It peaks at 27 and 30hz but the chorus has some higher notes. I check all songs to make sure clipping is to a minimal. This is a slow jam and mellow song but potent. It loud so start testing before going full tilt, mainly -5db bass. You can tell its potential with earbuds on I get bored and do this sometimes, took about 1 hour to do this track. I normally try all my songs out in my truck but cant right now. As the title says, what recording studio do you like? Which seems to have a lot of high quality recordings? I like sony, known from Micheal Jacksons CDs.

I have an old traffic light that a famiily member gave me to rebuild, I plan on cleaning it up, and replacing the old incandescant lights with LED strips. I already have a small power transformer, and Ive figured out how im gonna do the LED's. I need help on where to find a suitable timer that can replicate the function of a traffic light, or just flash each light in order.

I know almost nothing about phones and some of those commercials that show a guy walking past the apple iphone line and having a clearly superior phone has got me thinking. Anybody know a good, free program for taking music off my old iPod to my new computer. I have tried searching around and all I find are expensive ones or free ones that allow only a hundred songs to transfer. I need something free that will get my whole library from my iPod to my new computer's iTunes account and subsequently on to my phone and other iPod.

Sadly, I have NOT been able to test it as the Android Market says my phones software isn't compatible with it, just because I am running 2.3.7 But it looks very promising, the developer is of Steve Meade Designs and seems to really want to make it into a GREAT application. Anyone have any thoughts on any laptops, or companies making them. I've always had desktops in the past, and built them, so haven't dealt with any particular brand sucking. Budget is 700, but I'd rather spend closer to 600, may buy used. I don't need a big hard drive, 50gb will suffice. 2gb of ram should be good. Wireless card 802.11 intel based or atheros based is a must. cd and dvd reader, doesn't need to write. screen size, 15" is fine, don't need anything big. good battery life is a plus. In the mean time I'll be reading page after page of laptops on newegg.

i bought a new used computer today .. its a emachine i know i know.. but i got it cheap. so i brought it home hooked it up.. and was able to surf the net. but it had 7 users on it and full of trash, so i clicked around untill i found away to "goback" and it took off all the user and made it almost a new PC. but. now i cant get on the internet. i called my ISP and they told me its my eithernet card, but it was working fine an hour ago, so maybe some help on setting and what not? and im used to XP. and vista is blowing my mind.. anyone know how to reboot vista to a fresh copy, "system restore "? thanks guys.

My task bar seems to keep hiding itself behind programs, the internet browser and stuff and its really getting annoying, iv looked it up and i cant really find a solution for it other then turning OFF auto-hide which i already have? Anybody else having this problem and a solution for it?

Interested in the capability of a ramdisk.. I have a q9300 running at 3.4ghz, ddr2 corsair dominator at right under 1066. Gave just 600mb of memory to ramdisk. All my other drives in the computer are standard 7200rpm drives either individual or Raid 1. I compared my 7200rpms first using Crystal Diskmark. I only tested the SEQ test.. they were in the mid 90s in both read and write... Sick of networking BS between my XP & Win 7 machines with some on a domain and some not, so I am going to bite the bullet and upgrade. My hardware (i7 quad) is fine to support it, plan on just adding another hdd so that I can switch boot drives if necessary.
