I wanted to share this with you guys, it was posted by a guy on my forum and I think is very important especially since we are all using computers and the internet. If you have cable or DSL internet service, please read this entire page Let me first say that I'm not trying to sell anything on this page. I'm not profiting in any way and I'm not trying to get you to buy any software (most of the software I recommend here is free for personal use). Protect Your Computer and Your Personal Information from Theft As most computer users know, it's very difficult to surf the web without annoying pop-ups or other distractions. Does anybody have this? It was semi popular right after the song came out few years ago, and I've lost it over time. For those who don't know its, Rascal Flatts- What Hurts the Most. I'm not 100% if its boosted, or a whole new bassline, I can't remember. So if anybody thinks they have it, will you please upload it somewhere I can download it? Or a link to somewhere that has it already? I haven't searched really hard for it yet, figured I'd post and give this a try.

Well now that I'm old, I feel I need to become self sufficient. This means getting a new phone, plan and/or network. Any Ideas? I'm Verizon right now, but they are quite expensive. I like T-Mobile and the BlackBerry Pearl Flip, with everything it would be about $80 monthly. I also like the iPhone and AT&T, that would be $199 so start off, I'm not sure on monthly prices though. I need unliminted texting, and about 500 anytime minutes. Any advice?

I have been wanting to buy a new desktop for a while now. I am not a gamer. Other than internet browsing I use numerous photo editing software packages including CS5. 1TB of internal memory is a must. I already have a monitor that I am happy with. I would like to stay under $500. I have been looking at these two. What do you guys think? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103411 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883255242&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL111912&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL111912-_-EMC-111912-Index-_-DesktopPCs-_-83255242-L08B

I cannot find these ANYWHERE!!! I own a Klipsch Promedia 5.1 surround sound pc system. They are discontinued now and the BASH 500w amp on the back of the sub box is screwed up. IT only wants to play the subwoofer instead of the rest of the channels and apparently is a known issue from some results i've seen. Well, i wanted to just replace the amp whether it be plate\the exact same amp plate or just a 5.1 surround pc amp period! The problem is... they appear not to be sold on the market, correct? How am i to go about getting an amp to power the speakers i have that still work? I don't feel like sending the unit back, i just want to do it myself. I even looked at other 5.1…

I was looking for advice on a Backup Camera. I have never shopped for one and don't know which specs I need to be looking for. So if anybody could lead me in the right direction, that would be great! I have a Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD. I'm pretty sure it will accept any input from the Camera. My budget would be any where from 50$, to idk, 200$? I don't really know whats a good price for a good solid unit. I'm wanting to invest into this heavily because its really important. When the new window tints, and possibly a wall in the future, I will need a way to see behind me safely and more efficiently.

ok, a few months ago we got DSL and i was expecting some problems with adware and such. well a few days ago i began noticing that some internet links were not working. it does it on all websites, sometimes you can right click and click open in new window and that will work. other times the new window will pop up and in the address bar is the site address and at the beginning it says javascript and some parentheses and some apostophes (sp.?) and all you have to do is backspace all the stuff that looks like it doesnt belong in the address and hit enter and the site will come up. none of the "java" sites work, like if there is animation or whatever on the site, then the link…

I've always thought about doin this so i don't have to keep replacing dvd players to hd players to blu ray players to whatever else comes out next. The capability of playing back movies on a pc that only needs the right ROM drive is cheaper than buying a whole new home unit. Plus the fact that the home theater pc can do a LOT more things than a home unit player can. I want some people's feedback on some features that they think would be cool or necessary to make it perfect for using it as intended. Thermaltake is pretty set on home theater cases. Gotta have a remote with a readable screen on front. Without that, it's a pain in the ass. So other words- it has to look ju…

Im in the market for headphones and i would like to keep it under $150. I am mostly going to use them along with my POD UX1 guitar recording module. I want them to be clear and be able to reproduce a high gain electrified sound. I play mostly metal, (LOG, Sylosis, shadows fall etc..) and would like for them to shine in this genre when im playing it and when im just listening to it. thanks guys

We have a 4gb Xbox 360S. Bought NFS: Rivals for my son. Didn't realize until we tried to play it that it requires 2gb HDD space. It doesn't have 2gb free space and there apparently isn't an HDD installed (the slot on the right side behind the door is empty). Do I have to buy an HDD for this game, or will a USB flash drive work? My concern is that I wasn't sure if flash memory would work with the game or if it had to store the game to an HDD? What is the best/cheapest route to make this and future games work? If I had to buy an HDD, I think it would be better to take the damn game back and buy something else. We've had the Xbox for 3 or 4 years and this is the fir…

I have been doing lots of searching for detailed information on exactly how this is done and the safety issues wih doing this and have not found anything worth mentioning so let me lay out what i think would work and see what you guys think? To do so i would assume you would need the following- PSU with single 12v rail. PSU with 12v rail output equal or greater than the fuse rating on the amp. Cut off ALL 12v wires going into connectors and splice them all together to form the rated 12v output ready to connect to Power input on amp. Do the PSU trick so u can turn on and off the PSU via kill switch in the back. If all of this is true, then i have a couple questions. 1- Mos…

Decaf and bigpimpin91 undoubtedly have some of the best songs for bass, and I have all of decafs zips, but I need Bigpimpin91's work also. Ive tracked down quite a few of his songs, but its seemingly impossible to find anymore just crawling through different forums and google. Anyone has his Collection? or even a few songs? He had a ZIP of all of his older slowed, bass boosted, and chopped songs on SMD awhile back before the rules changed on there. . Id very much appreciate an upload of any you guys have, if you want to be private about it that is definitely ok just pm me. Thanks!

Excellent freaking game! All the lovelies of the Gran Turismos series, but with a very difficult gameplay. It's nice a challenging, but fun at the same time! If you like bikes and Gran Turismo, I suggest picking this game up. Beware though, you cannot use any techniques used in the GT series. The bikes are a total different monster and handle nothing like cars. It's amazing how they can convey this through a video game.

Here is a song that I have came across today that really has me feeling pretty good about music at the moment. I am most pleased with the type of hard work and skill that has to be put together in order to accomplish such talent. Even if you don't like either music genre's, it is still music that has to be composed together well enough to create good music. Please, do watch, if you already have, then watch it again and appreciate the music one more time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isOBghMbOVk Also, please let me know what you think. (I know I accidentally misspelled genre's in the title, please edit if possible, thanks!)

So, what are you listening to these days? I find these threads are always good for me - bring back old favorites (forgotton, or just put aside for a while), discover new music (www.musicplasma.com BTW), etc. I've had some metal blaring for the past little while. "Are You Dead Yet?" by Children of Bodom is a good album (and song) - some nut-shaking double kicks in there. God Forbid and Opeth have been getting some play time. Metallica, especially Enter Sandman, has been put on repeat more than once lately. Classic rock ... always listening to that. Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith, The Police, Nirvana, The Who, Tom Petty, Guns N' Roses, Genesis, and BTO have been on heav…

I would like to buy a laptop, soon. My family's home desktop is very slow and everyone always goes on it and I would like a personal computer with only my things on it. I'm very specific in what I want because there are many factors, I want the laptop to run pretty quickly just not slow. Our desktop is probably 6 to 7 years old now.. So nothing like that lol I want it to have pretty good memory considering I will be using programs like iTunes, adobe, pro tools, audacity etc. Im not going to be playing games on it. I want it to be able to be used for my recording studio, so it should have good memory/speed, USB ports, headphone jack must not be cheaply made for they wi…

On an album I absolutly love, there is an included live dvd. As such, there is alot of the tracks I like better performed live as opposed to studio. Is there a program available to extract the audio from a DVD and copy it to a CD and/or my computer? I want to be able to play this in a vehicle without DVD capabilities, so the audio is important to get. J
