US AMPS

is there such a thing as a us amps de500---ive heard of the de1000 before and i think i remember somebody selling de500's on ebay years back but they claimed they were prototypes for south america or something,,anyways i have a chance to buy it,,should i ??

To get the best sound what is the difference of gain from 15 HZ to 40Hz. Putting the gains clockwise would be the best choice right, closer towards 40 hz. Do to the type of of install I have it is very difficult to work on my gains.My space is limited to work with.

I have been looking around for information on this sub, but come up with nothing. Not specifications on it, but whether or not I can run this in a daily setup. I know there are a few people who do run these daily, but those are the larger sizes, 12"s, 15"s, 18"s. I have never heard of anyone running a 10. Would it be fine for daily use, or is it similar to the old BTL 10" to where it was solely for burping purposes? Any help would be great appreciated

i have 2 RE SR 10 D4's so which us amp do i need? i might do eight later. The set up is in a 97 S-10 blazer so i have some room. what kind of current draw should i expect? my blazer is all blacked out so black would be sweet but what ever works...

Both Mrd-m1005 (alpine) and Usa 2000x produce 1000W as I have the Usa running on one channel (time being). However, the Usa blows the Alpine out of the water. I am also getting less dimming then I did with the Digital amp which seems ass backwards to me. Can anyone shed some light so I can understand this more? Thanks Btw, I love this amp!

To anybody that uses the Merlins.I am upgrading my electrical to meet the demands of all my amps( 5 Amplifiers) Three amps are the PhoenixGold Ti Series (2 600's Ti and 1 400 Ti) Two US Amps MD3D 07 Models.I can not give you the exact wattage but both amps and subs are connected at three ohm on a JL Audio 13w7. All the amps that I have are unregulated power supply and need alot of juice including the two merlins md3d amps. On the merlins the amp load is 480 in my car adding another 220 plus that is a total of 660 .I had one high output at 220 240 maybe hot.That was not enough so I am adding two more alternators that put out at least 400 to 440 amps.Beside some for t…

I just got one of these not too long ago and finally hooked it up to my VLX-400 and my USA-150. Now my question is the setting of the "gain" on the crossover. From what I understand in the 2000 manual, that knob controls input voltage to the the amp from 0-9 volts. I have it at 3/4 on every channel. I didn't have time for long term testing and nothing sounded distorted or anything. I just want to make sure I'm not going to damage my speakers by having it at that point. So my question is, it it actually a gain knob, or does it act like a line driver and just increase the voltage while turning it up (obviously unlike a line driver, it is not adding voltage to the 8 vo…

i just got an AX1000de, i dont see any internal fuses so im guessing that im going to have to do an external fuse for it. my guess is a 100 amp fuse . do any of yall have any input on placement of the fuse, the fuse size, and where i could get one, and a fuse holder for a reasonable price. thanks

I am thinking about getting one or two of them. What is the lowest imp. they can be run at for both daily and burps. Also are they strapable? Some one told me they are .5 ohm stable for daily, and i was wondering what kind of power i could expect at that load. Thanks in advance Rob

Are these amps 2 or 1 ohm mono stable or would I be pushing it. I believe the 150x puts out 500x1 at 4 ohm bridged. Can I bridge it down further to 2 ohms or am I asking for trouble. Any input is greatly appreciated. I was also considering using the us amps optimizer with these amps. The 100x would power boston pro60 3 ohm speakers in stereo. The 100 would power boston pro6.5 in the rear in either stereo or mono, probably stereo. I was looking at picking up a 8'' sub and running it at 2 ohms off the 150x. I have a md22 and I'm guessing its an 06? I'm not sure but its the style with one side that is square and it houses all the controls and the other side is round. Anyway I need a guts picture of the amp that is a step above it. Mine is being modded and I need to see what amp is the next steup up from the 22. Thanks.

I've got an older USA-2000x which is the 2 ohm stable model. Say if I ran this at 2 ohms bridged, would I be good with a 200 amp alt, Kinetic HC2400 and HC800? Thanks

Hey guys. I am looking at this Usa-100Hc and I need some specs on it. If I was to get it I would be putting around 14.4 volts to it..I see at 1 Ohm it is rated at 800 watts..Do you guys have any info on it? I have done searches, came up with minimal material..Wanted to talk to the Us amp masters...Oh yea it is the Old style Usa-100Hc if that helps..The longer model...Thanks guys..Also would it be a better amp than my current Xt4000d???
