US AMPS

I still can't believe how big this amp is for a front stage amp. Wow What a beast and I love the plexiglass bottom. I was thinking of going one for the amp and this saved me some time and money. Shes going to power a pair of Seas Excel W18NXs and Seas Prestige 27TBFC/Gs. They are in the mail and should be here monday or tuesday. . Thnx again Denim and Flakko for making a happy customer.

Hey was wondering if anyone out there has some recommendations regarding enclosures specs for two RE MT 12 for daily use. I've read other post that say to use the information stated for the MX12's as a guide. Also is there a set limit to the rms these speakers can handle.

i just wanna know if the xterminator series amps that can be found pretty readily on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/US-AMPS-XT2000D-xTERMI...1QQcmdZViewItem are solid for the amount of power they put out? i know they dont do the bolstered claims that you see but thier actual power and build is it good, clean, reliable? or is this amp just nice looking trash all the way around? i did see the video of the guy explaining how the numbers are "raised" so that average joe has no idea what his amp is actually doing. anybody here owned one, or had experience with them? thanks for any info . i am not trying to diss us amps( i own two old school ones 400& 150) but do these newer ones…

How can i strapp 4 of these beasts to a nominal 0,25 Ohm impedance on a single super battery only for burps? I'm thinking of using them on my Street max 1-2 setup to replace my 2 USA 6000. Is it safe?Has anyone done it?Is there any strapping diagram available?

Now every where i have read says it do the following specs Power: 200wx2 @ 4 310wx2 @ 2 650wx1 @ 4. And on the box it says 257 @ 4 ohms and 352 @ 2 ohms. So I want to know the truth, whats the deal? The first thing i noticed is the fuse rating (3) 25 amps, now i know that if a amp has a 60 amp fuse. It will do somewhere from 650 to 750 watts. And the second thing I noticed was the power and ground connectors. Now I know it takes like a 4gauge wire. And the thrid things is that it is made in the U.S.A. so I know that its …

Hello So people are saying the 2007 MD series are the same as AX series.(Is this true) Can someone explain. I also keep hearimg the 2007 MD-2D and MD-3D are underated but not MD-1D.(if so whats up with that) Thanks

I have a old school u.s. amps VL-400 It recently fried due to lack of sufficient power. I am wondering if it is possible to get this fixed , looks like it needs a new board to me. Also does anyone know the specs on this amp? ... i have looked everywhere . I havnt even seen one on ebay (previous owner did the "custom" paint job. ) it used to be purple.

Ive heard that USAMPS are sub drivers rather than musical amps. By musical I mean stuff that would drive high end components. I use my USAMPS for everything as I am impressed by the formidable power and low distortion. How good are US AMPS at playing the upper frequencies compared to brands like sinfoni and brax? Are there NOTICABLE differences between the tube series and regular AB US AMPS? J

Does any know if US Amps does direct factory sales? I'm some what close to US Amps and I was wondering if they sold to the public from factory. How would the price be like? Thanks

I got 2 12 re se 12's in my house and one needs a complete recone and the other needs some ne tinsel leads(snapped). So any ways i talked to greg about three days ago and might be getting the recone in about a month just wanted to post some pics. So a little history about the subs my cousin had these i bought them off of hime with the leads snapped. My cousin used his epicenter past it limits and he blew one of the coils on one sub and it is riped from one side of the cone, the other sub is good but the lead snapped so i put something temporarily for the sub but i want the ripped sub reconed and the other to get the leads fixed and just thought i would let greg know. Hey guys, I have two US Amps 3200's and I am wondering if I need a MLT to strap them? From what I understand, they can be strapped. I cannot find any info on the web regarding what and how to strap them. Can someone offer me some insight if they are strappable? If so, how would I go about it? There is no master/slave switch on them, hence why I think I'll need an MLT module. Both of the amps have US Amps/RE stamped on them. They have the grey wire, not the red. Thanks!

Flakko answered all questions and of course made me a SMOKIN deal on some Merlin amps....... I haven't owned US since 97' and I was happy then so expect i'll be happy now. I I would though like to ask for any reviews of the MD22 & MD2 amps or the others as well. Anyone actually looked at the ouput with a scope to determine, with adequite power supply to amp, where they start to clip at? Any info wold be nice I only found one thig on google . I don't frequent here as much as ECA and SD but I will now have to come here alot more often!.

Okay looking into the US AMPS MD 2D. I see that it does 1500w at 1 ohm. I need it to power 2 10" Fi SSDs. Will the MD 2D actually produce 1500w at 1 ohm?

My friend has the us amp Merlin md3d... He got it not too long ago perhaps last month for 400.... now i want to get it.... he said to give me my AQ. and 150... Should i go for??? This is also the friend that i sold my lv4 too.. I am going to get it back... I want to go back to my high school and win the competition they have.. ha ha... okay the comp. is not real legit. they do it by ear ... and stand like ten feet from the vehicle... and there mostly are trucks.. so it will be just a bit harder for me... Not sayin this is true... and i think they will be biased considering the some of the people that go...they think kicker or lanzar are the best thing out there...…

lookin fer 70ish x4 @ 4ohms lookin fer 500ish @ 2 ohms and 1000ish @ 1 ohm as small as possible? dunno if thats possible now adays... large power, small foot print, like my rf power series amps... have to be same US Amps series... jeremy... do ur job =D
