Ok guys i have a 100.4 and just got some new mids after old ones got replaced at cdt..... I want to know the best way to adjust your amps hpf and lpf? in this case my 100.4 hpf for my 3 way components..... i dont no if the vertical point in between both markings like 55 and 500 are exactly the average of the two. but id like to know how to set these filters fairly accurately... i see on the 1000D thread that sundown is working on some more amps like the 75.2 250.2 50.4 any clue on the timeline for those ? release dates and such? subs aswell i think im not the only one interested in those:D Eli.

I noticed that the newest RD Audio class D internals are pretty well identical to Sundown stuff... what's the deal? First they were like atomic, and now Sundown? There seems to be a lot of this going on with amplifiers lately... What's your take on this Jacob?

I have a set of cdt 6 and half with upstage located in my doors and a pillars. They have an rms of 400. I have a 4.100 and would like to use it for them. It would be 320x2. I think I can run it bridged stereo with y adapters on the rca. My question is how do I set it up so that both channels are doing the same thing. The panel is a bit confusing to me. If I have both channels on high pass, what abou all the other controls?

Wired a 1500d to a btl. Everything is right but there's no sound. Amp gets power, lights up blue. No protection light. Speaker wires test 1.8ohm (dual 1ohm wired to 2ohm) RCA's SHOULD be good...nothing has changed. How can I test my RCA voltage? I have a multimeter. (which part of the RCA is POS and which is NEG?) Anything else I'm missing?

first show with 1 1500d and 1 10" in a 02 eclipse did 145 @ 47 hrtz. it was third loudest of the day and I won my class. i had problems friday so I did'nt get to use both 1500d's and did'nt build a spl box. oh and my camera got left @ home so I will post a link for dbdrag result's when they are in. i got beat by a blazer with 2 old w6 15's and 2 dei 1100d's. and a chevy extreme with 4 9515's and 2 6500's. wish i got to use both 1500's think I could of done 147-148 easy

TC Sounds OEM 10" Drivers (2 of them). Enclosure will be built next weekend. Here are some pics. Side By side with TC sounds oem 10" (left) and a Diamond Audio D1 10" (right) both dual 4 ohm.

But jus not sure what to set my dmm on to actually measure the voltage from the amp.. I can take pics of the dmm if that would help..

the SAZ-1500d is marked at 600 at everywhere i look iirc.. are these prices negotiable? because i have had people say they got theirs for 450. if not is there any where to buy used? and what is a good price i should be willing to pay for a used one?

Going to be installing a HD315 that's dual 1.5ohm VC's. Getting it for a good price, otherwise if buying new I'd just have gotten a dual 2 ohm. I have a 200a alt, SVR batt up front, Deka Intimidator in back, BIG 3 in 1/0, amp wiring is 1/0, gain set with DMM. Is there anything else I need or need to know as I've never run an amp below 1ohm. It's a daily driver and 99% of the time I listen at moderate levels, meaning you can talk in the car with the stereo playing, but once in a while I plan on leaning on it pretty hard when playing music, NO burps, just cranking some tunes to unwind after work. Started in on the install.. Wish I had more ground cable, we decided to do multiple runs and I don't have enough grey/silver since we used some for more power wire.. doh. It'll all be hidden anyway. Lots more to do (probably a couple more days worth).. I'll keep the pics coming.

Ok just got my second 1500 today with sticker's for the car.my wife brought home a dell computer for my $300 2 mic term-lab . it is up and running But it is raining out so no test's just yet and I still need to hook up second 1500. i have my second 9500 D motor coming wensday . and I have a couple crx's in my sight's. i have 4 run's of 0 gauge and a nsb-90 to start with. still need the part's for second 9510 oh and crx last thing will be 6" aero port's. anyway's first show is the 28th need to do some testing by then and mess with a few box's but not sure how much I'm going to do with the eclipse for the first show. might just add second 1500 and go with it until the…

I had a miserable F-ing friday (yesterday). Earlier this week, a guy was "Selling" Incriminator 40.1's over on canadiancaraudio at crazy prices... (read: $600). He made it sound like he was just desperate for a quick sale, so I figured hey, may as well take advantage - I wanted to pick up a temporary amp to keep me busy until the 3000D's come out. The guy gave me a tracking number on thursday, and said he had shipped it out on wednesday. Turns out the tracking number was invalid... I tried repeatedly and gave up on friday. If I wired 2 channels at 4 ohms and did not bridge the amp, would that cause any issues? Also should it still produce 100 watts RMS? J

well i hooked up the 1500d in place of my sub channel on my belle and i with i had a meter.not much difference in sound. i have it @.7ohm (dual 1.5 ohm) and i just can't hear any difference in the 2 amp's.but as soon as i get my meter I'm going to test the differnce. yes i have 2 battery's to run off of one optima and 1 stinger in the hatch. anyways later

Is it possible to do 100x2 @ 4ohms and then 160x2@2 on the other 2 channels?
