The 6.5" is NOT yet available... just testing the sample. Very smooth measured response on these... can cross as high as 4-5k for tweeters that don't like much mid-range output. Measured open baffle -- in a baffle low-end would increase on all of them but you can see the trend as the very deepest bottom end increases as you go up in size and the top-end increases as you go down in size.

Well i bought a few Nightshade v.1 motors from jacobs yardsale a week or so ago. when they arrived there were still cones in place. i checked coils and one of the subs still read good. so i decided to put some power to it. It made music but sounded horrible but seemed to work ok. I bought these to resize/recone and figured neither sub would work, but. 1) 12' blown junkyard nightshade v.1 1) box that leaks and is about 2.5 times too big for the sub. I hit a 131.7 with one sa-8 in a .75cf box tund to 32hz of a rf 500.1 I cant rember what song I played it is in a 06 chevy equinox and I did beter then some of the people with a par of 10's and single ported 12's I feal bad for the kid with the aq hdc3 12 off 1000+ wats he onely hit a 128.6 but his was in a reg cab truck with the sub facing the frunt and the port facing up betwing the seats

Would my 1500d power 2 12" t2 ok? I know they are 1000rms/2000peak but I dunno if its underrated or over rated specs.the reason I'm asking is cuz I found the t2s at an awesome price too good to pass up! So an interesting project came my way... a client asked me to try out some of the NeoPro speakers for Guitar purposes... which I have had a few folks try them for bass guitar and like them but not regular electric guitar. got my 2 sa-12s in a 5 cube box tuned to 30-31hz using 2 4" aeros anyway i just got my crescendo bc2000 and i was playin today had to be pretty close to full tilt although amp clip light never came on anyway i am very happy with the performance of my amp and subs and box !! once done after about 10 min or so of playing different songs here and there i felt my dust caps and noticed they were luke warm now i went directly to the ports didnt smell anything is this normal ? sorry but first system i have ever had that was capable of actualy flexing anything so i had to play with it

i need to know the T/S Specifications for a sundown z v2 d2 15 and how big does an spl box need to be for it

what do yall think of the z v2 d2 15 in a spl box tuned to 39 hertz on a dc audio pai 3000.1

I got some photos of the prototypes in from my factory -- they are looking good. Of course the terminals will be bent down and whatnot in production. The motor is equal to the NeoPro-8 model. The only negative is that I am not sure how pricing will go on these Neo drivers -- Neo prices are going crazy and it may result in the NeoPro drivers rising in price. For reference... I got Neo quotes for my big Neo SPL motor and it was 300% higher than in 2009 -- no joke! BUT I will try to keep making them if possible as people really do enjoy them :thumbsup: We'll probably do some testing in Derrick's ride to see how they do.

Aight I'm planning on buying 1 of 4 custom nightshade 10s that jacob custom made with the blue basket. I wanted to know if this sub would be suitable in a 4th order bandpass enclosure. Also would like to know what's the best frequency to tune the enclosure for daily driver ( I like hip hop music and love the lows lol). I would be using a digital design m1b amplifier to run the sub. Alright jst wondering if anyone else exprience this. I have a sundown 100.4 and as soon as you put a fuse in it, it'll blow as I was driving I heard a loud screech guessing that's when it went out. Internals looks clean, all in/out put was d/c and still having this issue ground was checked. Have a 1500d and that amp is fine. Its probably internal just curious if its rare thing.

Hey Sundown why is there no enclosure recommendations on the Zv2 on the subwoofer page also for the Nightshade too? I see recommendations for the SA series and other series.
