The latest word on the arrival of the SAE-1000D shipment is May 1st - 2nd. Pre-orders will be shipped starting the day they arrive and some will also go out the next day -- when yours ships you will get a tracking number from UPS, so you will know that it has shipped.

I'm looking to purchase a btl18 fully loaded "daily" I listen to mainly hip hop and I want a sub that poundes will this amp be a good match up with the btl 18?

We unloaded these last week -- they are fully in stock in D2 and D4 coils at the same price as always. Rating is now 500-watts RMS due to the longer coil and modifications to the soft parts. They feature a longer coil, bigger surround, deeper motor structure, and a few other minor modifications. The E-15 v.2 will be coming at some point in October to November.

I have teamed up with Mike once again; this time to clear out QC failed SA-8s at a discount. We have worked with Mike before on E8s that failed QC so I am sharing this offer with my forums. Any amp kit suggestions for the 1500D v.2?? Thinking of going with a knukonceptz kit don't know which one though. Any other suggestions? P.s. running 2 Fi SSD12s with it.

I took some flex videos today. Not nearly as powerful as Meade or Assman, etc..... But not to bad for 2000 watts of Sundown power and two 15's that are 600 watt RMS from a trunk car. Playing Airforces by Jeezy. Had a friend of ours in the industry put these on their Amp Dyno to verify power since people have asked us about it. All SAE amps meet or exceed ratings @ 1 % THD on the Dyno. SAE-1000D v.2 : * 1 ohm Dynamic test; works out similar to clamped results SAE-600D : * Certified; when I did a "clamp" test on the prototype it worked out similarly to the SAE-1000D Dynamic burst as I clamped around 50% over the certified figures. SAE-50.4 : * Per channel * Per channel * Bridged @ 4 ohms

On a strong 14v electrical, what can I expect? I have a 275 HO Alt, 3 YT, 4 runs of 1/0 (2+/2-). I've sold my MM 2K autotek and i'll be looking for another bigger amp shortly, and i'm kinda leaning towards this.

which is better sae-1200 or saz-1500 heard the sae puts out 1500+ and $100 or so dollars cheaper????

i went into battle yesterday with 2x 1500d Sundown amps Strapped using 2x Batcap 800 near the amps 1x optima yellow up front. stock 130 amp alt... batterys at rest was 12.8v / with alt running 14.v when the amps hitt dropped to 13.6v gain was 1/2 --- bass boost 1/4 --- note was 52Hz ? down from last competitions 55Hz did a 151.5db 1st run 153.3db second run 153.4db last run ... now iv got to get my bigg batterys to quit leaking and i can really see what these bad boys will do with 14.97v now for a few pics more pics to come later... godda get to work now...

For some reason I misplaced the specs sheet I had on the SD1v2 and recommended enclosures. can someone help me out.. I think it was around .65 or so sealed but I can't find the thread on it either. Thanks all! David

Want to know if i can run this amp on stock alt with stock batt up front and a d3100 in the rear big 3 and one run of 1/0 to rear, will be running it at 1ohm, on a pair of Xcon 12's. Thanks

New Box : 7 cubes with 195 in^2 of port area You can see it is very close to the hatch... this was not as planned - I have to move the amp rack forward to move the box forward. I just put a nightshade v2 15 in my truck and noticed it was movin some really good air so i decided to try doin a hair trick. I was greatly surprised!

How do you wire it to the sub? Like do you have 2 sets of speaker wire entering 1 terminal? Like this: This is how I have it wired up right now. The green sections are basically 3 wires twisted together and taped with electrical tape. So my question is how do I eliminate the electrical tape. I don't want to twist them together. Is there something I can buy to do this? Other then those plastic cap things that you twist on?
