I hit a 131.7 with one sa-8 in a .75cf box tund to 32hz of a rf 500.1 I cant rember what song I played it is in a 06 chevy equinox and I did beter then some of the people with a par of 10's and single ported 12's I feal bad for the kid with the aq hdc3 12 off 1000+ wats he onely hit a 128.6 but his was in a reg cab truck with the sub facing the frunt and the port facing up betwing the seats

okay I can get two 2000s or one 3500 which would be better for two upgraded nightshades? thanks

Hey guys, greeting again from Russia... we just had the national DbDrag finals last weekend. Our team in Rostov quickly (about a week) build up a system for SS1-2 that was good enought to take second place in the class with a 156.5 two SAZ4500's two Sundown Audio z18v2 subs two XS Power D3100's here are some pics of the build and from the comp this has a ton more potential ...hopefully they will rebuild it soon with metal for the cage

The power clamp reads in kW -- so 0.90, for example, is 900 watts. I kept playing it for 5 or 6 more iterations of the track after the video as I always measure T/S on at least one woofer per run to make sure everything is on track. I've already measured this one once but I've been breaking it in more to measure again

i'm currently looking at getting new Amps for my setup i'm running 4 RF T-2 15s, 2 250 amp alts. 10 batteries at 16 volts. I'm thinking about adding 3rd Alt if need be I have the 3rd one on hand. i know that sundown has 3000watt doing well over the rated output at 14.4 volts. I have heard about a new amp that is coming out and i'm very interested in running the Amps but i don't want to over load the subs to much(LOL) yes i do....... this is all installed in a 93 Jeep 4X4 Lardeo.

what is the avereage gain when i pull out all the rear plastic????? i need to beat a guy in a local comp. i did a 151.4 and he did a 152.9 If i remeber right it was 2 db! Any help before next satureday would be great

Just got my 100.4 and I am going to bridge it to run a set of components for now(active later).What is the proper hook up for the RCA's to the amp -the manual doesn't show this.Do I use channel 1 and channel 4 or some other combination. Thanks

Question #1: I will be purchasing a Sax-125.2 within the next week, the speakers that will be playing on them are (8) Eminence Alpha-6A, four on each channel. The frequency is 85-6,000 Hz, so how would i go about setting the crossoverson the amp (confusing to me)? Do I set it at Full Pass, then change the HPF to a setting and then the LPF to a setting? What kind of power will a pair of SAZ-3000d's put out at 1 ohm? Just looking for an estimate.

I have 2 1500d that I got from Dbr and 2 Fi Q15. My HU has a 3 preout which is for front, rear and sub. Each 1500d will power a single Q15 and I connect both amp with RCA. Let say RCA from HU connect to amp A and another RCA connect from BR out of amp A to input to amp B. Is this the right way to do it? Now when I scoped amp A it shows 40.4V with gains set at 3/4 of unclipped signal. Now when I scopped amp B with max gains I only got like 32V and it does not clip. So I decided to swap the RCA from HU to amp B. I got 41.5V with gains set at 3/4 of unclipped signal. But when I scopped amp A it has the same problem. Got 31V from it unclipped with max gains. to start i will tell you what i have.... 99 s10 ext cab. 2 15" nightshades v1, saz 3500D, current box is wedge syle, 7 cubes at 31hz, 90.75 sq inches of port, slot port firing up along the back. now ive tried a few things and many box's, i haven't been able to make it loud on the lows, and sound clean, its loud, but its not clean sounding to me. ive tried tuning higher, but then it wont hammer the lows like i wanted it to. so im debating on trying some aero ports, or selling these and buying 4 sa-12's and hoping the play better? what do you guys suggest i do?, also to describe the sound i hear is like a chuffing sound, and gets worse with window open. very hard to explain…

Here is my situation. I am in the process of redoing my system and I am currently only running the Image Dynamics CTX65CS comp set up front. Next I plan on dropping a pair of Image Dynamics CX64 V.2 mid-bass speakers in my rear doors. Between the 50.4 and the 125.2, which do you think I can get the most performance out of? My thinking is that with the 50.4 I have more tuning options, and with the 125.2 I will have more power. Both sets of speakers are 4ohms. What do you think???? I know the 100.4 would be the better option, but I don't have the space to fit it nor do I want to spend that much more.

I have a 2012 Silverado Crew Cab, with limited space under the seat, and don't want to raise the seat. I didnt want to clutter up the thread that was talking about the upcoming E8 woofer but I had some questions about it in relation to other sized woofers. I can not find anyplace in my town that sells or even has 8 inch woofers on display so I can hear. I have no idea what kind of bass come from the 8 inch woofers. All I'm familar with is the bass that comes from my two 12 inch Cerwin Vegas in a sealed enclosure. I'm looking for something punchier (the bass from the 12s seems muddy) but I still want it to get as loud at the lower frequencies as my 12s do (so I'm looking at 4 of these E8s). Well im tired of having no bass in about all of my rides. Know that its getting to were its snowing and blowing i would like to get something in the van to hold me over unit summer seeing my 5th and 6th DD 3518's are not in and im still getting around money to power them up. so my sa 8 stopped working last week when i pulled it out i thought it had burnt both positve and negitive leads. after i got back from a lil easter trip i was looking closer and it's only the negtive side and its up by the coil. then i found that the nut on the push terminal was backed almost all the way off. Is this something that would be under warranty or should i spend the shipping money on a recone.The sub is less than 3 wks old on a punch 6oo gain at 65% and i was still tring to break it in.

Can a SAX100.4 handle an 8v input. The deck I plan on using is an Eclipse CD5000. I just want to make sure so I don't burn the inputs on the amp.

Are the new sundown speakers still looking to be sent out on sept. 1st
