Went to AudioThunder in Niagra Falls new york with some small changes to the vehicle. Terrible drive up due to conditions outside but well worth it! Eclipse is doing 154's a lot more often now that I strengthened somethings in the rear hatch and removed the spoiler that was leaking some air. 2nd in the preliminary (saturday) 1st place in the finals for bass race (sunday) Should get a 55+ out of it charged. I have 2 1500d that I got from Dbr and 2 Fi Q15. My HU has a 3 preout which is for front, rear and sub. Each 1500d will power a single Q15 and I connect both amp with RCA. Let say RCA from HU connect to amp A and another RCA connect from BR out of amp A to input to amp B. Is this the right way to do it? Now when I scoped amp A it shows 40.4V with gains set at 3/4 of unclipped signal. Now when I scopped amp B with max gains I only got like 32V and it does not clip. So I decided to swap the RCA from HU to amp B. I got 41.5V with gains set at 3/4 of unclipped signal. But when I scopped amp A it has the same problem. Got 31V from it unclipped with max gains. Has anyone used a Nightshade B Stock??? Is it worth the defect for the price or is it better just to go new?

wow this suck's dropped in my second 3000'd strapped @ 1ohm and only gained 1 db so now I'm doing a 151.7 wish i knew were my lost db went i would be up to 152.7. anyway's lot's-o-work ahead now

I read a post the other day about bridging the 100.4 and how it blew the power supply after a few months. Well, what about bridging the 100.2 at a 3 ohm load (like a JL W7). Would it be reliable long term to do this or not?

Well it seems that the upcoming amplifier line up is strong. So what's it look like for subwoofers. The E8s and NightShades look like they're doing well. I've seen the talk about "monster subs" but is there anything else in a lower power range (750watts or so)? Something in between the SD1s and NightShades that a pair of them could be powered well by a single 1500d (or the upcoming 2000d).

Got the amp racks made with Andrew. Wrapped in carpet till we ran out.. All wires ran, tucked away, with a battery tray in the wheel well to hold my batteries. 2 SAZ 3000D's 2 18" Nightshades(custom) 3 DEKA Intimidators 1 Maxx-Link 1 Wall tuned to 65Hz Gonna live soon, wall will be installed this week, so more picstures to come. More pictures soon, how's it look so far? I'm doing my best on this install....I want it to be just straight out god awful annoyingly loud..but I want it to be a very clean install as well.

hello i just picked up 2 sundown sd1v2 10 off another forum and im wondering if a 100.2 would give these good power. or if i should pick a up 1000d for them. and this will be mainly for street beating.

Hello, I am looking at a 100.4 to run my entire system with CH1/2 running a full range component set and Ch3/4 bridged to a subwoofer. I see in the owners manual that the HPF is a 12db filter but coundn't see what the subsonic is. My primary question is that since there is some overlap in these two filters if I wanted to filter out the fronts at say 60 hz is there a reason to pick one or the other to use or to use a combination of the two? The victim all torn out progress from yesterday Im working on getting that piece on the other side in Im hopeing to get more done before I go back to work tomorrow not exacly the most motivated person at times its going to be alteast 2 layers on the sides and back and a tripple baffle I might go thicker on the dides depending on how these first layers go up this layer is pretty rough not really that square so I might have to go thicker to get what I want from it no big deal really its just the shape of the bare sheet metal sucks. and the gear

Hey guys I just got my amp today its HUGE. Im running 2 sets of comps off this amp, Hertz HSK165 for the front and infinity kappa perfect 6.1 for the rear. I thought i hooked everything up properly but that was not the case. My balance and fader controls are wrong, when i adjust to left or right the front left and rear right work. I dont know whther the speaker wires themselves are wrong, or if iinstalled the rca wrong. There are no markings on the rca just 2 red and 2 black so I dont know where they go. Secondly, I need help setting the adjustments. I want this amp to be stritcly for mids and highs since I have 2 subs. I set it to HPF for both switches on the amp…

I did a quick test today on one SAZ1500D.. i used a clamp on meter to measure current in the speaker wires and a digital multimeter to measure voltage.. i'm not sure if i measured this correctly, but i recorded the peak values seen and not the average.. I played a 48Hz test tone during testing and used a pair of dual 4ohm Audiopipe TXX series subs.. Re per coil - 3.6ohms 1st try.. (volume up high, but not maximum..)
