so, ive ordered 2 saz3000d and jacob realy helped me a lot to get them here he realy is a great guy and also the amps are absolutely beautiful they are here since wednesday, but i didnt had any time to put them in the car but i realy wanted to test them, thats why i build a amprack and put them in the car yesterday, i know, i doenst look good, but it was made in 15mins so the amps are GREAT, amazing build quality and they realy put out some power, to be precise, ive killed my mt yesterday while playing music..... but damn it was loud just a quick shot of the amps

i asked this question last week if a factroy 140 amp alt, 2 hc2000's redtop, 4 runs and a big3 could run 2 1500d's and jacob ok'd me. BUT will that alt be able to charge all 3 batteries? i'm asking because not alot of companies make a HO alt for the 2000+devilles yet. it sucks. thanks in advance.

Just wondering what the cut out is for the 12" sd-1? I'm not too familiar with making holes for subs so I don't know if there is a pretty much close to standard size or if theres a specific size I need. I was also gonna try to make it with a double baffle to try to have that flush mount look. I would probably need the outside diameter of the speaker also. As I type this I'm in the process of building the box. I'm realizing I'm not that great at cutting wood. Some of the pieces are mm longer or shorter than others. It's too hard to get perfect cuts with no experience in wood working. Honestly I'm not to confident in the box. Should I put maybe silicon or somethin…

Hello SSA, I was pulling my woofers out to look at like I do every once in awhile since they aren't installed yet, and I noticed (not for the first time, but was reminded) that one has the cooling ring with "Sundown Audio" incribed and the other does not. (It has three holes which I assume are for the same purpose) I was wondering if that would cause problems later down the road or if it significantly affects power handling? I used to be a rep back in 08, was told by Jacob if i even needed anything let him know. Recently(2 months ago) my place of employment was called a few times by a rep, John? wanting us to sign on with sundown audio. We went through all the procedures sent in all our paperwork and even got an email form a Debbie asking to call and she would finalize our order.... The number Debbie gave us is ALWAYS unavailable to recieve calls at this time. Just a little tip - it may be easier to buy a new frame than try to get the bolt down ring off the SA-8 frame on the new ones. I do have frames in stock for them. Plus side... the spider will NOT be coming off any time soon if you don't want it to. Here is one we removed this morning : As you can imagine it didn't come off easily. It is glued under the spiders, bolted through the frame, and epoxied on top.

Im ordering through KNU and im using a cde-102. for powering im using **NEW** Kolossus Flex 0 Gauge Power Kit but for rca/remote and speaker wire i have no clue. I will be using it on a 18" fi BL. Any tips?

alright, can i set my remote gain to where full remote gain is peak for me. by setting the amp gain low, and having the remote gain hi will that mess the amp up or send a clipped signel i know with the hifonics you can not use the remote gain as a volume knob for the amp, but the hifonics remote gain for the goliath is a input adjuster, so it raises and lower the input signel, i wanna make sure my sundown can dothe job or not also jacob i got no sundown swag with my amp.... can i get a sticker or somthing:D and a flyer,

Ive had to scrap my original idea of using a single 8 due to the port length / space limitation for where I wanted it. Ive decided to use the pair i have and not worry about the space required. Im guessing eclosure volume would be double the single so 1.2-1.5 cuft, what should my port size and length be? this will be for every day use thanks

How underrated is the 100.2? I saw jacob post that it is extremely underrated... I was just curious if anyone has any figures.

Hey I have 2 component sets and a SAX 100.4 with no room to get another amp, is it possible to bridge them both cause I need the extra power so they can keep up with my 18's? maybe double them up or something is this possible? Thank you

Ok, should have my tax check here next friday...woot woot. I will be ordering 2 12" SA's and was wondering if this box and amp will work. Was getting a design done for 3.5cuft @ 30hz and will be running a Rockford Fosgate T1000.1 (the new mini black one) The amp says 1250 @ 1ohm I might upgrade the amp later...but this is what I have now. I know I will be using 2 4" aero ports (not sure on lenth..the designer is still designing, lol) Just curious as to what to expect. i will be running 6-eminence alpha-6c's(4ohms,100rms) and 2-boss audio tweeters tw12(4ohms,50-75rms) and im confused as to which 4-channel amp to get considering the 50.4 looks as if it only has the hpf going up tp 3,000hz on two channels only and wondering if im reading it wrong. is the 100.4 the same as well or is their a special way to use the 50.4 in my application. two channels will have two eminence's on them each and the other two channels will have one eminence and boss tweeter each. if i get the 50.4, channel 1&2 will be dedicated to eminence and boss tweeter, while im confused on how to run the two eminence setup on channel 3&4 with the hpf only going to…

Hey guys, I'm new here and I'm looking all over the net for some good info and I stumbled upon this site by a fluke I read on few forums that this is a quality amp and seems to be going for a price of $200 which is the top I want to spend on an amp, budget is tight. I've got two sets of coaxial speakers, both Alpine, one is Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. and the other Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. I'm working with limited space of no more than 17''x11'' in an enclosed trunk space, I will attach picture of someone elses car with the location of where I also want to put the amp.

Hey Jacob, What thread can i re-tap my SAZ-3000 to on the speaker outputs? i guess i stripped the thread completly on one of them and was wondering what the next size thread up i could tap it to? or just let me know the size it is now and i can figure it out. Thanks, Anton Miller

Hey guys, just curious I'm reading on another forum that the sae and saz are comparable! Is this true and are only about 200 watts in diference can anyone elaborate? If so which is better for a single 12 to 15 inch woofer rated about 1-1.5k.
