put the MTs in today on one 3000d @ .5, i wanna get it metered, but its pretty loud with just one amp...when i get both in there its gonna be nasty.

Jacob recommend I throw 2 12 SA D4's in my 3 series BMW, and I am going to place the order, but what should i use to power them? Should i just get 1 amp (1500) or get two 1000's. The amp is going to be a sundown model so that's what we are working with.

ok the issue is channel 4 of the amp does not work. amp has never really been used. its still under warranty so ill be sending it in sometime in the future just curious how many come out of the box with a messed up channel? i just used channels 1 2 for my comps and bridged 3 for my coaxials for right now. great amp just has an issue.

Hey guys does anyone know off hand how much the sa8 cost? Ifound a guy selling them for 95$ but they are reconed sa8 which isn't a big deal to me but I was wondering howmuch a bnib sa8 from sundown would cost Thank Kenneth

i am currently running 4 10's and i will be running 2 1200d's would i be better off running 1 amp per 2 subs or should i strap them both and run to all 4?

is CA glue or the new epoxy included with a recone? i need to know if i have to find my own, or it's included

Been here all weekend with customers and whatnot anyway... so decided to drop one in the Jeep real quick. The Jeep hasn't had much love lately and I was using it to haul scrap metal for a while (hence the wooden truck bed) but I decided to break it back out. One 4500D @ 1 ohm with one extra SPV-70 for battery. My box has a pretty high rise so probably seeing 3-4 ohms or so actual on the amp so not a ridiculous amount of juice yet. Sub still has a good bit of usable throw remaining. So I guess the next phase is to actually put in a more usable battery setup for multiple amps and use two amps at 0.5 ohm to get the sub to full stroke. Not sure yet if that will get done …

is there any specific way of wiring a Fi Q into 1 ohm? Its the dual 2 ohm. Do I wire to one speaker terminal or both? wiring diagram will help.

SA-12 with D2 coils just sold out about 5 minutes ago. We still have SA-10 D2/D4, SA-12 D4, and SA-15 D2/D4 in stock. A container of all SA series 10,12,15 is due around June 20th. The SA-8s are not due until mid July.

I have 4 Dual 2 subs and i want to hopefully run 2 3000's so each amp will see a 2ohm load. with them strapped will that make the amps run full power

when i was running my btl 15 off this same elec. i never got voltage issues this low(12.8 and under)... i just installed 2 ns 12s at 2 ohms strapped and i am getting the issue, gain at a quarter and volume at half... i have a ohio gen 180/225 ho alt sittin here and will be dropping it in... i also did NOT do a big 3 yet, but the factory wire is 2 runs of 8, will be upgrading to all 0guage soon. with all this accomplished should my voltage maintain a good number. i was also told that since i am running the power between 2 subs now that it maybe drawing more... is that true?

Went to our local TBP event here in Fort Worth(other side of world for me)....100 mile round trip... Threw in 1 of my Sundown Audio 3000D's with all 3 DEKA 9A31's and 2 12" JBL Power Series subwoofers in a 34Hz box with a final impedance of 2 ohm at the amplfier...Decided I wanted to burp them....so I pulled up in the lanes....and burped a 147.0 and a 147.3 which was barely enough to scrape out 1st place....2nd place did a 147.1... I was pretty happy for what I was running and how I had it set-up, it did higher than I predicted.... I'm going to fiberglass this enclosure, and cut the port to about 45Hz, and burp me a 150+.... Just wanted to say thanks to Jacob and everyone at Sundown for getting me my first 2 saz1500's so fast, as soon as I sell my laptop, i'll be ordering the other 2....should sound awesome on 8 x 15in SSDs in a ported clamshell!!! Here is my set up......so far Head Unit - Pioneer Premier DEH-P690UB Front Stage - Hybrid Audio CLarus 6.1 Sub - Image Dynamics Q12 (DVC)...just one Question is which amp would work best....the SAX 125.2 (bridged) or the SAZ 1000D? Also, I'm looking at going active setup. Will the built in crossovers in the SAX 100.4 work as an active setup? Thanks

Hey i have a sundown Saz-1000D amp and my dog chewed through my bass gain control wire. I just wanted to check if there was a certain type of replacement wire i should get or if it didn't have to be the same exact wire. and where do you get those wires? thanks for the help

After reading the FAQ, it seems that the speaker wire outputs are parallel wired inside the amp. I'm trying to wire a SAZ-3000D for a single one Ohm load. Do I need to sum the positives and negatives outside the amp or can I just pick one set of + and - and get the full wattage out of the amp. Thanks. Carl

Well I ordered a Sundown SAX100.4 and a SAZ1000d for my brother yesterday. He drives an 08 standard cab Chevy Full size. He will be running PPI 365 CCS components, a DD T1510 in a PWK enclosure and KNU wire. Only thing not ordered is what the factory deck will connect to processor related. I am leaning toward either a Cleansweep or Alpines H650. Can't wait to get the stuff going. For under 600 bucks for amps... What a bargain. Will have the install on here when we start.

Ok so I have a stock Jetta 1999.5...
