heres a friendly reminder of what the subs/box looked like when i first put it in over a year ago(i never found a reason to take an updated pic considering nothing ever changed) I yanked the subs to spray some spectrum in the box. mainly to make sure the subs are sealed a little better and because ive had the spectrum sitting forever so might as well do something with it. I sprayed just under a gallon in both chambers. Made some cardboard lip extensions. the goal here was to be able to attach the the fabric to the lip and stretch it into the box holes... Alright, so this will be going into my 93 del Sol. The trunk floor is in the process of being fiber glassed, then I will packing peanut measure the volume and should be able to stick as close as I can to my goals. Goal is 1cuft, tuned to 28hz with port area of 8"x2.5" with the end opening flared. I used Google sketchup (just found it & it is awesome!) to mock up the box design & it has me all excited to finish this box. Hello Guys, I dont have any real pictures yet, but iv decided to get a little hype going for my first ever build. So heres what is going to be happening. Iv got a 2004 Impala, Currently with a set of Infinity 5.25 Reference components and Pioneer 6x9 coaxials in the back, powered by a PG Ti 500.4.. I had 2 Alpine Type X 10" and sold them. Now what will be happening with my current setup is as follows -Removing rear 6x9's to make room for my box in the trunk. -Replacing Infinity's with Bravox CS50k's -Keeping PG Ti 500.4 to power Bravox's -American Bass VLF 100.1 to power the subwoofer -18" Fi BTL N2 in the trunk, tuned to 32hz. I posted a topic to get some ideas and feedback about an install in a '80 Corvette and the responces were great. Due to the nature of the design and limited options for this model vehicle and at the request of the owner, we will not be cutting on the doors and using the factory locations in the front of the vehicle. We will however be making some modifications to the rear of the vehicle, but be saving the majority of the space in the rear so that space can be used for the placement of the T-tops when out for a cruise. Whats up yall. Started the box about 2 days ago, still need about another 2 days to finish everything. Its been raining but it'll be gone by tomorrow. This is my first 4th order enclosure, although I have built countless sealed and ported boxes. I am trying to keep this system lightweight, while still being somewhat loud. I had 2 Fi btls before but it was just too much weight for my car. 4th order is 1 cu.ft for the sealed chamber and 1.8 cu.ft for the vented chamber after sub and port displacement. ordered a xcon 12, waittingggg for it to come in. Here are some pictures from my build in the suburban. The box is approximately 20 cu ft tuned to 34 hz. I have a 300 amp Ohio Generator alternator with 2 runs of 2/0 welding wire. The amp is an Audiopipe APK-5500 @1 ohm. I have a Boston Acoustics GT-42 running the selenuim mids and crescendo tweeters.

Just doing a basic build for my work truck. I've had several build in this truck buy never a nice, complete, good sounding build. No numbers, nothing crazy, just clean sound. I chose to go with B2 on this build. Clarion double din. 1 deka g34 in stock location. 1 extra Diehard platinum under hood from the camaro. (truck has two battery positions. B2 Quattro 4 channel B2 Quota mono. 1200w @ 1ohm 2 sets of B2 components for the 4 doors B2 Reference 10" sub.

This is my 2006 Buick Rendezvous.... Pioneer 6800 DVD (not pictured yet) Ive got 4 Re Audio SEx 15's in a custom sealed box. The amp is a Rockford Fosgate T30001BD There is two boxes of dynamat extreme so far. I have a DC POWER 270xp alt. I decided to build a kind of fart box for a local comp to get higher scores. and while i was designing it i thought i could make a second port for daily use and shove it through my backseat. I wanted to get a box for two 15s in the car but the most space i could get with the design i had in mind was 2.375 cubes per sub and i want more. so ill be using this box for this month then work out a new design based on this new box to get 2 15s in my trunk. this box will be a little over 4 cubes, with an external flared port, and lots of threaded rod and carriage bolts. i spent most of the day getting this far
