There's three months worth of chit here. Took me awhile to get all of the photos pulled out and organized so I could put it all into another forum since all these pictures were originally posted one work day after another since I started working on this bicth three months ago. I will be running a pair of 12" SSA Icons on a Sundown SAZ-2000d and a three way up front consisting of 8" woofers and 5.25" components powered by Sundown. It's been one chunk at a time and one 500 dollar bill after another. Mark if you read this, and I mean it, the next one is yours man. Here we go Looks fine to me so far.

alright this car has seen quite a few different systems in its life and im gettin tired of changing so i figured do one big one to get it done. here are the specs of the build. car-1998 dodge neon HU-Alpine IVA-D900 Mids- 2 Mach 5 audio mli's tweets- have them dotn know name. mid amp- proto type i bought of ca.com(not hooked up yet.) Subs- 4 10" SSA Dcons!!!! Sub amp- 1 Audiopipe 1501d at 1ohm box- custom 2.9 per side clamshell tuned to 30hz also- custom headliner and seats and doors wrapped to match. enjoy! on to the pics in no order cause my camera is stupid.

Will be starting build soon! Getting 2 ma audio hk12x2's rebuilt by PSI into 18s and the will handle 2000 watts each. Currently only have audiopipe 1500.1d but looking for either a sundown 3500 or audioque 3500. I think that's what they are. But something that will put out at least 4000 watts. Whatcha think?

this is my first build doing it all by myself box is 28 long 20 deep and 15 high tuned to aprox 32hz did the carpet in the basment with contact cement and almost passed out due to lack of ventalation this will be the future home for my fi btl 12 and i will have more photos when i get my amp and sub

well decided i wanted some boom in my DD (Daily Driver).... so i went ahead and bought some subs, a box, and a amp.... already had the 1/0 gauge wire from my last build in the white civic so i used that... So this is my build for my truck. Everything is in as of this moment and it slams. Check it out!!!! Whats up guys, This is the 2nd box I have ever built, so bare with me if it's not the best in the world, but I am trying to do everything based on everyone's input so far. It is for a 99 Nissan Maxima, for 2 15" Type R's tuned at 38Hz. My last box was tuned at 32Hz, so I am just trying a little different sound, and if I don't like it, i'm sellin it all and gonna toy around with something new. so i finally got the kicker sold and am now saving up for new subs. but in the mean time i figured i would redo the setup with my old (and first sub) pioneer pro 10". the old box was built to factory specs, but unfortunately later on i found out it was tuned to 60hz or something crazy like that. i used to have the ssf set at 35 from what people would say and i always got stinky coils. so i cut the top off the box, knocked the ghetto fab round port i made of mdf off, and slid a few pieces of walls in to make a port. lol but this baby has still held up strong since october last year and is now even better!! the box now is about 1.6 cu.ft. tuned to around 34-35hz with kerfed…

I'm doing a pair of old school JL 12W3s mainly because they have been sitting in my basement for 10 years and I'm sick of looking at them. 2 cubes each tuned to about 31hz or so. I will be using 4" areo ports also. Got started on them tonight.

So, most of the parts are in. There's some fabricating that still needs to be figured out, but what the heck. Let's get the show started. Here is a pic of the ride: 2004 Suburban Work Truck Edition. It's white and has a rubber mat instead of carpeting on the floor. The interior, vinyl. 5.3 V8 and it's 4WD. The main source is a Alpine IVA-NAV-1 with a pair of Concept headrest monitors for the rear passengers. The goods: The box design: Estimated frequency response graph. O_o I decided to spruce up the box design just a bit by adding some windows. Just a little something to show off the insanity of the sub's motor design. It's not eveyday you get to see something this gonzo nuts. Here is a little test of the line of site. The red strip represents where the sub will be. You might have to close one eye to get the full effect in person. More on the way.

So time to change something and it's this damn rectangular box....it's loud but takes up too much room and is ugly so instead i will make something to go on the left side and rplace this I lost the pic of fiberglassing work but this is what came out Then The baffle and trim piece Ports, only about 9 sqaure inches per ft3 but I don't really have room for anymore coming together and fiberglassing this to trim out the back of enclosure
