I'm going to quadruple this setup in a few months, but I pulled the trigger and bought one so I could do some testing. Not just on the sub, but I have alts that I like to test in-vehicle, and I can move 1 18 that can handle a ton of power around from vehicle to vehicle pretty easy. This temporary setup is 1 18 TSNS in 5ft net @ 35Hz. It's 70sq of port and kerfed. Amp is an American Bass 1000.1 @ 4 ohms with 3 D3100s and 1 240a alternator. So, most of the parts are in. There's some fabricating that still needs to be figured out, but what the heck. Let's get the show started. Here is a pic of the ride: 2004 Suburban Work Truck Edition. This is my new baby. I've only had it for about a month now. Its a 1974 Dodge Charger. My problem. It only has an AM radio. That a previous owner rudely cut the wires extremely short on. So I've set out to build my own small enclosure to put in an After market DIN receiver under my dash. Not wanting to harm the original hardware any of course. Many more pictures to come. Of all parts of install. Any of your guys' thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

So my 150dB @ 25Hz thread was a feeler. I found a local guy that wants my van after its finished and touched up/cleaned up thats selling a Limo for 10k. We went through all the receipts from the build. He wants to do an even swap. From the exhisting wall to the rear is 15', it's almost 5' tall and almost 5' wide. I can get 300 cubic feet plus some out of it and slot port it, 15Hz tune, and it only needs 5kw... two AP30001Ds each only being pushed to 2500 watts.

well i thought i would start a build log since im about to start my first set up that should get kinda loud. i have a 1997 honda accord v6 that already has a kenwood kdc-mp242 and some alpine sps-600 speakers in the front doors running off the HU power. i will be running my subs off my alpine mrp-m500 for right now til i sell it and buy a new amp in late february. equipment going in my car: 2 skar vvx-12 1 aq1200 1 set of 6.5's (undecided) and putting the alpines in the back 1 2 channel amp (undecided) heres some pics of the subs if you have not seen them yet i will start building the box tomorrow since i have to clean this out first :facepalm:

Alrighty finally started a new build on the 2000 Blazer. Box is 12.5 cu ft. @33hz with 150 sq inches of port area. And now with the design And the start of cutting.. wood is MDF with oak veneer, very good looking stuff Yes, I AM building this all inside of a house haha Can you believe those holes are done with a jigsaw?? The amp is a Rockford Fosgate T30001BD There is two boxes of dynamat extreme so far. I have a DC POWER 270xp alt.
