I have a quick question concerning the Alpine 9886 headunit. I know it`s not the best to use dynamic bass features such as bass boost, but what about the bass feature that lets your widen your bass (Q0,Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4)? I notice the bass gets noticeably louder when I bring it up the scale towards Q4 but also less accurate, is toying with this feature when playing really loud bad for my woofer or am I good to go?

Hay guys, I was just wondering if anybody knows anybody that might or is selling two Incriminator Audio 20.1's? I live in Nashville, TN. I am willing to drive a few hours if needed. Does anyone have or have experiance with this CD Deck? I have this deck in my car right now and like it alot. I just bought an iPod online today for my car being the deck has a USB connection. Anyone running an iPod in their car? How does it work? Can you control it from the deck?

I've had my setup out of my car for several months now but i still have both 200A solenoids in the car because the input wire is still hot and the fuse for it is in a place that is hard to get to and i'll change it out once i replace my starting battery. Yesterday while I was driving, my amps cut off and today I found out is was my saz1500 causing a short in my remote wire. I pulled it out and looked at the inside and it looks to be some solder in between my remote and ground terminal touching. I've email dbr but I probably won't get a response today because it's Sunday. I was thinking I could just remove the solder but my question is what would cause this to happen and would it happen again?

anyone had any dealings with them? Just wondered what kind of quality and workmanship they put into there products?

Help if you can, PG is ignoring my emails. I am running my PG M44 bridged to 155@4ohms x 2 to power my front stage; however, the only way I could figure out how to do this is to use RCA Y splitters and run the left RCA to both inputs on one side of the amp and the right to both inputs on the other side. Isn't there a better way to turn the M44 into a 2 channel amp? If/when I go active it will be just running my mids...

When connecting the batt under the hood to the batt in the back does a fuse need to be used in the power wire or can you just connect front batt to the rear batt?

i am going to be ordering another 18" BTL D2 for a total of 2 BTLS my question is what other electrical upgrades will i need for my next setup i currently have, a stock alternator. that i will be changing to a H/O 300 amp, shuriken BT120 and big 3 done. i am stable at about 14volts to 13.8 at full tilt with my saz-2000D i am planing on selling the Saz-2000D and getting a Stetsom 4K2D amp (open to suggestions on amps also) i am open to any suggestion, i need all the help i can get cuz i dont want anything to go wrong Thanks an advance fellaz

i have been trying to set my amps but am not getting a good reading im always getting 2. some odd volts then when i turn gain up i get OL. i was thinking since my amp is a pg xenon 600.1 that i would not be able to set it because the amp detects the ohms while the speakers are hooked up, i think thats how it works.

so i called to see how much everything was gonna cost plus the 3yr warranty and they said they were all sold out but the website said they werent....anyways they said they should have some more in a couple of weeks,i knew that was gonna happen with them having that price on that x889....now i dont know if i should wait to see if they get more or if i should just pay the extra $50 that the closest other store has it at.....but then again the 8445 is around that same price so i dont know now,dammitt everytime i make a decision something happends....grrrrrr LOL

Hello Im knew to the forum and a newbie and need some help. I got all wires connected besides 3 on the Scosche harness(orange with black line saying dimmer ground)(black with silver line saying amplifier grond)(all black saying chassis ground) 2 on the Pioneer harness(blue with a white line silver spots with a tag saying system remote control)(black with silver spots,seems to be twice as long as the others) Do I twist all 3 wires from the Scosche harness to gether and hook it to the 1 long black with silver spots wire from the Pioneer harness? i was told i need to get an amp for this, is this correct and about how much money should it cost?(i dont want to be ripped-off really) also, would bass damage any head unit?(like the disc reader and whatnot?)

Hey guys, i was wondering where or what company could i get a H/O Alt. for my 93 Mustang LX Ive been looking around and all i could seem to find is like 120 Amp ones. I dont know if thats enough of not to support An SAZ-3000D and 2 Kinetik HC 2000's+Kinetik HC1400 or not Could anyone give me some advice as to where i could look?
