Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical

Are they any good? The ones in question are the GD-6001 and AP-3001. Do they do rated power? How durable are they? How is the build quality and reliabity? I know that the GD-6001 is CEA Compliant so it should do rated if not more but I am worried about the quality of the amps. I want first hand experience not what people have heard. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Ive got a few questions for those of you that have this amp or have owned it at one time.. i remember reading somewhere the 3000 was only stable down to 2 ohms, but im seeing it on ebay advertised as 1 ohm stable.. true or false? also the power and ground inputs on the amp... 0 gauge or 4 ga like the 1500? thinkin about picking this amp up .. maybe.. thanks.

I have looked every where and have only found very few discussions and i know it puts out decent power for what it is. My question is this can it run at 1 ohm all day long beating? im doing a groundpounder in a integra hatch with 2 18" level 5 DC's and i have 2 of these. I am over seas on a deployment for the army at the moment so i cant wire them up or anything so i need to know if they can run at 1 ohm or not befor i order the 18s any advice would be greatly appricated!

what does everything think of these? i had the 1500 watt version early in the year running 4 ohm on an old school eclipse 12, never ran hot, had no issues with it and i loved the small size of it but people either love it or hate it. i only ask because audiopipe came out with a new 2000 watt model and it looks promising as does most AP products due to cost/watt ratio. looking to actually compete this next year in street stock and street trunk. I'm working with a budget of about $400 for an amp. Ramrod and i have been talking but i also want to get some input from others in the competition world. will end up running either 2 12 gcons or icons. just waiting on the w3s i hav…

I recently did a install using a audiopipe ap3001d (older 16volt discontinued model) on two 15" kicker l7's in a seald enclosure 1.5cuft. each. The amp was shocking strong. But on to my question , has anyone dealt with the audiopipe apsm 1500 mono block? And if so do you think it would be to much for my two first gen. Dcon 12's in 1.2cuft sealed inclosures? And ps. can a box from sketch up be uploaded on the site? If so how? Thanks for all help.

Has anybody used/seen/heard anything from the new Audiopipe line? AQ has kinda alienated me recently and I'm looking to go in a different direction.

Does anyone have any experience with the AQX3500's? im planning on running one on 2 AQ HDC318's copper coils. Id like to run it at .5 ohms, will it become a frying pan or will it be ok.

aight i see that AP came out with a new amp the Ap AQX3500.1 anyone have any reliable info on it? does it actually do rated... i have heard good things about the ap3000.1 just curious if would be a good investment if i decided to upgrade my system?

Does anyone have an info for me on a replacement gain knob for the audiopipe 1500 amp's? Up till today this amp has been great but it seems the wires inside have came loose and im not the type to bust it open and put it back together.. This isnt my amp its in a good friends car. I have sent emails to the company with no response. Any suggestions? the knob plugs in with a "headphone" looking jack, not the phone cable looking one.

hey guys my audiopipe ap15001d recently blew up. good thing it is still under warranty. i sent in my registration card about 2 weeks ago but yet to hear from them. has anyone dealt with them before? let me know your experience!

Which is a better amp? Apsm 2500 Apcl- 18001d Both have good power ratings for my sub but what's the difference? Which is more efficient? Just trying to decide which to buy.

When I finally realized what the issue was... I spent lots of time, made numerous threads, vids, and posts, even sold my old subs and got different ones....I called AP. Jackie told me to look for my receipt. Sure as shit, it was one year to the day...so she said send it in. Talked to Jackie on the phone again today, she's shipping the amp out. When i called the first time, I mis-spoke as I often do. She said I blew a channel, I said no..it's a monoblock. I think it was hott as hell when the gal put me in my place …

Ive read several different things about this amplifier throughout this forum. Some people say its a good amp but only does its power at 2 Ohm.. i goto the actual website and it appears its stable at 1 ohm. let me cut to the chase. Friend needs a budget amp for his Fi Q 12" sub. Found a audiopipe 1500d on craigslist locally that is for sure in the budget. Guy says its hooked up so we can hear it work before purchasing. If this amp isnt 1 ohm stable then its pretty much worthless to us, since the fi Q is a dual 2 ohm sub and were planning on 1 ohm stable here. im going to attach a picture of the amp. hi guys, never had any experience with audioque Im thinking of getting a aq2200d and a 15 hdc3 for now any suggestions,experience,pros cons would be greatly appreciated!

Im on a tight budget and am not resorting to Hifonics, so my other option is Audioque 1200D. I know a lot of people on here are Sundown lovvers, but I havent heard anything bad about Audioque other than 1 person having a problem on here a long time ago. Anyone got anything they could share with Audioque, I know the son or father 1 of the 2 also owns and runs Digital Designs, so cant be all that bad right?

Have an Audioque 1200d that stopped working on me and I'm now looking for a replacement for it. I had no issues with the amp (until recently when I started smoking) so I have no problem going with the Soundqubed 1200d if thats the best option. I was about to order it but figured I would ask here first. Anyways, it's being used to push my 12" ICON. Any suggestions on a solid amp that will produce the 1200-ish watts under $300 shipped is welcomed. Thanks!

lol so my friend is debatin whether to keep his mtx thunder 1200 or sell it and either get 2 audioque 1200's he wants to know which amp is better? mtx thunder 1200 or audioque 1200 yall tell me and will the audioque fit 0 guage wire?

I have 2 kicker l7 15 inch subwoofers in a dodge charger,the amp i had was a kole audio 2400 watt amp it cost 150 dollars brand new..well the amp took a dump and i was lokking into the audioque 2200 for my subs there the o6 model kicker at 1000 rms..i wanted to know if anyone has heard or has one of these amps?and would it push my subs pretty hard?sorry for my spelling lol i got the big 3 and gonna be getting a kinetic batt soon.

Anyone worked with AudioQue before? They have impressive stats but what do you get for the seemingly impossibly cheap price? I want to unload my old school Lanzar Opti 50C for something better for my BTL 18 but I don't want to spend a ton either. I know power is coming down in price but I don't want a piece of chit that falls on it's face when I need to feed my sub what it needs.
