Havoc 18 runin on like 1.8kW ....

I am looking at a sub box and I want to go sealed. It has limitations on the mount depth and I was wondering if anyone has specifications on the mount depth of the 10 & 12 arsenal and assasin subs? The box has 1.15 cu ft of space and sealed. Would an assaasin or arseanl be a better sub for that? Should I go 10 in or 12 in with that space? I am after sound quality so keep that in mind.

I didnt realize i had the gains up so high on this 1600 watt amp i got for the sub. LOL I know I need a recone kit cuz now no bass will play... not sure if i destroyed everything though? I know the cone is probably fried going to need new one but im going to have to call the speaker builder and ask if i need a complete rebuild kit.... but next time im going sealed wandering though can the avalanche handle 1000 watts as a daily driver? cuz i wanna know about how much wattage to give it and how should it be tuned? do i need an eq or some type of epicenter think its called where you can adjust what note frequencys your sub hits... I am only 16 but i am getting my car soon and i want to have some good subs in it... And ive always wanted AA's but i want to know if they are really worth the price because ill be paying alot to get them shipped to Canada... So if someone could help me , maybe explain if they are worth it and if not just briefly explain why not and give me another option to go for, That would be simple amazing, im kinda new to the whole world of car audio so i dont know really know how to tell a good sub to a shit sub... and if watts is really all you look for and all that crap... so yah im kinda a - thanks dothecoolwip

Just got a small question for you assassin users. how much wattage are you all feeding these woofers? im only giving it about 150watts and slapped it in my old JLW6 box and its decent but I was wondering if I would notice a large difference if I built a box to specs and gave it RMS wattage. let me hear your inputs thanks.

are there any 8" Assassins of the older type available? I want to have 4 4ohm assassins to run 1 ohm on a new amp I'm getting. so I need two older ones.

Currently have 1 12" havoc running on saz-1500s @ 1ohm, just wondering if saz-1500d have enough juice to push 2 of them (have stock Alt on my car + Big 3 and HC2000), if anyone have experience running 2 of them on that amp pls can you share with me, thanks

I was just wondering if anyone will update the AA website... I understand you guys are busy at Fi/AA. It's just that half of the tabs say "Coming Soon!" and two of the lines of subs are missing... Even on this page, read the description: 12": Don't let the classy looks fool you. The Havoc Series 12" is down right mean on the bottom octave. With more linear displacement than most companies high end 15s, the Havoc 12".

Can the Mayhems be re-coned, preferably by Fi, to change the impedance? If so, is there a comparable re-cone available that would maintain the stock Mayhem power handling of 2500 rms? Thanks.

Maybe this is just me.... but the AA Icon in the store menu has (18) products available but there are only 12 in the store. Is this a tease or an actual number of products that is going to be available in the store. Are the AA poly's (carb's) going to be part of this? I'm just curious. What's gonna fill the 6 motre slots? I have an Assassin 8 that the cone separated from the motor. Im looking for info on getting it warrantied or reconed or getting a discount on a new assassin. Just something,lmao. I was running 400w to it, I had 4 of them on a hifonics brutus 1600. Wanged on daily but not to the point of distortion. Any info or something would be helpful. I just have a useless little sub sitting on my counter I want to help! Lol. Thanks Gunz

I notice you have made posts in the forum, but haven't yet replied to my PM's or post in another thread I am desparate for an avalanche, having had 3 sales of one with people fall through for one reason or another over a year, and won't be able to 'bid in' for one on Monday. Sorry to make a spam type thread, I am just dying to get hold of one of these though for home audio.

Chevy extended cab truck that runs on vegoil. 18" mayhem in an 8 cu ft box tuned to 28 hz. Powered by an SAZ-3000d with a Kinetik HC2400 in the cab. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the 200 amp alt from Excessive Amperage. Surprisingly, the OZ Audio 4x6 coaxes in the dash wang pretty damned good! The box is tuned pretty low so this setup REALLY shakes everything. Its quite ridiculous. The mayhem actually sounds pretty decent until I turn it up. Then all I can hear is the roof flexing. I did a quick measurement on the TL and posted a 145. That's just hopping in the car and playing a quick sweep. I was too busy wearing out my electrical system play the 30 hz ton…

I just bought an aa avalanche 18 for my home theater sub. I'm looking for the .wdr file for winisd. It seems like everytime I put a new sub in, it comes out wrong. If anybody could email me or post a link I'd really appreciate it.

Does anyone have experience with the older and newer Havoc? I bought a 15" Havoc a few years back and now see the Havoc's cone/dust cap has changed. What, if any besides looks, are the differences between the older Havoc and newer one?
