i haven't purchased anything from fi in a bit so i wasn't sure who to ask/bug. Im looking for a price on 2 MT 18 recone Q2 and 2 18" baskets. I was also wondering if you guys have/sell the nice black ca glue and activator? Ill probably be picking this stuff up as soon as i can. Id say a week or so but really depends on funds

if you are going to use 2 10" FI subs in 1 box with 1 port does the port still use 16 sq in per cf? or does it double to 32 sq in? what would be optimal for 2 10" BL's Also would 2 10" BL's @ 1500 rms each be louder than 1 10" BTL @ 3000 rms? I just got my 12" Fi Q. This is my first quality subwoofer, hooray! Just a quick question. On both sides of voice coil, there are + and - springs, total of 4. This is dual 2 ohm, wiring down to 1 ohm load. It is my understanding to do this, you run positive wire to positive, from one coil to the other, then negative to negative. But then, what? How does it hook up to the enclosure. Do I run the wire in parallel from one side of sub to other, then run a wire from one side into the enclosure? I looked for diagrams, but none were clear exactly how I run the wire from sub to enclosure. Thanks in advance.

I just ordered the 15" Q along with the Sundown 1000 amp. I have had the Ascendant Audio Atlas 15 for the longest time. I thought to myself, maybe it's time to move on, so I did. Saw the awesome deal on this site for the amp, jumped on that. I did have one question, I was looking at getting some 0 gauge wire. Looking at KnuKoncepts wire. I just need to figure out the fuse size. What size should I get? I was leaning towards like 150~200A Thanks Sunny

Howdy, I'm looking to pick up the fully loaded BTL 12 dual 1 ohms. Simple questions: What amps would you fine folks push it with? Typically I'd go with a pair of subs, but I'm not confident a ported enclosure would fit in the back of an 09 Challenger without swallowing up the entire trunk. Any suggestions?

How long does it usually take for turn around on emails? I've sent one to the sales and recone emails for Fi over a week ago and haven't heard anything. I had the problem with the aluminum plug busting through the dust cap and am hoping to get it fixed soon as i've been going after this for about a month now. Austin

Hello everyone its me again as u may already know i like to ask a lot of questions but thats how i learn, now i need to know if the new btl is a lot better than the old one???i need people with experience who have owned both???

So I've been bumping two American Bass XD 10's powered by a mmats 1400.1 amp. I think I just burned up one of the subs so I obviously want to replace. I want something louder. My system hit 153.2db and that's with two 10's. I like American Bass's products but the VFL's are 1500wrms each and I don't want to buy another amp. I'm looking at the Fi subs and specifically the IB3 12's. Anybody have them? They're 50wrms each more then XD's (500wrms each). The amps 1400wrms @ 1 ohm so I don't want anything that's more then 650wrms each. Reccomend another sub? Thanks =)

Say I made a 4 cubic foot box put a BL15 inside with 1500watts rms, then used the same box popped in a BTL15 in the same box with 3000watts rms. Would the BTL be much louder. I'm a little confused to how much watts make a difference in car audio, everytime someone asks if they should go for 1 powerful sub, or 2 less powered subs, people always vote for the 2 subs due to cone area. Would the btl make you feel and hear noticably more bass then the bl with my given senario?

For the BL 15's it says 4 cubes max for each sub, so if I have 2 it would just be 8 cubes, no strings/formulas attatched? Also, the more cubes the better, correct? And lastly, I was thinking of tuning to about 33, anyone have some advice on this? Thanks

I'm thinking of going with a 15" Q for these, powered by a Sundown SAZ-1000D So I've been messing with the RE calculator and think I have come up with a couple of designs. I just want to make sure all the numbers are right on these and see some opinions on which one is better. I like the first one more, sub up port back, does that design output well? How do you make the horizontal and vertical 45's come together smoothly? Also, would the first box fit a 15" BL? I know the second one doesn't have the airspace for a BL which is another reason I like the first one. So, never owning a car in my life, I am getting my first one very soon....big change from trucks and SUVs. I love SPL and am not entirly sure what to do. I was planning on either doing 2 12" Q's ported or 1 12" BTL ported, this is gonna have to be a tough decision for myself. Hey guys, I just ordered my Image Dynamic components and now I'm starting to look into my subwoofer setup. I've narrowed it down to three choices. I listen to mostly rap and hip hop, but I do like alternative every now and then.
