Its going on 2 weeks now that I have ordered a recone from you guys and have had no emails or ups tracking number given to me. I have emailed the sales and recone emails mulitple times with no reply, so hope you guys see it here. Hi everybody, I'm planning on reconing from 12 to 18's. But I'm a little confused, the subs are BL 12 D2 PC. The problem I'm having is the wire looks to be flatwind, I had taken pictures because the coil does not say FW. Also the shipping info does not say Flatwind, infact next to flatwind it says no...Help!! Thank you.

I was wondering how a Fi Q12" sub would perform in a 4.2ft^3 enclosure tuned at 21hz? I would be giving 2 of them each in their own 4.2ft^3 enclosures 1000 watts each from a crown XLS2500 amplifier. Would this perform well or are their better sub options? They would have a subsonic filter at 21hz and then a LP at 80hz. My surround speakers can easily keep up with almost any sub combination out there considering I spent about $4,000 on DIY towers and DIY center channel alone... I hope this being a car audio forum it doesnt bother you guys me asking about home audio... I know a lot of guys using car subs for home theatre.

So I've emailed all three emails at Fi, and I can't message Nick so hoping to get a response here. I know I'm a broken record about this but ... I was reading some of your production process. It said the day after the order I should have gotten a UPS Tracking number. I ordered my recone march 5th. I emailed [email protected] a couple times after the initial time I was told of 12 to 15 business, being as its now April 1st, and I have got no tracking number, no email replies, and no recone. got a 15" BL and i bought a cadence amp kit and it came with 12 gauge speaker wire was wondering if that size would be okay or should i got alil bigger?

hey guys i need some help. i have a FI BL 15 fully loaded for daily for over a year now, never been pushed to it limit, running on about 1200watts, never turned the gain on the amp past the 75% ish mark and never had the receiver on max volume. it seems that some of the coppering windeings around the coil may have slightly seperated. the copper coil itself looks like brand new still not scorched at all from what i can see. i get no audio at all of the woofer , its just completly dead... : ( i loved that woofer too is there any reason y that would happen..? are there maybe any cheep fixes because unfortunatly i dont have the money to get a replacement at the moment. t…

I purchased a new pair of 10" RE MT recones and the surround is about a full inch from the surround landing on my 12 spoke baskets. I've only seen RE MT subs built with 12 spokes so my question is are the recones faulty or are there different size 12 spoke baskets? Mine are just black 10" 12 spokes with the correct size spider landing (8.25 I believe) I e-mailed about this on wednesday and haven't received any response. Just want to know if i need new baskets or if i need to return the recones.

I keep reading threads about people sending in there subs and waiting for a long period of time, as well as the outrageous shipping prices, just to get some recones. Im going to get a Fi Q 12 dual 2 and was curious what options I should go for. I am powering it with a Sundown SAX-1200D parallel. Thinking about doing the big 3 upgrade I already have the 1/0 hyperflex but I have a new 2010 A4. Runing 8g from the battery to the trunk in the amp. Again, What options should I go for with a ported enclosure about 2.3 cubes.

I ordered a 2 ohm DVC sub but I need a 1 ohm DVC sub. My invoice # I-17666/00. I sent an email, but I know it takes a couple days to read them and I placed the order 2 days ago. I hope I'm lucky and it's still early enough to change. I apologize for my stupidity :/

just spent $210 for a 12" BTL recone but i have a question.do i still have to pay to ship it to vegas? or am i supposed to recieve a label through email? i was probably better off just buying a new sub if im gonna be paying over $300..any answers?

If I order the sx recone will it come with the 1.4 ohm coils? Also, if it does have the 1.4 ohm coils will it be a direct fit or will my motor need to be sent in to be modified? And does anybody know the t/s specs for the sx 18 recone because I can't seem to find it anywhere and I know it's not exactly the same as the sx 18? I recently sold my two Alpine type X 12's and now I want to "upgrade" to a single Fi woofer, 15 inches. I have a string of questions for you all expierienced with Fi products: I have a single Alpine MRD-M1005 to power whatever driver I end up choosing. This amp puts out 1000 watts @ 2 ohms RMS cleanly (amp birthsheet actually states closer to 1100 watts). I see THE the SSD would almost be a perfect match for this power rating, but I feel like im selling myself short. Id really like to get either the Fi BL or the FiQ. If I understand the specs correctly though, these are 1500 watt rms subs. So assuming I dont get any extra upgrades done to the subs, do you think im askin…
