Okay.. Heres the deal, I just finished a box for one 15, I made the box to be ready for the bl 15 or a btl, but with the free cooling going on for the wait time on the btl I have decided that i want the btl kinda, but I still need some help deciding what i should go for. Reason being i have all stock electrical other than new alt (not HO tho)... Also my current amp is only a bxi 1200.1D so im not sure if it would be bad to underpower the btl even tho i would be getting a new amp for it, just not right away. I do have sound deadening out of the way already So what should i do get the bl and upgrade my electrical while i wait to get it? Or, Get the btl and upg…

i have a crown vic wonderin if this box will work to get full range for the sub and able to get 32hrz 3FTby 2FT3"by1ft7"? any help i would thank if this box will not work what do u recommend i have a few inches give or take all around?

I just got my 12" Fi Q. This is my first quality subwoofer, hooray! Just a quick question. On both sides of voice coil, there are + and - springs, total of 4. This is dual 2 ohm, wiring down to 1 ohm load. It is my understanding to do this, you run positive wire to positive, from one coil to the other, then negative to negative. But then, what? How does it hook up to the enclosure. Do I run the wire in parallel from one side of sub to other, then run a wire from one side into the enclosure? I looked for diagrams, but none were clear exactly how I run the wire from sub to enclosure. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm looking at purchasing a SSD10 (Dual 2) but I don't quite understand the other three configuration options, flatwind coil, copper coil, and BP Power. Could someone explain what each of these mean/are and what their benefits are? Thanks! Adam

will running a universal sub with a non-universal sub creat any problems? will there be any difference in sound or will i notice a difference in the 2?

ok, a buddy of mine has 4 cheap memphis power reference 15's in a s10 blazer run off a mtx 1500 watt amp. Now, after hearing my bl 12", he either wants to go with 4 ssd 15's or 2 BL 18's. He is going to get 1 sundown 3000d. Both boxes would be ported and he has plenty of space, he took his back seat out already. I told him 2 BL 18's would be plenty. Which do you think would be better. He listens to mostly rap, some country and rock. He also has upgraded alt, and couple kinetik 2000's.

Is there any advantage or disadvantage in going with the Bp version. Plus should I get the 2 ohm version? Right now Ive got 600w into 2 ohms.. The Pioneer Mono doesnt do 1 ohm... I bought two 12 Fi Q subs about 4 months ago and I haven't had anything but good things to say about them. Everyone who gets a listen smiles instantly and asks me all about them. So the reason for me wanting new subs? None really, just getting a new car so I figure now would be the time to get the louder audio setup. Hello everyone, ok Im planning on ordering 4 Q15s for my pt cruiser, it will be a single sealed box with 2 subs facing up and 2 subs facing foward, how does this setup sound? Will it effect sound quality or overall output, also there be 2 seperate chambers with 2 subs in each chamber, or should I go for 1 chamber for each sub? thanks..........Brian
