Shame on me if this has already been answered, or if this is a stupid question in some peoples eyes, but do you guys plan on updating the other models anytime soon, if at all?

I don't know very much about the x 12's and i was looking for some input. how do you guys think 4 x12's would sound in a tahoe with a ported box tuned at 30-32 hz with an epicenter? I will be running somewhere between 1500 to 2500 watts to them.

I am going to change up my system, and i am trying to decide between two FI BL 12"s or four Kicker L5 12"s. I listen to mostly hip hop and rap, with some rock. I currently have 2 15" L7s, being powered by a MA AUdio HK802SX amp. I am going to upgrade the amp.. but it kinda depends on what sub setup i go with. I have just over 6cuft of space to play with... So what do you think, 2 Bl12"s or 4 L5 12"s? What will give me a better sound for all types of music? Any amp recomendations?

I currently have two Kicker L7 10's vented running off of a KX 1200.1 in an Extended cab 2000 Silverado. I am loking to upgrade to something a little louder, so I recently did a cut through into the bed and am looking at putting a BL 18" back there. My question is would this one 18" be louder than my current setup? I plan on porting the box and running it off of the same amp. If anybody has a similar setup to the one I am looking at, if you have gotten it metered and could post the numbers that would be great. Thanks.

Hi guys, I have tried to contact Fi via e-mail a few times withing the last couple weeks, but no response. I would like to get a sub to Canada, and was wondering if it is possible to ship one out to Canada directly. The only options I see in checkout are UPS to the lower 48. I would prefer FedEx or USPS. It is for: 12" Fi.BL Dual2 Cooling ($40) Flatwind ($20) Daily Thanks.

I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra and was wondering if anyone would be able to share a box design that they have in there Nissan Sentra for one 15" BTL? Room is not a problem because I don't use the trunk for anything but for my audio system. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thank you. You can see my setup I have for now at http://www.carstereo.com/rwussow. Later.

I thought they were some left over subs they had they put together, for like $70 to $99 I think.. A link would be great, I wanted to see if they still had some..

I know the recommended power for a standard Q is 1k watts RMS. If I had two Q's setup for IB purposes, about how much power should each see. I was told once use half the power and I have a Rockford 1000 amp, so would 500w RMS work or is that still to much for IB subs, I have no clue???? Don't wanna destroy the subs before I really get them going.

So I have been sittin here planning out my next system almost to a T, when the thought pops in my head, maybe I should find out the competition rules and types of competitions there are before I do any major planning. Does anyone have any ideas or sites I can hit up to find out the various competitions and rules regarding these comps? My last plan was a F150 with shell on the bed. I was gonna do a wall with 4 18" BTLs, allowing the box to take up some room in the bed. I was probably gonna port front as well, but have some templates and planning to do first. Is there even a competition for such vehicle or do i need to go back to the drawing board. 4 18" BTL's not sure …

I threw an e-mail at Scott a couple days ago, then went on the forum and read the sticky about e-mailing about questions and stuff that aren't orders, sorry. Anyway here's what I wanted to say... two things, my feedback from my Q15 and a question on a 18 BTL First of all, absolutely love the Q15 w/bp, an absolute monster, the ported box, 4.8cuft @28hz was just insane, I was blowing away everything else I heard, W7 on a 1000/1 built to "JL specs", and two kicker setups, one pushing 2kw to two 15L5, and one setup pushing 3kw on 2 15L7's!! Because they had significantly more power then me (rf p1000-1bd) the higher bass tones were close, but as soon as it dropped low, I abso…

Anyone going to a show or comp in northeastern ohio running Fi subs? I've only seen & heard 1 and considering the set-up it sounded ok (1 Fi 18", kid doesn't even know the model or the rms, bought it used with a big ass Boss amp hooked to it in a sealed box). After doing some poking around the net and alot of reading on here I want to hear some in better systems. So if someone's out my way and doesn't mind me having a listen drop me a line on here or e-mail me at [email protected]

Hello everyone, pretty new to the forum but not a complete noob in car audio. I just had a q 12 installed in my EXT cab f150 hooked up to a hifonics brz17001.d. Unfortunately the brz is a faulty amp(not surprising) but in the process of getting a replacement. My question is to balance out my sound stage I am going to be putting in 4 new infinity kappa 5x7s(not set on them open to suggestions around the same price) and was hoping to throw a pair of tweeters in too. I was wondering should i go with a 4, 5, or 6 channel amp. I understand that if I want control of the fade and balance I need a 4 channel for the door speakers. But should i wire the pair of tweeters to the …
