I love the fi sub line up, the only thing i don't like is the outdated dust cap. Hate to say it but the domed dust caps just look ugly. The visible glue, the rough cone material combined with the dome cap make the sub unrepresentable. Do you guys ever think you would come out with dish style dust caps that cover the whole cone? maybe in the blueprint line up? I plan on purchasing a ssd15 in the near future and just hoping you'll offer dish caps, or mybe i'll just wait for the blueprint subs and check them out.

Shipped my n2 motor to fi. It was delivered and signed for July 20th. One month later, 5 emails to fi... nothing. I have been very patient and very polite. Could I please have an update?

Hello, I am a daily driver moving on from my Kicker 15 L7 in a ported 3.5 ft box in my 94 s10 blazer powered by a 1000 watt hi fonics amp and wanting something that gets loud yet sound alot better than the L7. I've been thinking of a sealed 15 Q with a kicker zx 1000.1. sealed because i dont only listen to rap, but it really annoyed me when my ported box missed notes that my friends subs hit. i wanted to spend in the $300-350 tops for my sub(s). So I get this e-mail saying the status of the order I placed on Nov-30 has changed. The item has shipped. Pretty fhawking cool I thought, and went on my merry way. I figured it'd come some time after X-mas. Later in the day, I was out in the garage getting ready to do an oil change when the FedEx truck pulls up. WTF!? Sho nuff, the delivery man drops this off: No way, I just got the email, I thought to myself... The reason why i ask is i currently have 4 RE SE 15" running off of a T40001bd,, they sound great but im only hitting a 148.3 with them so since i want to brake into the 150's I want to get a second T40001bd and some stronger subs,, thing is i like the way these SE's sound so Im trying to get something strong but that can sound atleast as nice as these SE's..

ok guys i really some opinions on this, im tryna decide if i will run 4 15s or 4 18s for my next install. if im goin to wall or no wall. i use to think wall were for wussies lol, but boy have i seen the light lol. this will be a non spl setup. bassrace/music setup. which would be a better fit in a blazer. the 18s or the 15s? subs will be BTLs, thanx

So when I first got my 2 12" btl's they got low and loud. I have had them almost a month and now they don't sound the same. It's late so I havent put a dmm on the so I don't know if something happened with the coils but I never smelt anything. One day they were hitting real low and I thought I heard a pop but they still sounded great, may I have over done it? Any ideas???

Sorry for all of the NooB questions lately. I'm just undecisive right now. I do know I want to go with the BTL drivers, but not sure which combination. I have the budget, I have the space required. I'm not sure if I want 2 15" BTLs with 2k each or 1 18" btl with 3000-3500 to it. How do the Btl's compare to the MTX 9500 and the JL W7? Personally, I dont care for the JL, but I love the 9500s. Vehicle we're looking at is a big ol expedition. Plenty of room for something nice and loud. Alright pair of fi bl 12's just came in. Just showing some sweet pics and one question about the subs. I ordered them with cooling and the flatwind option. How long does warranty work take ? Not sure what happened but my sub looks to be screwed right from FI. Not sure what happened here. I tried to call but mailbox is full and Email hasent been responded to yet. No Apperant damage durring shipping, Box is in perfect shape

so i just sold me Rockford t1000 and am debating on getting a aq2200 for my bl fully loaded wired to 2 ohms. So what i was asking was what is everyones thoughts on aq amps. are they pretty underrated and will it draw more power then my rf amp did, do they get hot at all or has anyone had anything bad to say about them. Everyones advise is greatly appreciated

I know this may sound like a stupid question, but I know nothing outside of Rockford amps. I am getting some BTL's fully loaded and am curious, what would be better to put on each one. The Kicker 2500.1 or the Sundown 3000D? This is for daily driving. Would the extra $400 be worth the extra 500 watts per sub? How good are Sundown, heard Kicker were good. Thanks in Advance

Runnin an AQ2200d, Alpine 9584 head unit, tuned in a 2.2 Cubic foot box to 31 htz. The clicking noise only occurs on a sudden knock of bass & Is repetitive in fast bass lines but only in high notes. In low notes it does perfect. Whats goin on?

alright so I have a fiberglass sub box that is shaped very weird .. its cut out for a 10 was thinking about an fi q .. I currently have a kicker cvr in there that is just not cutting it, will I feel the bass better with a q or will it not be as loud?

How about a Tour of inside FI? Ive always wondered what it looked like behind teh scenes. And Im guessing other people might have interest in this also. Last month I asked for advice on what subwoofers to get for my Yukon. FI suggested SSDs with copper coil. I was going to order these asap but my wife asked if i could wait till after Christmas. I was all butthurt for a day or two but I agreed. Yesterday morning I get out of bed and two huge boxes are sitting under the tree that we not there the night before. You guessed it the wife found a way to order them ( yes she even got the options right) with out me having a clue. The subs look great thanks FI. Lance Alexander

Thinking about doing the big 3 upgrade I already have the 1/0 hyperflex but I have a new 2010 A4. Runing 8g from the battery to the trunk in the amp. Again, What options should I go for with a ported enclosure about 2.3 cubes.

Hello everyone, ok so i had just bought a 2005 honda civic a few days ago and want to put my 12" bl and my aq2200 in it. The honda civic has a 70a alt (terrible yes i know) and a 500 cca 85m reserve battery in it. what im wanting to do is the big 3 which i have my 0g on its way to my house and then upgrade the battery for now because i need to save up for a 170a dc alt. Ok so what im wanting to know is what battery would be better but still fit in the stock location? iv looked everywhere and all i can find is a yellow top that is rated at the same as my stock battery. im only hooking up my aq2200 for now cuz my car wouldnt be able to run my mid/high amp also until i get m…
