I have a 2007 hyudai accent hatch back. right now i have a 12" kicker L3 that has blown, and a kicker zx 400.1 amp (new) . what would be my best bet for a loud clean sub using the kicker zx 400.1. 12" SSD or 12" X (both fully loaded)?

ok guys so i came across an alt on ebay and its pretty and i was wondering if you guys could take a look at it and let me know what you guys think because i just dont have the funds right now to buy a dc as much as i want too. Alright, I never thought i would have this much trouble dealing with you guys but to me 3 weeks is plenty enough time to receive a re-cone kit. Or at least for it to ship. This is my last ditch effort in trying to get it sorted out. I placed my order 4/28 invoice number (I-16276/00) and still have not received it. Hello everyone, ok so i had just bought a 2005 honda civic a few days ago and want to put my 12" bl and my aq2200 in it. The honda civic has a 70a alt (terrible yes i know) and a 500 cca 85m reserve battery in it. what im wanting to do is the big 3 which i have my 0g on its way to my house and then upgrade the battery for now because i need to save up for a 170a dc alt. hey everyone i'm looking to make an upgrade. i currently have 3 12's a crunch gp3000d pro amp which is suppose to be underrated at 3kw rms at 1ohm. i also have 0 gauge wiring a 300 amp alt fatmat throughout the entire vehicles i think two layers in some place but atleast one layer throughout the entire vehicle. i have an optima red top under the hood and a kinetic hc1800 in the back for the subs. i have a 1997 ford explorer sport (2 door) and i am interested in either 2 fi btl's 15's or 1 fi btl 18 n2 model i have enough space to run the 2 15's or the single 18 with no problem now my question is which would give more output. i love lows so im looking to have the box tune…

Some of you might've seen my scores before. I have 2 12 BTLs in a 4.2 cube box tuned to 33 hz. I'm running the AQ 3500.1. My burp score is currently at 142.7 (2 batts) at 38 hz in my 02 Camry. The score seems alright for a trunk car, especially at that frequency. Well I clamped my amp, car was on this time with 3 batts. My rise is from 1.0 ohms to 4.5 ohms and I only clamped a little over 1,000 watts out of my amp. So for my 142.7 run, it's probably a safe guess to say it was only around 800-900 watts. In conclusion, I'm more satisfied with my score now seeing on how little power I'm using. Sucks that my rise is so bad.. But.. GO BTLs!

What is the difference between the 12" Fi BL 3" coil and the 4" coil. Will 4" coil make it handle more watts and/or make it louder. Or is it for cooling. If anyone knows the difference between the two please let me know. I am planning on ordering a sub really soon just need to know the difference and benefits of each.

so i just sold me Rockford t1000 and am debating on getting a aq2200 for my bl fully loaded wired to 2 ohms. So what i was asking was what is everyones thoughts on aq amps. are they pretty underrated and will it draw more power then my rf amp did, do they get hot at all or has anyone had anything bad to say about them. Everyones advise is greatly appreciated

What size box do yall recommend

Was thinking, and wondering if Fi has contemplated making some ear buds? I know myself, and many others i'm sure would be all over them. I have no doubt they would sell like hotcakes. I would love to see some high quality buds in the future. With awesome drivers, and a better cord then {others} with maybe a "Fi" logo built in anyways, those are my thoughts.

Ok so everyone keeps telling me to go get the big 3 upgrade done cuz its a pretty simple way to relieve stress from numerous things. Ok so i go to my local shop today to get a quote and learn a lil more about what it takes to do it. The guy comes out and looks at my car and i tell him the 3 wires that i want to upgrade to 0g. so he comes in and starts crunching numbers on his calculator and comes up with a price of $263??? Hello, So there has seem to be some confusion lately about the N series, and I wanted to start a topic to clear things up for the normal users who may or may not know what to buy. So could anybody that either works at F.i, or anybody that has and tested any of their N series equipment, please explain their use and purpose clearly. My amp has a signal voltage adjustment range of 150mV - 5V (RCA Input). And my question is do I set the sub. output level from the MX-3 Bass controller to 5V? If it helps I have a RF T2500-1bd amp. Thanks for any response.

I am sending in my 12" bl and re-coning it into a 15 and i saw on the site that there is and extended lead time on the BL's so my question is will that still affect me since I am re-conning to a 15" and will be getting a new basket?

Hello everyone, Ok so im thinking about adding a second battery in my car in the trunk to maintain voltage drop. right now iv got a red top under the hood, about to do the big 3 and a 120a stock alt with a rockford t10000bdcp and a alpine pdx f4. Im planning on getting a kenetik hc800 in the back to add a little more power to my electrical. hey everyone I am planning, on getting 2 12 inch fi btls n2s powered by two audio q 2200 amps. I am a begginer and was wondering if 180 amp alternator and 1 yellow top battery would be enough to power these two amps? Any help is highly appreciated

Pretty much decided on Fi for my next sub. Going for a single 12 in the trunk of a saab. The amp I have is an Elemental Designs Nine.1 with 1200 rms @ 1ohm or 900 rms @ 2ohm. Question is whether I should go with a BL and push the limits or underpower a BTL? I listen to mostly rap btw. Thanks for any insight!
