1:Is there a difference between these two? 2: Does the filter have to match the boxes tuning? Or is there an acceptable range? I have the RF T-2500.1BD amp with a 28Hz infrasonic filter. 3: If I use a box that is tuned at 32Hz, will this be sufficient? 4: If not where can I find a good subsonic filter? Hello I sent in my 12" BTL to get re-coned, and I haven't received any word on when it will be returned. I sent a couple of E-mails over a week ago and haven't got a response from the re-cone department. My Order#I-15761/00. If a Mod. can get back to me as soon as possible that will be great. So I've searched this subject just can't seem to find an answer. I have a 15" SSD basket and motor(double stack), how can I tell what coil was in it before? I don't want to buy the wrong coil and it not fit as FI says the flatwind coil option has an upgraded motor. Thanks in advance!

Alright guys i have an old box for 2 15's. Its 10 cu.ft tuned to like 33 hz. Im wanting to get some new Btl N2's. But im not sure if i want to stick to 15's or cut the holes out bigger to hold 2 18's. What do you think i should do? Never had 18's. So Im trying to squeeze the most spl's out of it as i can. Also i will be using my Memphis Mojo 4kw amp.

Hey everyone, I've had my fully loaded bl 15 for about 5 1/2 months and i love it. But now all of a sudden im having some wierd issues. One morning when i got into my car and was driving i noticed i had no bass at all so out of curiosity i turned it up to listen closer and all of a sudden the sub kicked in but when it did it was distorted sounding. Now ever since its been the same way and not to mention its not very loud now. Even when i first got it and was using my stock battery it sounded louder and better. Could my setup be clipping? Any thoughts? All help is greatly appriciated!

The competition at Indianapolis for DBDrag on February 26th had 5 competitors in the Street B class. Including myself, we all had trunk cars. I wasn't planning on running DBDrag (only bassrace) at first cause I found out I'd have to disconnect my rear two batteries for the Street B class. Well then I started watching the qualifying runs and saw three 137s, and one guy with a 140.1. I knew my N2s on my AQ 3500.1 would hit near the 142 range, so I ran to Ace Hardware, bought some bolts, and disconnected my rear batteries. I don't know if this has been talked about on here or not, so I apologize in advance if it has. I was doing a little research on what sub(s) I would like to put in my new car. I was thinking about going with a SSD and when I got on the fi site I saw that it says neo ssd's coming soon or something along those lines. I'm pretty interested, so I figured I'd post here to find out more about it. Besides weight, will switching to neo magnets change the ssd's performance much?(if so how?) Do you guys have an idea when it will be available for purchase? And lastly how will the change effect pricing?

installed a 12" bl in a buddys truck in 2.4cu - 32hz tuning. powerd off an AQ1200. this thing really hits the lows and sounds good,cant wait till he plays it enuff to loosen it up. very nice Fi

ok guys im new to all of this so take it easy on me first of all i ordered two fi btl n3 12s... so so excited i had alot of other cheap subs and want something better now what i would like to know is the btl n3 just for burping ? or can i play long bass songs- they didnt have the option for daily , and i know this babys are for spl but i want to beat them in my car daily and roll up to spl competions tooo. any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated o and so far the setup im going to be running is 2 fi btl n3 12s box size ? dont know need help 4 kinetic 2400s audio que 20

i just got my 15" n2 btl fully loaded. I was wordering how long does it take to break it in? How many watts should i put on it until its broke in?

hey just recently got my btl 12 (quite the beast lol) and everything was all good until i got this dude to build my box...he "supposedly" contacted fi and got the box layout for my car which is a 92 camaro but i have my doubts...so its hooked up and the car shakes a lil bit but i can barely hear any bass...not sure if that makes sense but its kinda like its free airing even though its in the box...another thing is when i turned my amp up (aq2200) it made a like tapping noise like it wuz bottoming out or something, not really sure thats why i posted this also but is that another affect of the box cuz the impression i got from all the reviews was that the btl would take the…

I'm going to order a BTL 18 1-ohm after I order a T1500-1bd. I was planning on getting all the options, daily, and universal. I was just wondering if there's any downside to getting the universal option. Thanks for the help.

Will the 10" FI X be ok in about .80ft^3, or is that too large for sealed? I bought a prefabbed subthump box for another sub and have decided I would rather use the FI X. This is going under the rear seat of my CC Sierra. I don't mind cutting an end off the box and closing the box up a little bit if necessary! Or would I be better off opening up the sub hole and putting an FI X 12" instead? I only have 6.5" of mount depth before the magnet touches the bottom of the box. Thoughts or opinions on this?

So i got my FI Q back from a recone like 2 weeks ago. and since it's been hooked up i hear like a rattling type of sound when the bass hits during the majority of songs (some sound fine usually the loud bass songs) i went next to the sub to hear where it was coming from and it sounds like it's coming from the sub itself any idea as why this would be happening? Also if i put my back seats up (my box sits flush with the back seats so the sub faces the cabin while i drive so with the seats up the sub is touching the back seats limiting it's excursion) the sound dissapears and it sounds like clean bass on any song but since it is limiting it's excursion it is noticeably quiet…
