I just ordered an BL 18 and chose the universal option and the extreme lead option. I sent an email the other day asking about these two options and never got a response. Then after reading alittle on here i saw that they dont answer none order emails. And after reading on here i found out what they are and would like to change my order. Do you all think this would be possible. I have emailed the company, and i did just order the sub. Just wanted to know if youall thought i would get a response from them before the sub was processed. thanks.

i bought a 10 q back in mid feb and i have had no problems until now i have had two lead wires break in the past two weeks i soldered them both back on but one has broke again and now there is not enough lead wire to reach the terminal

I was just reading back on some topics and i think that i dont need the Universal option if i get dual 2 coils is that true? Will the dual 2 coils definitely give me a 1ohm load?

Recently bought a 15" bl and a fosgate 1000bd and am getting the big 3 done on thursday. Is one battery enough if its a yellow top?? Or should I just keep my regular battery and add a second cell in back. I would rather just have the one but not if its not gonna be good enough... Please help

First off Im gonna get either a BTL or Kicker, cant make up my mind. Either a Kicker SoloX 15(2) or Fi BTL 15(2), the kicker can handle 2500RMS @DVC 2 ohms and the BTL can handle 2000RMS @DVC 2 ohms.. So would the BTL 15 be able to handle 2500RMS or higher with the P Chamfer, Cooling, HiXmCoil, Daily, I Heat Ring, and not universal options? Also Im gonna try to put these in a lincoln LS, and I cant determine if I want BTL15s or BTL12s, which would you guys suggest? p.s. the amp I will probably be using is a SPL FX1-5500D with 2500RMS @ 2ohm, 3200RMS @ 1 ohm, is that a good idea or anyone got any other suggestions? I was wondering if anyone has managed to put one or 2 15" FI audio subs in an extended cab ranger. I have a 95 that I would like to upgrade. I currently have 2 Jensen competition series 12's in a deathbox II and its just not enough for me. I have seen 15" subs in rangers before, but I would worry about fitting a big enough box so they sound nice, and FI subs seem to need slightly larger boxes than some other 15s BTW, If anyone is selling USED amps or subs that are in good shape, I would love to know!

im curious on how long does it takes to recieve a recone kit? its been 3-4 weeks already and i still have no recieved my recone. They sent me the Recone glue, and Decals i ordered, but how much longer for the recone? im Travis Jones, maybe someone can chime in and let me know whats taking long? Thanks Guys!

I sent my subs out to get reconed by Fi. I bought the 2 reconing kits and what not but my question is do i have to pay for the sub to get returned to me or did they add that into the price. I did select the option to send my sub in.

I have a new 15in Q that will be going into roughly 3.5cu after port and displacement. Would it be ok to use one 6in round port with flared ends? Looking for 28-29hz tuning. I can do 43.75sq in with a 3.5 x 12.5 slot port but the box will be much more difficult to build. Which would sound better? This will be a console style box, sub forward and port will fire into the side wall.

I'm looking to get a 15" SSD and was wondering what options should I choose. I read the sticky and know what they all do but want someone with experience for their input. What options should I get? I was thinking just getting the copper coils. I'm looking mostly for loudness but I do want to maintain some sound quality. I e-mailed FI but they haven't got back to me yet and I'm anxious to buy the sub.

I designed a box that is 10cuft@32hz its in a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Is that too much cuft?

I have a brand new Hifonics GLX1400.1D and all new 2 gauge wire ran. I should have my ssd 18 sometime in the next couple weeks. Does anyone know what i should tune my box too? its all going in a 01 eclipse(hatchback). I also would like to know what i should run my subsonic filter and everything as. just wanted to know wut kind of soldering gun you guys use to solder the tinsel leads on to the subs, im goin to recone my sub soon and i dont have a good soldering gun. and wut percent silver solder do yall use.

and it PWNS..........not even broken in yet and its amazing Thanks to Phill at Woodlawn Cabinetry for making me a 2.5 CF ported stealth box for my silverado I powered the Q with my an eD 9.1 and I am running some ADS 346 comps I picked up on a whim a few weeks ago powering them by my Diamond D5600.2(150x2) amp and I must admit the SQ makes me giggle while I listen to my fav tunes,this system I put together is my best yet right out of the box......The bass is tight and incredibly detailed,compared to my TDX its louder and clearer - This is exactly what I have been looking for and I couldent be happier - Keep up the good work Mitch

Okay I have a new(to me) car, a 2001 saturn ls200. I want to get a system going but my 1 15RE SX isn't quite cutting it. So, should I get 1 18 or 2 15's. Either way, I'm leaning toward elemental designs 15/18 or FI SSD or Q for 15/18. I know it'll be a bit biased here but please be as objective as possible Thanks

Alright Ive heard nothing but good things about you guys, and going to start saving up for my system and plan it out now. I have a 1993 camaro. Now my biggest dilema is my trunk, they are fudgeed in camaros.. I want a system with a little of box SPL and LOUD SOUND QUALITY... I want it to hit pretty damn hard and hit lows...but I also want decent sound quality. My choice right now is either between 2 12 BLS or Q's... Now if I can find anyone to build me a box or give me a design with dimensions for a camaro trunk ill go ported.
