I got one last week and the other one today. I like how the first one that came in had the black basket, but not a big deal cause it wont be seen. Box build may begin tomorrow after work, but will start sunday for sure. oh yeah, they are BL 18's D2 with cooling, flatwind, universal, and daily and will be run with 2 saz-1500d's.

I am thinking about running 3 Q 12's in a boat. I had already made boxes that are .95 cubes a piece when I ordered some Brahmas. Due to Adires current situation the brahmas will not be coming. Anyway, can anyone tell me how the Q works in a sealed box, and if possible how it compares to the brahma. I have not ordered an amp yet, but was hoping to give each sub about 800 watts. Is this enough or do I need to find a larger amp? Right now the only other line I am looking at is TC. I am between the TC-2000, TC-3000, or Q. I also thought about a SSD, but it seems the Q puts out more spl as well as better sq, which would be perfect as I am looking for a LSQ install. Th…

Hi all, I'm new to this and been going by what my friend and his dad tell me but as their taste in music is different than mine I wanted to ask around. I drive a 03 s-10 xtrme ext cab and have 2 12's currently but they are horrid and was looking for something better. I list to alot of rock, metal but i also listen to quite a bit of hiphop/rap. I have a hifonics 2000watt amp and was wondering what size/series of speaker would work good for my taste in music and size of the truck that also work with the amp I already have.

hi im going to be buying 2 of these beasts for my 79 gmc stepside. there going in the bed & ported of course because there is no way in hell there going to fit in the cab. im looking around for amps to power these subs and am wondering what rms @ what ohm to get. i need to know what ohms to purchase the 2 subs dual 1 or dual 2 and what kind of amp. i was thinking about audioque 2200d because fi says the 18's rms is 2000 watts. would two of these amps do the trick or should i look for something else? thanks

i need help deciding what 12 inch subs i should get. its beetween the fi audio ssd or the soundstream t6. ive had soundstream b4 and i really like it but ive also heard good things about fi audio. i like hard hitting bass. i got a 03 mustang and got about 6 cubic ft of space for a box so if u guys could help me put in deciding it b great. i got 2 hifonic 2000 watt amps a 1800 kinetik battery. my budget for subs is about 500 dollars total/ or if u guys can know of any better sub give me ideas thanks

Hi my name is charlie , Mike Bartell suggested that i contact you guys. I am building a street max 1-2 truck , and am looking for the most efficent sub i can get as this class only allows a single battery . I'm interested in 2-15" subs that will take burps of 3000-4000 watts of clean power. Many companies have these 20,000 plus watt woofers and i fear that they will be too ineficent for my application. Right now im rocking a 1x fi q 12" in a 2.5 @ 30hz box, it gets pretty loud, but i feel i have to strain a little to get it to my likings. I want to upgrade and have a few optinos that im asking you about I plan on buying a second sae - 1000D and strapping them and producing 1800 - 1900 @ 2 ohms. So that what i have to work with. Here are my options that im intrested in. I have a LSQ oriented system as you can see in my sig Option 1- buy another fi 12 q and sealing both of them each in a 1.3 sealed box or both of them in a 2.5 sealed box. Hey Guys I have a 03 Yukon Denali that i would like to build a system for. I'm debating on whether four 15 BTL will be better ground pounder then two 18 BTL? I do know that power has one thing to do with it and i will be running two Sundown Audio SAZ-3500D, i will have a big 3, with 2 Alts, and 2-3 Powermaster 3100 and a smaller Powermaster up front. All the subs will be fully loaded, and as far as a box i will have Fisher Customs make a box or Pound that Sound. I am open for all suggesting's to change out any thing or add any thing. Are they really backed up right now, If I order today when should I get my subs? I'm looking to get 2-12" Q's , just wondering if it takes a long time to get the subs. And Would 2 RF 1500-1's be good on these subs for a daily driver. Want subs to sound good on a variety of music (rock, rap, some country,metal ). Would get the 2 ohm version so I could strap amps together at 2 ohms.

So I just recieved my BL 15" fully loaded last week i got it pretty much broken in and today i noticed my box had slid around in my trunk almost sliding its way into my back seat and since my back seats were folded down the rubber rib of the sub actually got wedged against the ceiling of my trunk which is about 3-4 inches shorter towards the opening then in the middle of my trunk where it normally should sit. I tried my best to carefully get it out but i failed and ripped about a 2-2.5 inch slit in the rubber rib( bassically it looks like someone took a razor blade to it). Hello All, I have a 300c, currently I am running an Audison - Music Expression (sorry if there are linking rules) to a 4 ohm sub (HERTZ MILLE ML 3800 15" ). I understand that I can also run this amp in mono to a dual 2 ohm. I like to listen to a lot of hip hop but also a good classic rock and some new rock (audio slave etc...) When I get into my rap, I like to really feel it, I like the low lows... I know its hard with the trunk on these cars, but I was planning on purchasing the BL15 Dual 2 Ohm and the daily option. What do you recommend?

I need grilles for my 2 10" SSD's. Not the metra universal mesh ones please. I dont like the look of thoes. Does anyone know of any that I can use? I am not sure that grilles from Kicker, Fosgate, Polk, etc will clear the excursion of the Fi's. Please help if you can. I need them for protection more so than looks, with the exception of that horrible mesh, anything will do. Thanks in advance

Hypothetically if I have a box that is 1 cuft tuned to 30 hz, for say an 10" type r or ID, will this box have a different tuning frequency for a different sub with different parameters, such as a 10" Fi Q? Box being the same and same port area.
