Many people have been raising the question and not believing that we make our shirts and stickers in house...so here is some pics of our screen/print shop 4 screen station that I'm making some new screens and stuff for right now for new shirt designs... Two single screen stations that we use for the back and front logo's on some shirts/hoodies Other single screen station.. All of our vinyl racks that logos are cut out of! Granite slabs to work the stickers out on and apply logos Our pad printer... Last not least...our good friend RUCKUS! www.causingaruckus.com

From left to right: Standard pole cut out of bar stock prior to being turned down. Middle is a pole with a Pchamfer on it. Right is the 'Hyper pole' option on the new BL's. We do all of this here in house on either one of the CNC's or Lathes depending on the part...just an infinite amount of flexibility of what we 'can' do .

I just caught wind that there is an IB specific line coming out. Will there be a 10" version available? Got any x-max or power handling numbers yet? I would just love to do three 10's IB so I could regain the use of my trunk. Thanks for any info.

I actually sent an e-mail to sales many days ago and didn't get a reply, but after looking at the forum today for the first time I saw the pinned topic regarding mail delays, so figured I would post here. Being out of car audio for a little while now, I decided to upgrade my setup. I was running a Cadence Z8000 (500WRMSx1) w/ two ID10v3's vented to spec @ 33hz. I replaced my Z8000 with a RF T5002, birth sheet measuring ~1100WRMS @2oh bridged (14.4VDC). I originally figured I'd get an IDMAX for this amp, but ran into a lot of hype on the Fi Q and I'm now almost convinced this is what I want. Assuming you're familiar with the ID/IDQ lines, what enclosure spec would you rec…

  8. I am planning on possibly doing 2 18" BTL's in pretty much the optimum enclosure to be put in the back of a Tahoe. Ported to the back, subs upward running about 2500-3000 watts each for daily. I am newer to all of this and hate to ask this stupid question, will that get loud as hell??? I would like to compete and wondering if this would be good for daily and competition. Wish I could do 4 18's, but I doubt I can afford that much power, LOL!!! As I said, I am very new to all of this and learning, so any info would be great... Thanks

  9. Screwdriver slipped and I poked a medium sized hole in the rubber surrond. I have it plugged up with silicone right now, but I was wondering how much it would cost to fix if I shipped it back to you guys. It's a 12" SSD. Thanks.

I sold my bl 18's and both my sundown saz-1500ds and thought I was getting out of audio for a while. But, that didnt last long. I have plenty of room, 98 expedition. I want at least what i had, would like more. I pretty sure leaning to gettin 4 BL 18s this time and walling right behind front seats. i already deadened whole truck, got all wire still in truck. Would 2 Saz-2000d's be enough for 4 18s or 2 audioque 2200d's? I know thats only 1000-1100 watts per sub, but I really dont want to run 4 amps like 4 1500d's. If I could find 1 big amp that would be good for all 4 I will do that. Any suggestions or just go with 1 of the 2 amps above?

I have been competing in MECA for the last couple years, and due to the rule changes Im dropping out. So now Im headed back into a daily set up, no longer chasing numbers. I have both the ufo mag and n2 btl's and love both, I finally got a blazer and am looking for a just a monster daily system. Both my btl's are 12s, since I now have a blazer I will be looking at an 18. Question being....what would fit my bill better, going with a sp4 or just reconing one of my current btl's to an 18. Will be on a saz3500 with the proper electrical.

So yesterday I finally got around to making a new box for my 12'' Fi Q D2. The box came out great, but when I went to put the Q in I noticed one of the tinsel leads was broken at the end where it connects to the terminal. I'm not sure how or when it happened. The gain on my amp (US amps XT4000D, 1500rms @ 1 ohm) is set about half way up and the bass boost is off. My question is what can I do about this? repair it? send it back for repair? Any help is appreciated, thanks

  15. This is my basic wiring diagram for my pair of D2 10" Q's. I have a dual chamber box w/t .60 cuft in each chamber. Since the terminals are on the left and right side of the subs and I have to connect the subs in both chambers (run wires thru commom middle wall and seal with silicone).............I was wondering is it OK to let the wires just hang free in the box or maybe secure them so they don't just flop around???? I noticed there are little tabs on the baskets, both on the top and bottom. Would it be alright to zip strip the +/- DVC connecting wire that will go over the top of the subs basket to that tab? Or should I just let it free hang?????? Just want to do it righ…

So i have had my btl for a while now and am very pleazed with it. I had a few questions though. 1) i currently have a saz 1500 d sundown to it and was wondering if i got a bigger amp (of course another sundown) if it would really be any difference. 2)what is the best way to tell the subsonic filter is set at because i think its around 34 hertz but i am conserned because of what i read about poorly set sub filters. thanks for the help

hi Guys, I havent posted here in a while, but i am in need of some guidance. I just ordered 3 hifonics BX1606d's or whatever the numbers are.... Now i have to order some subs, I can't decide between Q's and BL's. I have no idea what all the options are for on the bl's and if someone could explain all of them that would be awesome. I was planning on putting 1 of the hifonics on each, and i also need some advice on box size, tuning etc. SQ is not really a concern of mine, and i have made all the electrical upgrades to the car so everything will work with the power. The Truck is a 2001 GMC Sierra EXT cab, similar to the red one with the 4 15" SSD's in it. My other quest…

Right now i have a 15" FI Q with BP and im trying to sell it. A guy came up that was interested and before i was asking more but i really need the money quick so i said $200 for sub or $299 for sub and box. I made the box so cheap because it was custom made for my car. Anyways, to get to the point he only has 170 now and so he was thinking of trading and he has some 12" audiobahns and i dont want that and then he has a jensen vm9312. Currently i have an Alpine 9886 so my question to you guys is should i trade and get the headunit or is my alpine better and i should just wait for cash? Thanks, Alex

i just recently bought a bl 12 dual 2ohm with cooling added, and was wondering what the actual rms handling is? i've seen plenty of videos and read plenty of posts making the 1000wrms handling very unbelievable. it seems to me they can handle MUCH more, even without the cooling option added.
