Does anyone know how i get a recone kit for my SX? My buddy talked to someone on here and they said it was possible to recone it as an Fi. Im jus wondering how I go about getting one.

i just got a FI Q12 and was wondering which is better and why... a ported box or a sealed one? i have heard good things about both of them but was wanting some more opinions... thanks

As i were ordering a 18" fi btl fully loaded, i noticed i didnt find norway on the shipping address, someone know why or ? cant i get a pair of these to norway ?

It was amazing, a huge step up from the 12 inch L7. The only thing I noticed wrong was that the rubber cap circling the woofer was a little too big, and the holes for the screws had not been drilled throught the rubber. I was so happy I didn't care one bit though, and I threw the woofer in as fast as I could. It is extremely loud and clean and gets low without distortion. Hey guys I need some fast help......Through a friend of a friend I know somebody selling a fully loaded btl 15" 1 ohm......only problem is I want to put it in a 2002 cavalier trunk and I am not sure it will fit. It does not come with a box right now so I will have to have one made....my question should I even bother buying the sub? Is there any chance of being able to make this beast fit lol.....I know I should go get my trunk measurements but its late and dark were I live so I will have to get that tomorrow. I ordered a recone and found that i didnt have the money for shipping to the facility, I need to cancel my order for my recone kit and get a refund. I have full intentions to recone the subwoofer, just not right now.

Im new to the site, currently have 2 12" pioneer champ series pro running off a cpt1-3200d power acoustik amp. 0 gauge stinger wire with all pioneer 5way door speakers + pioneer 3200dvd head unit. I know im going to need to upgrade my alt. and buy an capacitor as well. Im lookin to buy either one 15btl or 18btl to throw in with these 12s or 2 15s to replace them. Just looking for any good ideas on what sub to get, not worried about the $ either so let me know! thanks

I really want to buy a pair of ssd 18's and run them sealed, but everyone on this site say no. I plugged the T/S specs into Win ISD and it seems to be OK sealed in that sense. He lives in Singapore........he came all the way to Nor Cal to check out the Tahoe for himself. i gave him a ride in the Hoe and the Civic... Very friendly, funny guy....... Just wanted to let anyone who is on the fence about Fi and another brand, go with Fi. I got my two 15inch SSD's installed today and truely could not be happier with the sound/performance. Thanks to everybody at Fi for making an amazing product.

My bro is looking around spending 180-220 per 15 (total of 2) and a decent amp (oh 200-300 maybe) I suggested the RE SE's or the FI SSD's and possibly a Soundstream or Orion amp? When I play certain songs and music for long periods of time my dust cap get pretty warm, i know you are suppost to smell a glue smell at first but its been about 3 months since ive had my q's and i still smell glue... ive had it oscillioscoped, what else could cause this? the two Q's are on 2 Alpine Pdx 600.1 Anyone Have any ideas as to why this might be? any comments would be truly appreciated

He wants to compete in local SPL comps, and recently switched from bahns to Vega V-Max. Personally I don't like how the V-max meter or sound, so I am trying to get him to switch to Fi. He is on a pretty tight budget, so I was thinking that the SSD's would be a good option for him to start with. Should the SSD's yield a noticable increase in SPL from the V-Max if they are in a proper box and and correct power?

well i decided that im goin to buy either buy a 15" BL with only the p chamfer or a 15" Q with the BP option, i have a kicker zx1000.1 rated at 1258 watts total, that box im goin to build is ported and 4 net cu. ft. tuned at 32hz. dont have exact dimensiobs but i will soon. my question is, which sub will perform best with that kind of power. i know that the sound is all box dependant, but which one will most likly get louder, and sound better its my first build, so anything that can get loud and sound good doin it is fine with me thanks

could a bl 18 with just cooling handle a saz 2000d? my buddies wantin to get the 2000d but he dont have flatwind so he mite get the 1500d.

I have US Amp's MD.3D amp (2000 watts output), would it be necessary to add BP Power for this setup? Or will i be ok? Is there a differance in SQ or sound output without BP Power?

So I've emailed all three emails at Fi, and I can't message Nick so hoping to get a response here. I know I'm a broken record about this but ... I was reading some of your production process. It said the day after the order I should have gotten a UPS Tracking number. I ordered my recone march 5th. I emailed [email protected] a couple times after the initial time I was told of 12 to 15 business, being as its now April 1st, and I have got no tracking number, no email replies, and no recone. It was an AA Havoc 15 d2 to Mathew Gardewine. Wondering if I could get an update. Thanks, Mat
