So I was expecting a bunch of tiny stickers, and a t shirt with a small FI on the front... This is what I got.. First of all, For free, anything is great, however, I would have gladly paid for this shirt as well as the big ass sticker... Thanks Scott

i didnt realize when i orderd my sub that if you have a dual voice coil sub that you cant wire it to be 1ohm , it will be higher or lower. i did get the universal option so i guess i can send it back and get it redone. how much does this cost to do. and does anyone from fi know if i would be able to maybe just send it back and get a replacement for a fee or somthing. thanks guys. kevin

I misunderstood what the I heat ring option does when I placed my order, and chose not to get it. I mainly listen to metal, so transient response is very important to me, so I'd really like to have that option. I've already emailed sales about it, but I don't expect a response any time soon (because it's 3 o'clock in the friggin' morning). So if it's too late for them to do anything about it, I'd just like to know how much I'm missing out on. How big of a difference does the I heat ring make? By the way, my order is number #2676. I ordered on the 31st of August, but it didn't switch to "awaiting fulfillment" until the 11th.

I fried the coils on my Crossfire BMF XT15 and cant seem to find a place to get a crossfire re-cone.... I was wondering if Fi could/would recone it. Please let me know if someone can help. Thanks, Cody

I have tried to get ahold of someone from Fi since apiril i have recieved one email back asking if he had helped me yet at the beginning of june. I have sent email after email and i have yet to get a reponse since then. i need to order a recone for a 18" n3 7 spider with sp4 basket. i am hoping someone on here will be about to help me out, i wish i would of waited the extra months and got a normal basket so i could order recones normally. i would go ahead and order normal baskets with recones but pending 65$ a piece extra right now and having to buy 2 recones instead of one isnt an option. thanks -getloud

Hey Shawn or Nick, I've been trying to reach you guys for a while now it seems and have had no response. I sent my subwoofer in a while ago (more than a month ago) and I've sent out numerous emails and pm's to you guys about when and even if I'm getting my sub back and still no response. Shawn I talked to you a few weeks ago and you said you would check into it for me that same day and never got any news back. I thought this might be a better place to get your attention. Ive spent a lot of time looking for an amp for the FI BL 15 that's on its way to my house. I don't want to spend much over $300 for an amp so do you guys know any good amps for about $300 or less? I was kinda looking at the Power Acoustik BAMF5500/1D but i really dont know how good of an amp it is.

I ordered a new fi bi 15 and a recone for a fi bl. And only my recone was shipped where is my fi bl 15

Ok, so I order a new loaded BTL 15 on July 5th...It I got it yesterday so it didnt take long at all(it actually made it in a day earlier than UPS said it would). I got it all installed and its everything I wanted it to be. I look inside of the box and......NO STICKERS!!! The last BTL I had didnt come with stickers either but I was jus like...ok ...whatever...I'll get some next time I get a sub. STILL NO STICKERS!!! Do you hate me Scott? I not really mad lol! But I want stickers next time!

the box is 6.5 cubes tuned to 36hz with 75sq in of port the box is behind the front seat of my civic sub facing up and port facing forward and it just seems like it isn't wangin...could it be you guys built it the SPL version rather than daily? (i sent an email saying i messed up and wanted it changed and got no update) i mean it could be something to do with the box and the port being forward...let me know thanks im not happy at all with it...we installed my brothers 15in BL and i was blown away its in 5 cubes at 35hz and mine seems like a single 8 compared to it

So I just recieved my BL 15" fully loaded last week i got it pretty much broken in and today i noticed my box had slid around in my trunk almost sliding its way into my back seat and since my back seats were folded down the rubber rib of the sub actually got wedged against the ceiling of my trunk which is about 3-4 inches shorter towards the opening then in the middle of my trunk where it normally should sit. I tried my best to carefully get it out but i failed and ripped about a 2-2.5 inch slit in the rubber rib( bassically it looks like someone took a razor blade to it). I listened to it and theres no difference in sound or SQ that me or anyone could notice. Im wonderi…

I have 4 Q15's ported in 10ft^3 tuned to 32hz on a IA40.1 @ .5 ohms. I am hitting 152db on a TL and 159.6db on AC mics, but I have it tuned for music and I feel the Q's are much more powerful down low. I compete locally for fun in unsanctioned events and have a nice lil collection of trophies. So this past Sunday, a local but large Car Club asked me to join up, because they want an SPL division for SBN and whatnot, and they have and audio shop on board to help with builds.
