So what should I set my low pass at for my FI Q10 that I am getting ready to install? Its a D1, if that matters and the woofers I am running are 6.5" Rainbow Kicks.

Ok, i will probably be running 2 bls off of a sundown 3k. Not sure if i wanna do 2 15's and keep them straight upright firing through my blowthrough or have 2 18's slightly angled firing through it. What i am curious about, is there really an audible difference between the size of these two woofers if they are running the same power. I know the 18's will probably score higher in comps, but i doubt i will ever compete, so no point in getting less than a db more and losing that much more of the bed of my truck.

Alright so, I got t-boned a week ago and got 3300 from insurance, when the damages where 500$ worth but, to my question I have a 15 L7 and amp lying around from my old system, which was 2 solo's and 2 amps and I was wondering, is there anyway I could build a box to where I could have my solo and BTL 18" and they both benefit off each other without drowning each other out? Anyone ever thought of this? Thanks, Dover.

The cosmetics aren't quite done yet but I got the sub running and with what little (in comparison) power it's getting from that old Opti 50C off stock electrical I'm more than happy with it. Once upgrades are done and the 3000d is here, it will REALLY bang! Does anyone have the parameters for the older 15" BTL's?

Ok guys, I was browsing steve meades forum and came across someones system on the system of the month, february 2008. It has 2 18's in a blowthrough, but in order to fit the 2 18's they are slightly angled as well as the port (or at least the port looks like it), does this have any effect on the output or cause some other negative effect? well as soon as i found out that the website was updated i checked it out and found they had shirts. I have a 2008 honda Civic EX-L with premium sound upgrade and it has a IB setup with an 8" woofer and it needs some help. Now I know Fi has done IB 18 &15 but can yall build be a very efficeint IB 8"? to replace my current stock 8"? thanks P.S. I can't get a stright answer. I am tried of getting different stories every time regarding replacing my RE subs. I was told by David, formerly at RE audio, that in June all productions of US assembled products stopped and that the factory shut down. All, Re audio products are now made in China and even sub assembly of SX and MT in the USA has stopped. I have been tiring to see what is going on with my subs. One day, I talk to someone, the next day they are gone and some else says they will help, now a girl that has no ideas what is up, is making things worse. Screwdriver slipped and I poked a medium sized hole in the rubber surrond. I have it plugged up with silicone right now, but I was wondering how much it would cost to fix if I shipped it back to you guys. It's a 12" SSD. Thanks.

I just got my BTL 18 today, it is now installed and even off that old opti 50c, it's louder than hell. It is louder than I thought it would be. The back wall of my cab below the window flexes 1/4 inch, and the slider window is going to break (possibly today). This is one outstanding product. Even if my window does break, I will be satisfied to the top. Thanks Scott and Shawn for assisting me and I definitely look forward to doing business again and promoting the product! And still haven't received it back. I have e-mailed several times over the past few months and not gotten any response. it was a 15" Kicker L7..I contacted Fi and they said they could take try and take care of it. Well they took care of it, but said they had a problem finding an old style dust cap for it. I understood it may not be the exact same before I sent it off. I am seriously considering ordering 2 12" BL's but when I click on the BL link on the page, nothing appears. Is anybody else getting this? Also I know this has been discussed before but I am still debating between 2 Fi BL's or 2 AA Havocs. Im going to be running them off the Sundown 1500d. Do you think its enough power and which would you guys perfer ? I am looking for something with good SQ and also that deep HARD hitting lower bass. Any response would be great. What would you all recommend for my low pass filter setting for a 12" SSD w/ CC in a sealed 1.5 cubic box. Yes I know it's a big box but I usually prefer the sound of bigger sealed boxes. Also is there a method for checking that the crossover setting you see on an amp is the actual one that is being output by the amp? I thought using the DMM method and seeing the voltage would work but it didn't tell me anything. I played a 50hz tone and moved the LPF around and all my measurements did was the increase in voltage as I lowered the frequency and vice versa. I thought when I hit 50hz on the dial and below that it would flatline in voltage, but it kept increasing as I l…
