So i just recently bought 2 15in BL Dual 2 subs with the cooling package and i have 2 questions... 1) Now im usually pretty good with this buuuuuuut I'm guessing that Dual 2 means that i can only wire the subs at either 2 ohms or 4 ohms... 2) If I can only wire it down to 2 ohms what amp should i use? ive been looking and looking and the only amp that i could really find to push em was the Power Acoustiks 5500 BAMF series amp that puts out 2500w rms at 2ohms Any answers/ suggestions would be nice... I placed the order for my 15" BL on the 28th of last month and they accepted my money that night, on the 2nd of this month i received my ups tracking number however when i check it as i have been like every day multiple times it say billing information received. my order is supposed to be here on the 8th according to ups. how come i can't track it, and should i really expect it to be here on the 8th?

Wait! I just ordered my FI.Q12. This will be the first time I've had a sub in my car since I was 17 an I'm 23 now. I am more into SQ now though. So I hope my Q 12 and pdx-1.1000 sounds good.

All week I have been sitting around like a kid on Christmas eve and finally she arrived yesterday. I dropped her in and added a run of 2/0 welding wire as a ground for better voltage. I am soon to be adding a HO alt and finishing my big 3 off with better wire. Anywho all I can say is wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww this sub is loud as hell. First setup I had that really hurts my ears. Like really hurts them and the thing that I like the most I still have more left in it as far as tuning it. Not sure if this is a reasonable question as I just found ficaraudio, but here we go: How do these compare to the old RE XXX (2005), the BL and BTL? I would assume the BTL is close but how close? I need a daily driver sub (mostly real music), I have a US Amps 2000x (3000 watts). So from what I gather that puts me in the BTL series, fully loaded. Is this correct? I have read that the BTL10 is not a good daily driver, is this still true as the web page does have a daily option for it? I would prefer the BTL10 due to enclosure size but could swing the BTL12. thanks

first question: What would be the smallest enclosure you all would reccommend for two fully loaded 18" BTLs seeing about 3500watts(rms)/sub, tuned to the low/mid 30s and mainly for daily driving (with maybe the occassional competition)? second question: i know on your site it says the btl comes in a 10" size, but i thought i remember some problems with it so you all quit making them as 10s. im basically wanting to know if u all still make a 10" BTL that is built for pure spl? thanks, andy mods: u can move this to the FI technical section if u want...didnt know where to put it.

this will be my first time buying fi products. i have a 2004 gmc denali that i want to fill. im pretty much asking what would you choose between the 2? they will be seeing the same amount of power 3000 rms per btl or 1500 per bl plus whatever more my saz-3000 will put out. and yes i do have plenty of electrical to handle these i know the 8 bl's would have alot more cone area but would it be noticeable? what would you choose? any input is appreciated

i need a little help with my set up. ok. I drive a 1998 cadillac deville, Phase linear uv8 head unit. Im getting a fully loaded 18" FI BTL and a rockfordfosgate T2000 amp. I have a yellow top under the hood. I will probly get a kicker 1/0 wiring kit or some other 1/0 wireing kit. What eles will i need??

I had my 12" dual 1 ohm Q reconed right before i sold my old car, and have decided against putting a system in my new car as i have a baby due in 8 weeks and need the trunk space. so it hasn't been used at all since the recone. what do u guys think i should sell it for? thanks anthony

Well my birthday came and I was pumped to be getting all my goodies. My girlfriend was sad as she had ordered something for me, only for it not to arrive in time. Well today package 1 of 2 arrived. A sweet 15" BTL loaded. I took some pics. All the pics taken either mine or otherwise really dont give these subs credit. MASSIVE!!

Just want to say how happy. I am I do not regret buying these subs they are all they are cracked up to be. Well worth the money and wait they are everything I've been looking for and then some. They are amazing subs and if your considering a sub from FI do not hesitate. Here's some pics as for a review They drop low when I say low I mean low. Think gut wrenching. I put on the silicon sound system test which goes through cycles and I could not belive what I was feeling and hearing the lower it got the more they shined.
