It's been bout a week now I haven heard anything bout my subs and recone when are they going to be shipped

I've been waiting almost a week to receive my paypal invoice so that I can pay for my sub. I think they forgot about it. Can a rep please email me, I'd rather not give my to JL.

I ordered a recone and found that i didnt have the money for shipping to the facility, I need to cancel my order for my recone kit and get a refund. I have full intentions to recone the subwoofer, just not right now.

At the end of this month I will be purchasing an Fi Q12 for the great north. It will be installed in a 2005 jimmy 2door with lots of room. Atm I plan on using a Sounqubed Q1-1200D. At 2 ohms it states 870x1 at 2ohms and 1470 at 1ohm. Im wondering do you think running it at 2ohms will give the Q12 enough power that it sounds good and not sluggish or do I have to go at 1ohm. Will running it at 1ohm take away some of the reponse/clearness of the Bass? Should I go with the Q1-2200D for 2ohm? Would rather not do that as it is almost 200 bucks more. planning on using a ported box unless you have a better suggestion. Thnx. This is the beginning of a new build. Other component…

Hey guys, i had some concerns about my future system. I'm planning to get an FI SP4 18, AQ3500.1D, and a high output alternator 200@idle and 375 max in the very near future. I can't wait to get it, but now I've ran into another problem. My powerbass oem replacement components and coaxials just aren't going to cut it. I'm planning on running 3000rms to the sub. About how much power would i need in some new tweeters and components, etc., to even out the sound? I don't want to hear JUST bass, i would like some nice highs and mids to come close to match it. Any power, speaker, amp, etc., suggestions would be appreciated.

#494 I ordered a ib3 recone and glue 3 months ago. I got my recone with no glue about 1 1/2 months ago. FI/shawn has said he has shipped it 3 times. Should I just go to the hardware store and get some epoxy? Not Happy, i paid for the glue but ................... this is b/s

Got my recone in today, and it was a dual 2, and needed a dual 1. The coils read 1.6, I've checked multiple times and confirmed with another dmm. Everything else in the package was correct as far as the basket and dust cap. I understand the mix up as I ordered a d2 originally online and contaced you about the change via email and this forum. I ordered an 18in Bl on 1/20/2013 using my dad's credit card and it sat there saying "awaiting payment" for a couple days now and I thought I put in some of the payment information wrong, so I reordered the sub using MY debit card. I've emailed Fi a few times and I just want to make sure that the first order doesn't get charged to my dad's card, I DO NOT WANT TWO SUBS!!!!! SOMEBODY FROM Fi PLEASE RESPOND.

I placed order dec 11 its been 5 weeks waiting fulfillment on my status,#757, i know fi's off hollidays, i sent email on fi site no reply i just want to know how much longer i have to wait?

Well I placed my order on Dec. 4 and my order still has not shipped. I spoke with Shawn on Monday and was told it would ship out Tuesday or Wednesday it is Friday now and they are still not shipped. I have been very patient upto now. I was not quoted a time frame of this length at time of purchase. And I have been mislead on several occasions. I know they are busy but give me a date and stick to it. I wasn't expecting to wait two months for my subs that's not what I signed up for. Thanks, and any help having this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, First of all Happy new year to everyone @ Fi Car Audio. It was a great year with your products and hope it was a great year in sales for you. Down to business, I have aquired an RE XXX v3 motor from a craigslist sale. (paid 150 for it) Its spiders were off of the landing and luckily no one who had the sub knew that was the problem, Hopefully I can glue them down and the coil didn't rub too much. I see you guys have a recone option for RE 3x, guessing thats the xxx you just cant use the name for copyright purposes. i need to order just an 18" 12 spoke basket is there anyway to do that??

Has any body owened or heard the sa 8'' subs if so what are they comparable to? By this i mean can they get as loud as a 12? I know they will be mutch more punchy but i was just wondering how well they preform. Thanks

i ordered a btl about a month ago and its status has been awaiting fullfillment this whole thime. I have not got any emails or updates on my sub and in my account it says i have no completed orders with fi audio but the mony has been taken out of my bank account. has anyone had a problem simmilar to this? also i cannot get any return e mails or messages on my order. any help would be apreciated. thank you.

Ive got a single sp4 15 in a 5.7 cube box. It just doesnt seem to be as loud as it should. I dont really have a lot of space in the trunk. Right now its ported thru the seat and spose to be tuned to 35hz using round ports. Do i have the ports facing wrong direction cause ive tried a few different things and nothing helped. The usable room in the trunk is 34w 14h and 36d. And help would be great. Im new to this. But i can build a new box if need be

ok so the custom box ive got is for 4 15's and has 2 ports each allegedly tuned to 32hz but they both sit up top with woofers firing at the roof, does having the port in different areas help or does it depend on the vehicle?
