Scott, I have seen that you sent out a couple of tinsel leads to someone else in the past and was wondering if you could send me some new ones for a 12" BTL fully loaded. I noticed a couple of other ones are almost broken. Also what is the best way to put in the new leads? Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi its me again i have another question about what amp should i get for my fully loaded btl not so expensive or who was a btl 18 and what amp are they using thanks.

Well after a mere 5 months my Q12 has given up the ghost with no warning. I was pretty impressed with the Q. I was running it with a Memphis Belle mch1300 in 2.2cf @ 32hz Fisher box. The Q also had the BP option as well. I will also add that this is the first sub I have ever blown if that gives you an idea of how conservitave I generally run things.

so i Have an Fi SSD 12 Subwoofer and a planet audio 4000.1 amp i dont know if i set the levels on the amp correctly or not. so i just hooked it up yesterday and when testing it out i feel that the sub should be playing louder. Maybe i have to what till i breaks in to get louder or what ? thanks for any comments.

We have the BTL N2 subs up on the site for sale with specs. As mentioned there will be about a 4 week lead time on the first orders of BTLs. This is due to waiting for the balance of steel and heatsinks to arrive. N1 will be up late tonight. Thanks, Scott

Well I hit my first competition today in Mccomb, Ms..I had my 15" BL in the Trunk with the seats up..Just like I ride around with everyday. I hit a 140.9...in the passenger Kick panel with my passenger window down. Should I be discouraged or happy..I hated I couldn't use my own music and had to use the Usac Cd the guy provided me..Cause I didn't know my noter or that cd that they stuck in my deck...I think If I would have know my note I would have done better...Please give me some feedback..

hey just recently got my btl 12 (quite the beast lol) and everything was all good until i got this dude to build my box...he "supposedly" contacted fi and got the box layout for my car which is a 92 camaro but i have my doubts...so its hooked up and the car shakes a lil bit but i can barely hear any bass...not sure if that makes sense but its kinda like its free airing even though its in the box...another thing is when i turned my amp up (aq2200) it made a like tapping noise like it wuz bottoming out or something, not really sure thats why i posted this also but is that another affect of the box cuz the impression i got from all the reviews was that the btl would take the…

Ok on the box my subs shipped in there is a sticker with helpful hints. One of them talks about setting my amp with an oscilloscope to match my headunit voltage, and to set my gain. where can I find an oscilloscope and how do i do it. lol

1:Is there a difference between these two? 2: Does the filter have to match the boxes tuning? Or is there an acceptable range? I have the RF T-2500.1BD amp with a 28Hz infrasonic filter. 3: If I use a box that is tuned at 32Hz, will this be sufficient? 4: If not where can I find a good subsonic filter? i 'am new here and i'am i want to know the use and meaning of the additional features of the fi subwoofers the flatwindcoil??? what is it for? coppercoil???? and the BP??? i think the bp is for cooling and increasing the power handling right?? if i will buy an fi do i need to upgrade these stuffs? thanks alot

im curious as to how the back end functions at Fi. do orders come in, get qued, and built one at a time or batch jobs? are orders saved up until there is sufficient quantity to make it efficient for construction to begin or is it just on the fly?

I have seen a couple old threads about these 22 inch subs but I have not read anything of them in the last few months. Did they ever come out? Also what were their specs, price, etc...?

its been reviewed and its been a "god" in sq.its the w6 ...no doubt its a fantastic woofer..but how does the Q compare..this would be a nice reference .

Hey guys i have a 05 Rx8 and im ready to put a system in it. The rx8 has probably the smallest trunk in the world haha. i was wondering if i can put the FI BL 12 ported in a 1.5^3 ported box. or should i just get a 1 12 Fi Q sealed in a 1.5^3. i was also looking at the new Re Se-x, will 2 12 se-x be louder then the 1 12 Fi Q? thanks you.

For those that don't make it SMD Here it is. It's a D1 model, in series for the video. They are going in for a recone to change the ohms of the coil. I told my wife we were doing it, i guess she didn't know what to expect. You will hear I got busted. The lights in the house were dimming pretty bad. you can see it in the video. Ok I have a 12" Fi Q and love it! So I was wondering if someone could point me to examples of full range or almost full range 6.5 round drivers for the back seats in the doors. Right now I have full range Pioneer drivers, but was wondering if getting something like AAs Poly Driver would improve the quality of the sound, or should I not bother. Somehow Fi is related to Ascendant Audio, not sure how though.. Thanks. Mike
