ok i just picked up 4 18'' fi btl fully loaded and i need a big ported box..can some one give me the best enclosure dimensions for this set up? i have 2 atomic at 50001d amps so 10,000 watts untell i get my 2 atomic 7000.1 its going in a 01 tahoe lt with the second seat...but the third seat is coming out so i got the whole back of the truck to work with!!!

ok so my old sub quit working and was smoking in the box right took it out and decided to play with it and is working again but absolulely stnks when played but seems to pound just as hard wtf is going on? is it ok or is it bad to play like that

I order a 15" ssd on june 20 I just like to know the status of the order. I understand that you guys are so busy . just like to know if possible when i'm getting it

Would it be ok to put the subs forward and port back into the car through the arm rest in the back seat. I was thinkin of doin sealed, but think i am hooked on ported enclosures. i will be doin a small cut-through behind the arm rest in the back seat where it could port into the car. what do you more experienced installers think??? Also, would I be better off using aero ports pointing into this opening or just use the basic port?

How much do they weight, the weight for the 10" shipped from ups says the package is 32lbs, how much of that is the BL and how much is packaging? I am wondering because I planned on inverting my BL and I am hoping it wont be so heavy that it flips the box over. I am putting it in a 1.2 cuft box, I cant remember hox much it weights but it cant be more than 45 to 50 lbs. I plan on buying another BL, I am having a dual 10" box built for the 2 so I hope the combined weight of the 2 will not be too much for a 2 cuft MDF box to handle inverted.

hey guys i have a ava motor that the top plate has came loose. i was wondering how much it is to repair this and how much would a 15in recone run? but with maybe a stiffer spider and 4layer flatwound coils cost?

This is my first box. I just wanted to know what everyone thought about it. It will be made of 3/4 MDF and its for a 15" FI Q. Its tuned to 29hz, and is about 4.5cuft. I have a crude drawing below. Just tell what you think. Thanks.

ok well i bought 2 subs a few months back and one of em ended up blowin. so i got scotts number and called him. he told me to send it in and theyd look at it and try n fix it. it has been about 2 months now since i sent it off and i havnt heard from them since. i have emailed scott and nick and ive tried calling scott and no answer what so ever. i understand they are busy but i would atleast think they could answer a phone. i mean seriously......2 months. hopefully one of them will answer me on here

What is the optimal box size (cubic feet) and port area (square inches) for a 12" BTL? Tuning to about 35 Hz.

In about a month it's going to be time to purchase and I'm stuck on this last aspect of the system. The sub. Will the FiQ work well with electronic music(breakbeats,trance, drum and bass) and rock music? What size sealed enclosure for primo SQ(tight clean bass NOT boomy? Will be powered by a 1000watt rms Sundown amp. Sub will be in the trunk of a small 4 dr. sedan. Front stage and Deck Alpine CDA9887 Mids and Tweets- Hertz HSK 165 Front Stage Amp- Sundown 2 Channel

Ok if everything goes smooth I should have 4 ssd 12's. They are dual 2s, (the last version not the new ones) comming my way. The question I have for you guys is how many do you think I should use and what type of box. If its 4th or 6th order I will have to pay for a design (not a big deal). My system is going to be for daily driving , I have both my amps, both my subs, and my box is on the way. Ive heard alot of conflicting replies though about the amount of power im throwing to the BL's. They are RF1500's but the birth sheet rates them at about 1700, so pretty much each sub will get around that much if my electrical is good enough. My question is, will the loaded BL's be able to take this daily?

hmmm on my way home i saw this focus hatchback with a huge FI AUDIO sticker on the entire rear windshield. its a 2dr hatchback, white with blue graphics and blue rims, + lambo doors. i know he used to have like 4 15" power acoustics and everyone said it sounded terrible..... now hes running FI im guessing, wonder what he has....? is he possibly sponsored by Fi??? palm coast FL btw.

I got a BL 15" and i only got the cooling option. can it handle 1500W from a sundown saz1500d? is that a good amp? or would you recommend something else with less/more power?

ok, i got my two 18" BLs in a box i built, designed by TTB. this box is like 10cf gross. it is small. i am sorta dissapointed. need a bigger box. i would like subs up and port back tuned to 32-34hz. my desired outside deminsions are 42.5 wide x 24 tall x 28 deep. i will add the top double baffle making it just under 25" tall. can anyone help with this? email - [email protected]

i need some help. im using a sundown saz 2000 and i cant decide what subs to use. fi bl 15s or the nightshade 15s. im having a box made for which ever i decide and theyre goin in a focus hatchback....no wall tho i hear the bls are more musical . its my daily driver and ive never competed . just like loud music and people lookin at me like im nuts
