Hello all been reading this forum for a while no w not new car audio but new to ported boxes trying to put one 18" fi btl fl into a scion tc with out taking up back seat. The measurments I have are 40"w 16"h 21"d I would like to tune to 31-32 hurtz. Iwas wondering if this would be enough airspace and if someone could help me with the deminsions I would greatly appreciate it. Oh and also going to power this with an saz3000 sundown if thats any help. And Thanx in advance

Hey guys i have 2 Btl's fully loaded each runnin off a zx2500.1. Each sub is dual 1 ohm and im looking to throw another 2500.1 on each. What possibilities do i have as far as ohm loads ill be seeing.

I have the Beta version of WinISD. I put in the parameters for the 15" Fi BTL from the website and no matter what I do it doesn't work right. I more than likely have one of the parameters wrong. Does anyone else have theres working and would be willing to post a picture or something so I can see what I did wrong?

does anybody have any Winisd driver files for any of the Fi subs? If so I would like to get my hands on em. Mine dont seem to be accurate and I would like to see how you guys did yours.

I decided to wire my entire system myself. My question is wiring the dual 1 ohm 15 " ssd to the MTX X1000D mono bloc class d amp. Im okay with everything else. Just need to know how to wire the subwoofer to the amp to 2ohms..The amp is rated 1000W rms at 2ohm. Thanks in advance.

So i just got my dual 2 ohm 15 inch BTL fully loaded and I am going to run a 2100 hifonics amp to power it. So today i go to my local car audio shop so they can install it for me and they said that they can only wire it down to 3 ohm or .75 ohm because the voice coils are 1.4 ohm each...However, everyone else on this forum says they are running their 2 ohm Fi sub down to 1 ohm. I am a complete car audio noob so if someone could please tell me if this is true or not i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Hey, I'm wiring a 2ohm DVC Fi Q to a Sundown Audio SAX-1200D. Being a monoblock amp I don't know how to wire this properly. I've checked quiet a few of the websites with wiring diagrams but none of them are showing how to hook up to an amp with double connections ++ -- All they show are mono or multiple channel configurations. What are the wiring options for the D1's? I can't find any charts indicating the wiring options for a D1 sub.

I just ordered a 15'" bl. I order a dual 1 cause I wanted to run 1ohm. I forgot that with 1 ohm you can only got to 2 or .5. If I get another bl dual 1 could I wire it in a (series/parallel) and get 1 ohm. Thanks all

I'm trying to order a bl 15 and everything goes smoothly until I hit pay now and it tells me there has been an error and to choose a different payment method. I have Discover card and have used it to purchase since I've tried purchasing from Fi and it works so I know it's not the card. I have E-mailed Fi twice since Saturday night and they still havent responded. I would like to order as soon as possible. I've seen on here that they are behind on orders right now or something, but it would be nice if they could reply to me. Maybe they'll see it on here and help me. Am I missing something that I need to order my sub? Any comments would help. Thanks

Hey all. I'm going to build a sealed box for my 10" Fi Q woofer. It says the mounting depth is 6.5" for that driver. How much clearance should I have behind that woofer in the box to ensure adequate ventilation? I want my box to be as shallow as possible to save on some trunk space. Thank you.

Alright, vehicle is a 99' infiniti i30, 4 door sedan, I have two 15" Q's on a crunch 3000d-pro. The enclosure is 7.2 cuft after port, and displacement, tuned to 32.5hz. It gets pretty loud, but kind of a empty not real full sounding bass. The enclosure is built into the trunk with the woofers mounted invertedly, so that the magnets are pointed toward the back of the backseat. the port is firing out of the top of the box through a hole in the rear deck. It sounds like there is a lot of cancellation, and when I open the trunk and crank the system it sounds way better and hits the lows way better. enclosure is exactly 1.9 cubes after displacement of the BL and the port tuned to 35 power is gonna be a rockford t10001bd going for a decent daily spl oriented standard cab and thats the max box size with my knees almost int he dash(i drive like that anyway short legs lol) the website says 1.8-2.5 ported
