i have 2 rockford he2 10s i have a banpass box and a rockford ported box whih should i use and i have a jl 500/1 will that amp power these subs and if so how should i wire the subs to get max performance

I can't get a lot of info and no reviews for this pro audio speaker i guess because it's new... I currently have a sundown 100.4 and a set of ID components rated for 100wrms per side. I want to bridge my components to the sundown 100.4 but i'm sure it will kill them due to too much power.. Question is- If i purchase these pyle pro PNDW6 6.5s, where do i look at replacing my current crossover with a new one so i dont burn it up due to too much power. I looked on partsexpress but it looks like u have to finish building them, i'm looking for already built ones.

How are these subs? Are they loud? Do the sound clean? How do you think they compare to the SSA dcons? I'm getting either a pair of the Level 2 15s for sealed operation, a pair of Level 2 12s for ported or a pair of the dcon 12s for ported operation. I'm looking to purchase one of these pair of subs today! Do the Level 2s get loud sealed? I just want a loud and clean setup. Either pair will be powered by 700 watts.

i have a the only thing in keeping from my old system is the alpine head unit. i ordered a audiopipe 1500.1 and a 100.4 and kicker ks 6.5s and 6x9s for the 100.4. i need input on the subs i was thinking 2 kicker l7 12s or 2 ia lethal injection 12s they will be in about 5 cubes before displacement. i want it to be as loud as possible dont care about sq thanks for the input in advance

i have rockford fosgate phase one 12 inch subwoofers 8 of them in a 16 cub ft box im trying to get them to hit low and hard they do hit very hard and loud!! but when the songs go to the low bass it drops out they are ported 6 ports 4inch by 3inch deep the ports are all on the front side with the subwoofers thats what rockford gave to me they say that will tunes them to 37hz but it sounds like they are tuned to high and out put around the 50hz and lower drops off and i dont get that lower end that shakes the car and flexs the car just trying to get my point across on what kind bass looking for please help me

im gonna make a box for the girlfriends 02 bug for the RE SRX 10 and which would be the best. sub back port up, sub back port side, or sub back port back? or does it not matter really. not goin for a major setup, just a little smooth bump. thinking 1.5 cubes 35hz

my subs where working fine befor i remove them i put them all back and i got a horrid noise comeing from the back. its late to night so i really couldent look at them. but it sounds like metal radlling but not exatly do subs make that noise. it all most sounds like there blown but still pound. idk its late got my car all back to geather lets hope all is good and its just something lose right....

Picked up a dual behind the seat truck box for $50 for my crewcab f250. its made for 2 10's with (so they say) 5.25 mounting depth and .75 cubes per side. The amp ill be using is a t5002 putting out 900-1000w @ 2ohm bridged. I looking at the SE SR10d2's they have a 5.25 MD and say they work in small enclosures and the ID10v3's with the 5.25 as well. When the box gets here and if I can mod it to fit something deeper maybe 5.75" so the IDQ10v3's or maybe step up to SR12's or the IDQ12v3's might be an option. both say they will work in that small of an enclosure but im looking for real world opinions. I am about to install 2 18's in the back of a Gmc Sierra Ext. Cab. I will be taking the back seat out. My question is should I have the subs and port facing up or Subs facing forward and port up. I was told to have the subs facing forward and port up but I would like more opinions on this. Thanks,

Im going to be doing some fiberglass work to my truck door pannels and figured i might as well get a new set of comps while im at it. I'd like my budget to be around a few hundred bucks, id like to include the amp in that budget too haha. I was thinkin' about some AQ 6.5s but to me they just dont look like they will do the job... anyone have a set? Then i was thinkin' about a set of Type R's, buutttt then again i'm not really feelin' it. So just throw some options out for me Dont forget to add the prices too! Links are great as well

How much do you guys think a 2.8 ohm dvc, Onyx 12" sub in perfect condition is worth?

Getting one of these as a temporary sub to try out. Trying to figure out how they are, what to do for an enclosure, and how much power i can safely give it. i have probably about 1200 on tap, the last owner said he was running it @ 2 ohms on an SAE1000 and it'll take more. I was thinking of doing something like 2.3 cubes net w/ like 60 square inches of port, tuned to about 35

Right now I have an Icon 15 in 3.5 cubes tuned to 34hz being powered by a JBL GTO 1200.1 II amp that puts out 1100 watts at 2 ohms. What I'm thinking of trying is a sealed 18 in 4 cubes and powering it with a Sundown SAE-1200D. It's just a thought. I have had sealed setups and liked them before and never tried an 18 before. So far I'm looking at either a Fi Q 18 or SS RL-p 18.

Hey guys i need help with building this box so i get the right air space . The dimmensions i have for space is 25 long 13.5 tall and 16 wide. I am going to put a ssa gcon 15d4 sub in there. whats the frequency response of the id horns?

I friend of mine is doing a budget system and wants some good coaxle's. He just wants a pair of 6x9s for the rear and 5 1/4s for his front doors. I had a pair of 3 way MTX 6x9s back in the days and imo they gave me pretty good highs. Who else makes good quality coaxle's? He's going to power them off a Alpine CDA-9886.

With me, with most things I learn by taking them apart and reassembling them. Thats how I got into computers. I took a few old ones apart and reassembled them. I'd kind of like to do the same thing with a sub. Of course I'm not going to tear apart my brand new SPL-12s.(still havent arrived though) I've watched the Discovery Channel video about how a subwoofer goes to together, but thats not enough for me. Anybody know anything about a sundown/T3 hybrid 12", dual 1 ohm? I'm lookin into them but haven't heard anything about them. Supposedly 2500 rms? Would they go good with a saz2500d and a 4.75 cube box tuned to 36hz?

i have 2 12 inch FI BL both are Dual 1 ohm and plan on wiring for a 1 ohm load. what would be a good amp within a 300 350 price range. i was looking into sundown2000D mono amplifier. any other suggestions

thinking about putting two fifteen inch Bl's or Q's in , but I'm limited for space . I'm working with 17hx40wx28d going to be using 4" flare ports, question is should i keep the box right around 8 cubes or drop the size down a little to around 6 cubes and what should i tune it to 30 or 37 hertz? the car is a 2005 sonata box will be subs back ports back any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
