just wanted to say hi, i just put my order in yesterday for my 15" mag and i cant wait. the mag will be going in my 04 scion xb, not sure what amp im going to run yet maybe a modded bd1500 or an re 12.1. i was previously running 3 crystal 8's with a power bd500 hitting mid 140's and am hoping to do a little better with this 15.

hey guys i was wonderin if any of you guys could help me out an do a free box design for me? i can email you a box design that was done for me but idk if the tuning is correct an i want it changed a lil bit. but i want the same basic design. the box will be for 2 12" fi bl's off a aq2200d. so if any of you guys wanna help me it'll be much a appreciated! also if you guys have any recommendations on specs for the box that would be great. the current box i was thinkin will be 2.5 cubes per sub dual chamber. 32hz. double baffle. any suggestions?

I want to try something new and I have been looking at this sub for a while now. I know that higher end lanzar products are pretty good, but I have never heard these before. Can someone help me?

Im looking for a new set of speakers since my current SB Acoustics are ruined by water damage from my current door panel. Im getting a new car soon and wanted to see if there were any pros or cons in swapping drivers. Currently I have no problems with my SB Acoustics SB17NRXC35-4. But if Im going to get another pair I minus well compare them to whats on the market now. I have narrowed it down between these three drivers: SSA Evil 6.5", Fi FN.7 or my current SB Acoustic Drivers. Thanks Mark for the response on ca.com about my delimah of sub desicions.I got the maw in a rather large box.4cuftplus port of 64sq in x20 long so roughfly 5.5cuft.total. it sounds great and gets pretty loud and low.I like it a lot but always want more.I love the enclosure and am just looking to upgrade sub for more output and wiring flexibility/get to 1ohm.opinions and experience with the ixl 15 seems very very limited.Its going in an s-10 with blowthru.i had origianally bought 2 maws but only used 1 sold the other.I really like the looks of this ixl 15.whats your take on it.like i said,box may be alittle bigger than you recommend,but the maw loves it.i like the sq just …

sorry just had to post how damn psyched I am now that the announcement has been made about the new driver sale. I knew it was coming any day now it had been too quiet around here. So now to just figure out 2 things: 1) how/where the hell I am pulling the cash out of my ass for new sub(s) after vacation next week. Man, I'm impressed by the looks of this thing...I saw pictures and all, but in person is just that much better. Dig the look of the spoked basket b/c you can see a lot of the cone...just gives it a better look, IMO. Chromed motor = I'm surprised by the suspension stiffness, though...seems to me fairly soft compared to the old one? Maybe it'll make the cone move "faster"...help out transient response... It's just too bad that all I have is ~300w @ 4ohms right now...waiting on my Tantrum to arrive. Must...go...install...

So right now i have 2 15" Fi Q's but im starting to get annoyed with them, They are in a 9 cubic feet box tuned to 33 hz (thats probally 7.5 cubes after port and displacement) Anyway they hit the low notes very hard but the high's suck, I heard the can somehow be reconed into a bl or changed into a bl is this true?

For those who have bougth DC Sound Lab products. I am a witness to the dedication to keep us happy w/ their excellent service. Due to clipping from my amp my tinsel leads on my lvl4 12's had burned. Emailed Rusty Flowers, he told me to send them back, to be reconed. Shipped them off and they were back in no time, w/ no cost to me. My friend wants an 18 in his jeep and I wanted to know how do the 2 of there 18" subs compare.. He wants a good sub for cheap so I told him Mach 5 was the way to go.

I'm looking to get some tweeters soon and seeing what you guys think would be a good choice .. I have 4 crescendo pwx's right now and I see people saying a lot that the ft1 tweeters don't match up to good. I'm looking for something that will. Probably wanting to spend 100 or under So far the front stage will be Clarion cz702 ppi a600.2 Ppi a100.2 Crescendo pwx's Going to be running an active front stage. Scooped this up for $40, thought that was a decent deal. Its a 12 and originally a dual 2. Id like to get a quality recone kit for it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Id like it to be a dual 1.4 with attached leads and as close to stock as possible, unless there's reasons I shouldnt. itll be used for daily listen, ill be runnin a sundown sae 1200 @ 1 ohm to it in a 2 cu ported box tuned to 32 hz. I have a 12 spoke basket I could use if that gives me different options; more excursion?

i was looking at buying the mmats p2.5 10's to replace my memphis M3's since they are reasonably close in volume recommended in a sealed inclosure 0.65 cu ft. wondering what other subs there might be besides the mmats?

I just got 2 Fi Q15's with the BP power and put them on an Audioque 2200d amp. I have listed the specs of the system to see if everything is tuned right? Because the subs just are not hitting as hard as I think they should. Specs: Box made of 3/4 mdf. The box is 8 cuft NET tuned to 32hz with 106sqin of port. external dimensions- 43" wide 30" tall 17" deep Port on the far left - 28.5" high 4" wide keep port 4" wide throughout. The right port wall is - 28.5" high x 11.5" deep The port wall to the right of that is 6.25" deep x 28.5" high And here is a pic of the box. alright. i have totalled up tha cost of four RF p3 15's and a SAZ-3000D and it is in the are of $1700-$2000. i want to knwo of course, if this setup gonna be any good? it will be in a honda crv tuned to about 26Hz and running @ .5ohm and i will set it to about 900-1000w a woofer. will this win me anything but a consolation prize? or will i b reigning champ? i only have enuf for the box for the 15's and the components. none for dynamat or stuff. dont want to do anything permanet to the car bcuz it aint mine, my friend is considering lettin me use his. thanks for any feedback.

I have been getting a lot of opinions lately for sq subs, amps and setups. I was wondering, per a suggestion earlier, That if I ran 8's in my door for mid bass and a 3" woofer for mid range in kick panel with tweets in A pillar. Has anyone ever made a custom speaker pod in the A piller for a 3" or a 4 " woofer. And if so how does it sound, what are the trouble you run into with that kind of set up. I am trying to shy away from kick panels just cause I am a big guy and the kicks being so low I am afraid I will lose alot of imaging. But here is what I am afraid of putting the mid ranges in the a pillers, that it will be to splashy or high pitch and make your ears bleed wit…
