http://www.stemulite.com/ Has anyone had an opportunity to use this stuff yet? Seems kinda gimmicky to me. I believe it's by the same people who made Endothil-CR. The forums at bodybuilding.com seem to think it's gimmicky too. Just curious about anyone's thoughts on this stuff, or if anyone has had the opportunity to try it.

I was taking usplabs jack3d, had me pretty focused and tingly feeling. Cellucor came out with the c4 and m5. so after cycling off the jack3d i started taking a scoop of both. pretty much the same feeling, except not as much tingly sensation, lol, and more focus. Like i wonder why i dont take this stuff before studying lol. only thing i've noticed is i stay pretty bloated, per se, the whole smooth look. But i read that i should drink 2 gallons of water a day and it would go away(due to the creatine) slowly have been adding more and more water. Anyone else take anything?

I cannot remember if I talked about this in the past or not. But something I have noticed over the years, which seems normal at this point, is the different level read outs by different brand machines doing the same excercise. Pre-core machines seem to read out somewhat higher then Life-Fitness, and Nautilus machines seem to be all over the map sometimes. Just wondering if anyone knows if the different companies are using that drasticly different of a formula when the machines have your age, weight, and BPM.

Howdy all, I wanted to take some time to share my fitness goals. I have been through many times in the past where I wanted to do this or that. Sometimes I wanted to be really strong and body build, other times I wanted to run a lot and be lean. This time I have a compromise of the two extremes. My goal, being general, is to be able to compete (with my friends) on a high level athletically. This will include sports such as softball, ultimate, running, cycling, swimming with softball really being my biggest focus. I love baseball but can't compete at the level that is available to me and softball I can play with more people and have a lot of fun. Also, as with almost anyone…

been shopping for an upright bike to have at home and just do home workouts from now on. i got some resistance bands and i actually like them a lot, they do a great job. I plan on buying more stuff but its a work in progress on my budget. Anyway, i need to buy a bike for now, I need some cardio, and running just isn't for me. I've got about $300 to spend, but it would be great if i could keep it lower than that. Im looking at a few bikes, between the $200 and $300 range and I was wondering if there were any recommendations. I want a quality product, but i have read some reviews on each bike and no matter what the price, they all seem to be about equal. Here they are:…

Im sure we've all seen or done something that counted as a FAIL moment. first one for me was squating x amount of weight, had heeled shoes on on my way up started to fall forward so i let the bar go and extra loud bam, clank, boom type noise...lol...everyone stops and looks and im like my bad it slipped ... Just the other day i was on bench.. now it has the lower rack just incase u cant get it..well, doing some drop sets it would seem 1 arm is stronger than the other so, i get 1 side on the high rack and the other on the low rack. the guy across from me runs over to help lol...Good times in the gym

I'm currently 6', and weigh 210lbs, which is down from 270lbs in February. I am hoping to get down to 180 by spring, and I am trying to do it the healthy way as opposed to whats happening now >.> About three weeks ago, i stopped getting hungry, at all really. Simply no physical desire to eat. Kinda like, i'll eat just to eat and everything tastes bad, like i ate wayyy too much already. So, my question(s) are, 1) what is some healthy food, that's not tasteless. 2) What should i make of my lack of appetite? 3) what are some good lifts for dropping weight, or more specifically dropping fat (I am still getting used to running, not really a big fan)? numbers aren't so…

I've recently started working out again to try and get back in shape. I'm not really "out of shape" but could benefit from gaining some muscle and getting back to where I used to be cardio-wise. A little background: I ran cross country my junior and senior year of high school and track my senior year. I haven't ran since until this past month I also worked out heavily the second semester of my senior year. This was at the close of cross country season - 6'0 and 155. I've never had a lot of body fat but I was at a ridiculously low percentage at this point. I started the semester with my bench press and power clean 1RM at 135 and ended with 170 on bench and 190 on power c…

Im sure most of you know that your leg press is alot higher than your squat. Doing some physics work we can calculate it all out. As we know at an angle weight is decreased. So if that sled is at a 45deg angle and we know that the sin of things are vertical. We can say the the x weight times the sin(45) is what you would have if it were at a 90 aka vertical. ..(sin(90)=1 So x * sin(45)= x*.707 so say you can leg press 500 500*.707=354lbs ....................... But if you do the numbers im sure you can tell that this method is unreliable and you wold find yourself crushed on the squat machine if you tried to attempt it. Another method i found on the net was to just divi…

Guys, I begin going back to the gym this Monday after a few mths off. I do PT in the mornings. (0630-0730) LOTS of stretching before PT, and then its either push-ups and sit-ups or a nice 3-7 mile run. When we come back we usually don't stretch much. My main goals are shrinking my stomach (I have a decently big frame tho), and building muscle (especially in the arms and pecs) I mainly want to stay around 185 as thats my max weight at 5'10 according to the Army, and I am already 183. I am quitting smoking and even this "cutting down" phase has been driving me nuts. Anyways, what kind of suppliments would you reccomend (links not necessary as I am more than willing to searc…

So I used to be in fantastic shape during my military career until I destroyed a couple of discs during my tour in Iraq. Here is a pic of me before my back started falling apart And then I got slammed with a bunch of anti-anxiety / depression meds for ptsd, as well as opiods for my back pain. I don't think the drinking helped either. Well I'm going back to the gym this week to get back to where I was. Sometimes it's hard because I can't get too aggressive at the gym, but we'll see and I'll post progress here as we go.

My roommate pick up an Iron Gym earlier this week. It works in a 32" (or smaller) door frame and is a very nice over all unit. There is no modification to your house needed and is small enough to store in a closet. You can also use it for sit ups, push ups, dips, and of course pull ups. A great addition to a small home gym in my opinion! LINK: http://www.theirongym.com/Default.asp?bhcp=1

  18. First a little back ground info. 5' 3" with weight fluctuating between 150 and 160. Fat content normally between 10 and 15 percent. I have an auto immune disorder called Lupus so I workout 5 to six days a week, eat extremely heathy, and get blood work done every 6 weeks. I've used BSN cellmass for years and my creatine levels were always around .90 mg/dl. For the past two months I've been using Six Star Nitrition creatine x ^3 from walmart and after a 16 hour fasting blood work my creatine level was 1.17 mg/dl. For reference the lab references normal levels between .63 and 1.13. I can't really say I've gained any weight from it because I've been taking 200 mg of Megace …
