Something I have wanted to do for a while now.....a Quad 15" Ground Pounder here is the equiptment list 1 1998 Ford Windstar ...white body with all dark tinted windows,grey interior with the 240hp V6...only 127,000 k on the drive train..very good shape 1 Premier 980BT head unit 2 pairs JBL 660gti components 2 JBL GTO 75.4ll amps for the components ( 290w rms x 4 ) 4 SSA Xcon 15" subs 1 JBL/Crown A3000gti amp for the subs ( rated at 3200w rms...YA OK WHAT EVER ...LOL ) all wiring will be Tsunami plus a bunch of other crap I'll work on it and add pics as I go.....

I am going to build a test box or two before I build the permanent one.... being a personal project material costs don't matter this one is going to be SWEET

I have been trying for months to come up with a good Logo for my web site and boxes but I have yet to come up with something that really POPS out...I see that BJ has had some luck with his on line contests and it has worked out well for him so this is what I'm gonna do.....I need a Logo for "Pound That Sound" and I am willing to give up an enclosure to who ever comes up with a nice Logo that works... the enclosure can be a single or two woofer daily driver fully finished (for the price of the shipping)

well after recovering I got offered work on Natural Gas Pipeline so I have to upgrade my Level C welding ticket to a Level B Preasure ( 4 months ) and then I have 4- 6 weeks of Preasure Testing with the Natural Gas company.... still gonna build car audio on my spare time/weekends when I'm done school...I just can't make $200K a year building boxes......... no build logs so might show a few progress pics as I go... pics of the shop...sorry for the blurriness...I'm using my phone for these 4" clamp up tack.... root pass complete (6010) and about to tie in the hot pass (7018)

I have not built anything out of the norm worth posting in a while.... how many single 12" box builds does one post ?? this ones slightly different...a quad of GB 10D4's.... my first run in with Audiofrog and starting with 2.25cf3 tuned at 30hz with a 7% port velocity per chamber no cosmetics until the subs are broken in and I'm happy with the tuning

this enclosure was built back in 2003 for a pair of JBL W10gti subs and hit a solid 145db in a 4 door sedan...... 1.6cf3 per side (minus sub displacement) tuned at 33hz this thing has been collecting dust for a few years and I'll give it away to anyone who can pick it up or pay shipping (personally I would rather have it picked up) but I will ship it

just a bare wood regular slot port for a Fi BL 15"... 3.0 cubes plus displacements tuned at 35hz

Kevin Tabaison at Pinnacle Marketing (Canadian Orion Distributor) sent me a little toy to play with....... first impressions when I pulled the thing out of the box....WTF!!!!! LMAO

this is going into the trunk of a buddies Lexus SC 400...... I'll be going with 1.25cf3 per sub (seperate enclosures) tuned at 32hz

Just wanted to start this build log thread for Trevor so he doesn't have too later on. I am still debating on 3 ICON 10"s or 2 XCON 12"s. Here's what I am working with space wise...

unfortunately I have a kidney issue that requiers some time for treatment and recovery so I am forced to temporarily shut down production..... I will be completing the door skins for the Dakota and the Xcon Enclosure for Mark as my health allows but there will be no new orders taken till at least fall ..the other two builds in line will be refunded SSA products as well as Diamond Audio , Cerwin Vega , Tsunami , Exile and Zenesis are still available to Canadian customers

a little project for my friend SPIROS in Taznania East Africa for a pair of RF T212D2 , a T2500 db , two T600-4 , two 3sixty's and a Lightning Audio 50 Farad Cap space is very limited.........this is for a Susuki SUV

Got this "test box" shipped to me by Trevor (thanks!) and decided to give it a face lift. This beauty will be getting 2 DCON 10s and put on home theatre duty. On to the pics..
