I had a lot of fun meeting this guy today, he got me out of my shell a little bit. But he also got me pushing my limits, I had to try hard to impress him because his single 15" WANGS and causes flex like Ive never seen before. Full bore his setup sounds just as excellent as it does turned down. I almost blew up my gear several times today. He thinks I am experiencing rocking, coil hitting the side at high excursion. I think my amps are getting murdered from voltage drop causing the clipping sound that sounds like metal. Several times my **** got extremely quiet all a sudden like the amps sort of went into protect from voltage drop but still had some output. The subs woul…

Just completed my new budget build (well all my builds are budget builds, lol) including 1 set of Crescendo CCX65's in the front doors off an AP3002 for 160 rms per door, 1 set of Wally World Sony Xplod 3-way 6x9's off the KDC-X493 head unit, and a Power Acoustik V1 MOFO-12D2 in a 2.8^3 @ 36Hz birch box built by Robin "iamamp3pimp" off an AP15001D. Very impressed by the CCX65's and the MOFO gets down for 1 12, especialy a Power Acoustik! And I always love my Audiopipe amps. Enjoy.

Sounds great and is moving a lot more air, haven't played it too low yet. Once I actually tune it instead of just turning up the gains, I will post some results once subs break in a little. I hung a shirt in the window after this video, and it was doing a pretty nice shirt trick. I'm running the amp at .5 and the subs love it. Thank you to David @ PSi for getting my subs built and shipped out before Slamfest. Oh and btw I'm running the new Pioneer DEH-PRS80, its very nice, love the bluetooth also.
