so this is my first build log so don't flame me if i am doing it wrong, ok so here it goes so i got my first 18", an Fi audio q on Monday and the thing is a beast! here are some pics amazing packaging from Fi if haven't seen it already the box i am building for this sub is a 7.5 cube sealed box and if anyone is wondering what the dimensions are it will be 35.5wx22dx22h the box will have a 2 layer 3/4 MDF baffle as you will see in the pics. and i got the box cut at southern lumber in san jose ca. it cost $10 to have them cut the whole box. much better than freehanding it with a saws all. anyway here are the pics test fitting all the pieces gluing the front baffle together Random ht project i am working on too well thats it for now i got to go to our local relay for life the rest of the day. more pics tomorrow. hope you guys like it.

That's a hell of a return in one day. My boss told me a similar story about his very first day of being in the stock market when he hit a jackpot and gained $2500 on a stock that he bought and sold that same day. I almost had a story like that. In the span of a week one of my stocks went up 1000%. But I was too excited to sell. I don't think it was a lot of greed, I just was naive about how fast it could fall back and I thought that with the good news that came out it would be sustained at that high level until more news came out and it would go up more, etc. I had only been in stocks for 6-8 months. Well in the next week it dropped as fast as it went up and I sold with the price "just" twice what I paid after I read up more and realized what was going on. Still a great return, but learned a lesson as well. It's just too bad that I'll likely never get to apply that knowledge because that kind of luck certainly doesn't happen often and probably won't for me ever again due to a change in investment strategy.

Still ricey, though Oem lip kit, some suspension, and some low offset wheels would make that eclipse look amazing. If this is gonna be a show car, OP should know what's in and whats out in the import world.

If this is gonna be a show car, OP should know what's in and whats out in the import world. You can have your opinion but until you can show that you can do better or have something better then .... This is a father son project with a lot of hard work and hours put into a project that will last a lifetime. We all could only wish we could have an oppurtunity like this! Posted these on here before Btw, who cares what kind of project it is.. am i not entitled to have an opinion on the car? I think he went the wrong direction with it.. Everyone is gonna have an opinion..it's no different than folks who get bashed for using kicker and other mainstream brands. On a brighter note, OP gets props for doing this with his son wish my dad was into cars like that
